27/04/2025: Per quanto si possa cercare un locale sulla base delle recensioni, il miglior feedback resta sempre quello dato dalla struttura in cui soggiorni (grazie Vincenzo). Abbiamo mangiato a pranzo piatti davvero ottimi, incluso un fuori menù al quale il personale si è fatto trovare pronto. Ottimi gli antipasti misti, un mixer di sapori del borgo fantastici. Grigliata mista e maccheroni della casa davvero ottimi. Complimenti e grazie per la disponibilità nell assecondare le nostre richieste. Consigliatissimo.

10/01/2025: Ottimo ristorante ubicato nel centro del paese, ottimi ed abbondanti tutte le portate, servizio gentilissimo, il rapporto qualità prezzo nella norma , non so 5 stelle perché i dessert non hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative e precisamente il parfait di mandorle e la cassata

03/06/2025: De ninguna manera un mal restaurante, pero en este punto de precio se espera algo más; algo especial. Es casi como si tuvieran una arrogancia patrocinada por Michelin de que la comida por sí sola vale la pena ser admitida... y no es tan buena (¡aparte de los Tortellini!). Llegando a las 7: 25 pm para un 7 : 30 mesa, la puerta estaba cerrada y nadie nos saludó. Nos sentamos en el salón Ashbee hasta las 7:00: 45 pm preguntándose qué hacer. Nadie nos había dado la bienvenida, nos había reconocido, nos había saludado. Tuve que ir al restaurante y encontrar a alguien que nos ayudara a decirnos qué hacer. Esto puede sonar extraño, pero es más extraño porque el restaurante está en nuestro hotel y yo había tenido una charla sobre vinos con el sumiller unas horas antes. Todo encajaba con su general "la mayoría de las cosas son demasiado problema" y una falta de experiencia / servicio interactivo con una sonrisa. La comida era precisa y bien cocinada, pero carecía de un sabor o imaginación excepcional. IMHO, esto es típico de lo que Michelin 2 y 3 estrellas se han convertido . . . solo anticuado y protegiendo a sus estrellas. Una vez más, un buen restaurante, pero 1 estrella de cocina y 0. Servicio 5 estrellas.

26/08/2025: This is my second time here. I've found truly five-star service. I don't think you can do better. It's the typical Sicilian factory-style hospitality. The whole-wheat pizza was delicious, with top-quality ingredients. The knives aren't very sharp, but that's a minor detail. The location is beautiful, just a few meters from the sea, immersed in a green oasis, a romantic, serene atmosphere, and definitely highly recommended. Finally, the real surprise is the price, which was very, very affordable. I'd like to thank the management for their kindness.

19/08/2025: Fish specialties. We ordered fish starters and a Palermo-style cutlet. Overall, they were good, average for the place.

30/08/2025: We had a reservation for a specific time, but were seated inside anyway. It was too warm, ugh. The ambiance is actually quite interesting, but we were seated at a table right next to the wall and in the doorway, which wasn't very pleasant. The service was very friendly, perhaps even a bit too exuberant, which made it seem a bit off-putting. The pizza was okay, although it wasn't entirely clear whether it was homemade. Overall, a solid experience, but nothing special.

24/08/2025: For my family and I, it was a five-star experience. The place was very nice, the staff was friendly and helpful despite it being very busy. The food was excellent, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients prepared very well (I had the off-menu tagliolini with tuna and chicory, which was amazing). The sfincione appetizer was also noteworthy. Recommended if you're passing through Noto.

10/08/2025: A sumptuous setting featuring carved lava stone. A pool with harmonious waterfalls. Well-maintained greenery. Excellent cuisine. Friendly and helpful staff. Harmonious outdoor spaces. I highly recommend it.

09/09/2025: The classic tourist trap, where dirt and disorganization are evident, a place this dirty is not even seen in the working-class neighborhoods, my wife was glued to the chair they were so dirty, we will never return there again

26/07/2025: A very picturesque location, overlooking the rocks of Catania. Fresh and refined. We ate well.

25/07/2025: This place is really nice and right on the water. The menu is primarily seafood and pizza. I can't speak for the pizza but the seafood is fantastic. Nero di Sepia is one of the best I tried in all of Sicily. The fish capacio is also very good. Ambiance is nice and it's right by the coast. One drawback is that it can be a little hot inside especially in the summer when it doesn't really cool down.

10/08/2025: We had dinner with friends. We had a lovely evening and a divine dinner. Excellent appetizers and superb first courses. Compliments to the staff, especially Danilo and Valerio. It's not our first time here...and we'll definitely be back!

07/08/2025: We've just returned home four days after staying with Paolo and his team for seven nights, and we already miss everything about their Oasis. In our opinion, the property is fantastic: large, efficient, and super clean rooms, a relaxing location, a top-notch pool and hot tub, and well-maintained and always spotless indoor and outdoor spaces. Thanks to all the Oasis staff, who are kind and always available to guests. We also tried their restaurant, which offered excellent cuisine and top-quality products. A special thanks goes to Giuseppe, Margherita, Danilo, and Mr. Paolo...we felt right at home. See you soon, Ciro, Daniele, and Francesca

18/05/2025: Ho scoperto questo posto casualmente tramite amicizia e ho fatto il pranzo con famiglia.il posto si trova vicino il parco di segesta e sei immerso nel verde.i gestori sono gentilissimi e il cibo è ottimo e di gran qualità. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti e lo consiglieremo.difficile trovare cortesia,qualità e bel posto in un'unica soluzione!

04/05/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo il primo maggio con amici, che dire posto incantevole, dopo qualche chilometro di strada sterrata si arriva in una valle incantata, cibo tipico mediterraneo a base di carne squisito, il ragazzo biondo che ci ha accolti gentilissimo, cordiale e professionale, ci ha coccolati e servito tutto il giorno con professionalità e garbo. Prezzo onesto in base alla qualità e quantità del cibo. Ritorneremo
