04/03/2026: My family and I had a terrible meal. The service was incredibly slow. We arrived at 1:30 PM and had lunch until almost 4 PM. Not only were we unable to enjoy the food, I didn't even find it to be of any quality.

10/05/2026: Highly discouraged due to the complete lack of seriousness and professionalism. I booked a table for two through TheFork on April 30th for Saturday, May 9th at 8:30 PM, and received a proper confirmation. Despite the reservation having been made a full 10 days in advance, the restaurant dared to cancel it, just four hours before dinner, with a notification at 4:07 PM. The excuse? A "private event." Such an event should be planned in advance; it's not decided on a Saturday afternoon at the expense of guests who already have a confirmed reservation. I find it unacceptable and profoundly unfair to give such short notice on a Saturday evening, making it impossible to find a valid alternative. If you're looking for a reliable place that honors its commitments to its customers, look elsewhere. This restaurant treats reservations as mere suggestions, to be cancelled at will.

03/05/2026: It doesn't look like much from the outside, but once inside, you'll have a great experience: good pizza, a beautiful place. The outside is also beautiful, with a well-kept garden perfect for spending a cool evening with friends or even family. The staff is attentive and friendly.

25/12/2025: I was at a wedding in the summer and I have to say the location was very beautiful but everything else was forgettable!! The waiters were arrogant and rude, even to the people in the dining room! The head waiter scolded a 10-year-old girl who wanted to sing because it wasn't the right time... the food was brought in so quickly that you didn't even have time to enjoy it... The contract (and I know what I'm talking about) stated that entry was on the boat and the location was rented until 3:00... there wasn't even a hint of a boat tour and at 2:00 they made us understand that we had to leave by starting to turn off the lights! At 1:30 they made the DJ turn off the music since he had a contract with them until 2:30 (since they had stayed that way) and the DJ who until that moment had made everyone in the room dance!!!! At the time of the dessert buffet there was supposed to be an open bar, unfortunately no one was told where it was... again at dessert time there wasn't even half a bottle of water on the table and that day it was 38 degrees!!!! It's a shame because it could have been a wonderful evening but instead they ruined it a bit!!!

25/05/2026: Everything was perfect!! A truly lovely hotel, clean and fragrant, and overlooking the sea. Beautiful view, very quiet private beach, and super staff! We'll be back! The restaurant was also very good.

26/04/2026: My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Acquamarina in Donnafugata and had a truly excellent experience. The property is well-maintained, welcoming, and perfectly integrated into the Sicilian landscape. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with every comfort, with meticulous attention to detail. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was generous and varied, with fresh, quality products. The location is also excellent, ideal for relaxing and exploring the surrounding area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking tranquility, comfort, and authentic hospitality. I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family without hesitation.

01/01/2026: Lunch, January 1, 2026 Godiva has an excellent reputation for its creative food and flavorful dishes. Compagnia della Vela with Catering, Godiva Restaurant, confirms the excellent lunch, expertly executed by the staff. The appetizers were excellent, with excellent presentation and flavor, and the arancina and mussels were sublime. First courses: Rice flan with a pea and shrimp sauce was excellent. Ravioli with swordfish roe and clams were excellent. Perfectly cooked. Despite the crowds. The main course was equally delicious. To end the lunch, an excellent cheesecake. Congratulations, until next time.

01/01/2026: I met him many years ago for an event, and since then I've had nothing but positive experiences. One of these was yesterday at Casale Graffetta, on New Year's Eve, and it was simply wonderful, from every perspective. The farmhouse is an enchanting place, with meticulous attention to detail. The service is excellent, attentive but never intrusive, and the pool makes the stay even more special. Special thanks go to Giorgio, the owner: a fantastic person, always available, kind, and ready to satisfy every need with great professionalism and passion. The gourmet cuisine is impeccable: carefully prepared dishes, extraordinary flavors, top quality... everything is truly delicious. The value for money is amazing, absolutely affordable considering the level of experience offered. It's one of those places that stays in your heart and you can't wait to return to. For me, only positive notes: I recommend Casale Graffetta to anyone looking for a special experience, filled with beauty, flavor, and true Sicilian hospitality.

06/05/2026: This was our final restaurant whilst in Sicily. We were driving back to Catania to fly home and stopped off in Fontaine Bianche. The restaurant adjoins the beach from an elevated position giving stunning views of the ocean and cliffs. We were seated quickly and made our order of Pacheri with mixed shellfish. Which was delicious with a sauce to die for involving pistachios and tomato's. All this was enjoyed in lovely bright modern surroundings. A truly great find.!! You must visit if you are in the area.

03/05/2026: Rude and irritating staff, raw and tasteless dough!!! After explicitly asking to KINDLY cut the pizza, I was even mocked/insulted... dry and cold fries with no salt... a total disgrace. Not to mention the waitress, who was decidedly inappropriate with her jokes. I will never go back. Disgusting! 1! 1! 1!

11/04/2026: The chicken is good, no doubt about it. But the miniatures you serve with it are truly hilarious, let me tell you. Tiny, squarish arancini, sad, and devoid of any toppings; tiny brioches with zucchini on top, ugh! Plus, they say they give you 6 miniatures and 6 arancini, but today I found 6 arancini and 3 miniatures (maybe my money was worth less?). I go to other chicken shops that are more generous and tastier!

31/12/2025: Order placed with Glovo (the restaurant uses its own drivers so Glovo only handles the orders): cold chicken, "gone" fried food (I would have called it potato chip spread) and an hour late compared to the scheduled time.

09/04/2026: Great restaurant. Affordable prices and absolutely lovely taste! We had Calamari alla Siciliana and pizza Gazela, both really scrumptious. Really close to the city centre so it's really worth the walk. The toilets are clean and smell nice.

14/04/2026: The bar and the adjoining sun terrace are very attractively designed, clean, and inviting. We stopped by for a quick refreshment. The service was very friendly and the snack was delicious.

07/04/2026: Above-average prices are not justified by the inadequate level of service and offerings. The only thing that matters is the location and the view.
