07/12/2025: Very beautiful and welcoming location. Friendly and super helpful staff. Fast and well-managed service. Good dishes, definitely well-presented. Good value for money.

18/11/2025: We were allowed to park here over lunchtime and visit Castel del Monte via a lovely hiking trail. We ended up staying for lunch, even though it wasn't a requirement. The food was very good, albeit expensive, and the service was friendly thanks to a young man – a wonderful experience.

26/01/2026: We went yesterday for our daughter's baptism. We weren't familiar with this place, it had been recommended to us. We'd definitely choose it again; we had a wonderful time, and so did our guests. These are just some of the photos of what we ate, but there's so much more... My compliments go to the kitchen, especially—having been in the industry, I know what goes into it—to the waiters for their incredible patience during these days, and we take Valentina, the wonderful person she is, for granted. 28/01/2026: Finally, a pizzeria where you can eat properly. As a Neapolitan, I felt like I was in Naples; I felt right at home! Bravo, pizzaiol!

10/12/2025: A welcoming location in the beautiful historic center of Santo Stefano al Mare. The dishes, from appetizer to dessert, were all well-received, as was the excellent sparkling wine that accompanied them. The service was courteous and attentive.

18/11/2025: I ordered a filet mignon according to the menu, but received a shoe sole covered in grease. See photo. Not good, not bad. Absolutely average.

03/01/2026: Five of us had lunch. The seafood appetizer was limited in quantity and variety, with fried meat croquettes added just to fill the plate. The pasta entrees were limited in quantity and overpriced. I can't even begin to tell you how much they paid for a pasta and tomato dish for a child. In short, with these prices, you can only fleece the poor tourists, but a "local" will never be interested or able to come and eat at your place. The place isn't really that great to justify such prices.

15/10/2025: The waiter brought us a coffee with normal milk when we specified soya. We are both extremely lactose intolerant. When we asked for a new coffee and sent it back they refused to remove it from the bill and said it wasn’t their fault. Terrible service.

14/10/2025: No toilet seat or toilet paper in the ladies or gents toilets. No toilet seat unfortunately seems standard in most of restaurants in Puglia

01/02/2026: I visited this place for the first time yesterday. I was very impressed with the quality of the service, the pleasant atmosphere, and the wide selection of sweet and savory items. Everything was delicious. Keep up the good work!

14/08/2025: My boyfriend and I had dinner today and the meat was truly delicious. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and approachable; they immediately made us feel at ease. You can tell the ingredients are top-quality, and the price is truly excellent for what you get. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

14/03/2026: Very disappointing. We ordered the mixed fried baby octopus and calamari. There was no calamari, only baby octopus. I ordered the gnocchi with shrimp and burrata. I received three shrimp and half a burrata. What can I say? We were served the appetizer before our drinks. For the price, don't go! Only the location is worth it.

16/11/2025: We were there this evening and ordered five tagliata, but after an hour, only one portion arrived. The waiter apologized, saying he'd misunderstood and immediately started preparing the other four tagliata. After a few minutes, another waiter came over and said the tagliata were out. No one apologized for the incident, except after we paid and complained. Terrible organization.

22/09/2025: Saturday evening, reservation for 9 pm. The outside space was almost empty, perhaps that's why the wait wasn't excessive. Only 20 minutes for four pizzas. The pizzas were very good. I strongly advise against the desserts: UNSUSPECTABLE. They were obviously defrosted in a microwave, which made them both frozen and "melted" at the same time. The liqueurs, requested at the table, weren't brought to us for some unknown reason. The location is beautiful, but parking is a problem. A pass, but not a full score.

08/02/2026: We stopped for lunch for an aperitif, but they didn't have anything other than snacks like olives, chips, etc.

04/10/2025: I give it 5 stars for their desire to offer something beyond local cuisine, but I recommend serving the tagliolini with truffle without cream, but simply with butter, with truffle shavings and not grated, as the recipe calls for... Unfortunately, cream kills everything.

09/02/2026: I stumbled upon it by chance after two years of frequenting the area. It was a great discovery. From the simplest dishes to the most delicious, like the excellent sweet and sour suckling pig, wisely recommended by the very kind lady. I'll definitely be back and recommend it.

13/09/2025: Quality, combination, clarity, presentation. Tutto perfetto. Mother and daughter (both incredibly beautiful) are in the kitchen. They cook the way we imagine real Italian cuisine to be. This clarity of dish, quality and ingredients, and precise preparation. They can tell when the pasta is al dente; they don't have to pluck a noodle out every minute to check the doneness. We ate deliciously; I'd give it a star. Plucked skate, served lukewarm with steamed fennel, olive oil, and salt. Mussels with risotto, rice, and tender boiled potatoes. Delicious broth. Then pasta with prawns and small, sun-ripened tomatoes. For the main course, sea bass, perfectly prepared, just a touch of olive oil. This is a hidden gem here in Puglia. We drank a bottle of wine with it: Cervaro from Antinori. Also a hidden gem. My absolute favorite wine. We'll be back, for sure. With a big hug ☺️🙏
