22/10/2025: This is the 5th time I've been to this place, and today you can see the difference from the others: we booked 2 adults and 2 children, we arrived and the children's menu was not available, which was available the other times. We decided to do 3 adult menus for 4! Nothing could be more wrong, they always arrive portions for 2 adults to be divided between 4! Smart of them, hahahaha! P.S. grilled vegetables are unthinkable! TERRIBLE, WE WILL NEVER RETURN

17/10/2025: Everything is top notch, the meat is top notch, the owner is personal... There's no comparison to anything else, the good food is top quality.

02/06/2025: These days together with a motorcycle group we had lunch and party in this location. Excellent dishes the fried fish is a fairy tale extraordinary treatment. The owners are simple and big-hearted people. I highly recommend this restaurant. The chef is very good👏👏👏👏👏

05/08/2025: Everything was well organized, I loved the check in, the only thing that bothered me was always asking for keys... a key for a chemical, a key for an electric column because every time I turned on the stove it would fall and I had to call and wait for a key for dirty water...

25/06/2025: Good pizza. Inviting (and worth trying) the rest. I stopped by to buy 2 take-away pizzas. The counter is well stocked with inviting baked goods, among which, several stuffed calzones caught my attention, the goal of my next visit. For those who want to eat on site, there are also a few tables available. The pizzas I tried were excellent. Light and crispy dough, good cooking. The topping on the 4 cheeses could be improved, a bit too liquid for a giant pizza. I also note the excellent quality/price ratio and the speed of service at the counter (and on a Saturday night that's no small feat). I will definitely return.

05/07/2025: Undoubtedly a beautiful place, it promises a lot but offers little: gluten-free options, few and billionaire-like. A raw vegetable dish with a celery stalk divided into 3 parts and a couple of carrots seemed like an insult to me. Only 4 glasses to choose from. Distracted service. Nice live.

24/08/2025: A beautiful venue. Top-notch service. Many thanks to Nikola. He was kind and attentive. It's a romantic setting. Perfect for a family getaway. The food is delicious. We tried the Prosecco option, but I didn't like it. But everything else was great. Try the olive oil ice cream.

30/08/2025: A disastrous experience... We stopped to eat the local specialty (orecchiette con le cime di rapa) because the menu looked reasonable. A quick welcome, no smiles, served in barely 5 minutes, the quantity left something to be desired, the pasta was overcooked and covered in oil, and the waiter was not professional at all: he sighed and became annoyed when he realized we weren't going to order wine or dessert... We were ejected like dirt: no thank you or goodbye. Luckily for them, their restaurant is well located in the old town! We left disappointed and with the feeling of having been trapped in a tourist trap. Clearly a place to avoid if you want to discover authentic Puglian cuisine...

26/03/2025: The gas station diner was OK for a quick lunch at a good price. Reheating it a bit too quickly in the microwave resulted in a dish that was too cold, but it was still edible.

17/09/2025: Tradition and flavors...envelop you at this agriturismo. The traditional cuisine invites you to taste dishes your palate never knew existed. Very good, authentic food. It was a great experience for me...even though I'm always out for dinner for work, this place made me feel at home. I'll gladly return, thank you. Belva

13/09/2025: Quality, combination, clarity, presentation. Everything's perfect. Mother and daughter (also truly beautiful) are in the kitchen. They cook the way we imagine real Italian cuisine. They know the clarity of the dishes, the quality and ingredients, and the precise preparation. They can tell when the pasta is al dente; they don't have to pull a noodle out every minute to determine the degree of doneness. We had a delicious meal; I would give it a star. Pulled skate, lukewarm, with steamed fennel, olive oil, and salt. Mussels with risotto, rice, and tenderly cooked potatoes. This broth is delicious. Then came pasta, with prawns and small sun-drenched tomatoes. The main course was sea bass, perfectly prepared, with just a hint of olive oil. It's an insider tip here in Puglia. We drank a bottle of wine with it. Cervaro by Antinori. Also an insider tip. My absolute favorite wine. We'll be back, definitely. With a big hug☺️🙏

29/08/2025: The restaurant is very formal and reserved, with a very extensive menu (perhaps too extensive) that opens with a phrase that immediately turns heads: "minimum spend per person €50." The waiter was very kind, while the order taker was very cold and aloof, perhaps more interested in calculating the bill based on the dishes ordered. We ordered two spaghetti with clams: tasty, but the portion was worthy of a taste and topped with just five clams (Price €22). For the main course, two grilled swordfish steaks, flavorless and of questionable freshness, a bagged salad on the side, and two glasses of white wine to drink, all for the modest sum of €113. The price for a good seafood restaurant is fair, but not here!

31/10/2025: We stopped by Sascianne for its reopening. We were welcomed by Giovanna and Claudio, two hosts worthy of the name. We ordered an appetizer and ravioli. We'd already won us over with the appetizer, but the lobster ravioli in shrimp ragù absolutely blew us away. Everything was exquisite and carefully prepared, but above all, light and flavorful. We finished with a Nutella panna cotta. In short, we'll definitely be returning to this little restaurant in a truly unique location.

06/10/2025: Terrible restaurant!!! We ordered a seafood appetizer with six courses, and after a bit of a wait, one course arrived every 10-15 minutes. Over the course of over an hour, we received five courses, only two of which matched the ones listed on the menu. We ordered white pasta for the kids, and they brought us half-cooked orecchiette.
