26/07/2025: Trovato per caso, da subito abbiamo capito che aveva appeal, e non ci siamo smentiti! Cibo di qualità e cucinato ad arte, prodotti tipici. Consigliamo "strascinate con cime di rapa". Personale super gentile, siamo stati qui 24 ore e ci abbiamo mangiato 3 volte!! Pasticciotti da provare! Grazie Dino e Desy

Contro: tavoli un pó impolverati (colpa dei ventilatori?); prezzi alla cassa che spesso non coincidono con quelli sul menu!!

17/07/2025: Abbiamo conosciuto questo posto su consiglio di amici, nei vicoli del centro storico.
Che dire: personale simpatico, professionale e garbato. Cibo eccellente. Abbiamo assaggiato due primi (linguine con i frutti di mare e gnocchi di patate con vongole e asparago verde) davvero deliziosi, seguiti da un'ottima frittura di calamari. Vino rosato di eccellente qualità.
Consigliatissimo!
16/07/2025: Menu turistico ottimo linguine ai frutti di mare eccellenti, il pane con l olio servito a tavola da leccarsi i baffi.filetto si irata alle mandorle......il tutto a buon prezzo.🤪

31/10/2025: We stopped by Sascianne for its reopening. We were welcomed by Giovanna and Claudio, two hosts worthy of the name. We ordered an appetizer and ravioli. We'd already won us over with the appetizer, but the lobster ravioli in shrimp ragù absolutely blew us away. Everything was exquisite and carefully prepared, but above all, light and flavorful. We finished with a Nutella panna cotta. In short, we'll definitely be returning to this little restaurant in a truly unique location.
06/10/2025: Terrible restaurant!!! We ordered a seafood appetizer with six courses, and after a bit of a wait, one course arrived every 10-15 minutes. Over the course of over an hour, we received five courses, only two of which matched the ones listed on the menu.
We ordered white pasta for the kids, and they brought us half-cooked orecchiette.

Personale davvero gentile e disponibile, anche molto simpatico!
Piatti ben eseguiti e che rispecchiano ricette tradizionali, non è il classico ristorante turistico! Piatti abbondanti e buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
Nient’altro da aggiungere, fateci un salto se volete passare una bella serata e mangiare bene!

Personale incompetente, Cibo di scarsissima qualità con prezzi da stellato.
Titolare che inveisce nei confronti dei dipendenti, urlando.
Locale sconsigliatissimo, purtroppo non è possibile dare 0 stelle….o stalle.

31/07/2025: Frequento questo ristorante dall'apertura l e lo staff mi ha subito conquistata ed ora è la ns seconda casa...compleanni anniversari etc sempre qui...ed ogni volta io e la mia famiglia abbiamo riscosso successi... ho portato tanti amici colleghi e conoscenti complimentarsi per il bel posto e ottimo cibo... ringrazio Angela e la sua famiglia per averci sempre accolto con affetto e sincera amicizia e regalato esperienze gustative eccellenti...non solo ma hanno accontentato ogni ns richiesta e desiderio...INEGUAGLIABILI...💕 cara Angela ci vediamo a ferragosto per gustare la tua buona cernia Mariangela & co

20/10/2025: Restaurant/pizzeria serving first and second courses, and excellent Neapolitan pizza, which I've tried. I don't know about the other dishes. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly. Prices are average. I recommend it.
07/10/2025: Best pizza in town - once upon a time! Yesterday's pizza was still half-raw and had canned mushrooms...nothing like it used to be, unfortunately! The specialty pizza is no longer available either. Sadly, this was my last visit there.

10/12/2025: A welcoming location in the beautiful historic center of Santo Stefano al Mare.
The dishes, from appetizer to dessert, were all well-received, as was the excellent sparkling wine that accompanied them.
The service was courteous and attentive.
18/11/2025: I ordered a filet mignon according to the menu, but received a shoe sole covered in grease. See photo. Not good, not bad. Absolutely average.

23/07/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e mangiato al ristorante. Cibo di ottima qualità. Fritto misto, leggero e croccante, caciocavallo, orecchiette, pepata di cozze, tutto buonissimo. Personale gentilissimo, ragazzi giovani con tanta voglia di fare. Maurizio, molto preparato sempre pronto a dare spiegazioni ed accontentare le richieste anche non presenti in menù, Michelangelo, ragazzo educato e attento nel prestare un ottimo servizio. 07/10/2025: We were guests at Masseria Cerine for a birthday dinner during our vacation in Salento. Highly recommended for those seeking excellent cuisine, hospitality, and tradition.
The helpfulness and kindness of the owner, whom we spoke to over the phone about the reservation, could only be a precursor to such a valuable staff.

They have truly excellent quality products. And another huge plus (which is a little hard to find these days) is the friendliness and honesty of the owner. He's truly a good guy.
I go there specifically from Matera because it's worth it.

06/12/2025: I always come here. The food is delicious... but THE STAFF... OH MY GOD, THEY WERE ANXIOUS! They'd clear my plates right as soon as I'd finished eating, not even time. I was even supposed to finish the meatballs, and a waiter came over and said, "Can someone take the last meatball so I can clear my plate?"
But seriously! I was still eating the other meatballs, and they were rushing me to clear my plate!! No way!!! It's not allowed.
Then for the pizzas, they rushed to clear my plate as soon as I was eating the last slice.
24/11/2025: The quality of the ingredients and the skill of the pizza chefs are beyond dispute, but the delivery management undermines everything. The order was placed at 7:50 PM for 8:50 PM, and the order was confirmed for 9:20 PM. I accept the confirmed time, especially since once you've paid, you can't do otherwise. The order was delivered at 10:00 PM, 40 minutes late. The pizzas were obviously cold. To make matters worse, the one on top had squashed the one below. A real shame. And it's not the first time, unfortunately, otherwise I wouldn't have left this review. Understanding, yes, but not fools. Especially since with a €3 delivery fee...
