14/07/2025: This is our second stay here in two and a half years. This hotel has its own charm, the pool is just amazing. And the rooms are adequate. Dora is so kind🥰 every morning she takes the time to prepare a delicious (savory) breakfast for us, and the rooms are always cleaned while we're away. The only downside, when you're unfamiliar with the city, is that they don't serve lunch or dinner (at least during our stay). Be aware that the hotel hosts events on Friday and Saturday evenings, so you have to be prepared before choosing it as your place of stay. And thank you also to Antonio (the owner) for the welcome. 03/11/2025: The location is lovely, with a large outdoor garden and the traditional interior, but everything else didn't particularly convince me. The price was high for a platter that, according to the waiter who served us, could have been eaten by three people, but was ridiculously large enough for two; the third would have eaten the crumbs. The white bread wasn't fresh that day. A somewhat disappointing personal experience.

11/10/2025: A worthwhile find slightly off the beaten track with a spacious outdoor terrace with shaded area. We stopped for coffee & cake so can recommend the Tiramisu and Coconut and Nutella torte! The service was good and WC clean & pleasant to use. It wasn't busy so couldn't comment on atmosphere and didn't venture into the indoor part.

25/10/2025: One of the best experiences in Salento: authentic food, super fresh fish, and a very welcoming atmosphere. We'll become regulars!

18/10/2025: Probably the best panna cotta I’ll ever eat in my life, the consistency and flavour was amazing. Our sweet and helpful server Manuella said she’s the one who makes all the desserts herself - compliments ! The meals, decorations and atmosphere were homey and authentic-feeling — overall a very lovely dinner.

29/09/2025: We were there two weeks ago. When I booked, I kindly asked if they'd give us a table on the first floor, with a sea view, and they accommodated me, even though it was a Sunday and we booked last minute. Excellent food and friendly service. I recommend this place.

22/09/2025: Excellent for those who want to enjoy seafood specialties in a seaside setting. Good service, although we had a bit of a wait for the starters (the place was packed), good prices, and friendly management.

15/08/2025: Dinner with the family. We didn't use the rooms. As for the food, you have to like their vegan approach. For me (a carnivore), the appetizer was excellent, the first course was perhaps a bit too heavy, and the dessert was delicious. We didn't order the second course because we were too full. What's striking, however, is the tranquility of the place, a true oasis of peace just steps from the road. Add to that a lovely welcome from Francesca, and you've got a truly relaxing evening.

05/05/2025: Eating at Piccapane is a unique experience: a family environment surrounded by greenery where you can enjoy excellent vegan dishes prepared with attention and love. This was the feeling we felt yesterday at lunch, from the welcome from the very kind staff to the tasting of the dishes, in the choice of which we were carefully guided. The food is incredible, a joy of simple flavors with refined combinations. There is also a small shop where you can purchase their products. Finding an entirely vegan restaurant in Salento was a dream until recently. Piccapane is truly a virtuous example, spokesperson for a change that we hope will spread more and more. (access is also allowed to animals ❤️)

14/11/2025: Spaghetti all'assassina with octopus...super! 🐙

14/11/2025: The octopus sandwich is delicious and exceptional. I took the classic one but there are variations with burrata and other types of sandwiches. Generous portions. Quick and cordial, and you can pair it with drinks from the fridge, beers and whatever else.

11/11/2025: The food and service were perfect. It's a shame we were right next to the kitchen door and it was freezing cold! The place is nice, but it's too small for dancing.

08/09/2025: Excellent restaurant, the food is excellent, I recommend it to everyone, try it and believe it. On weekends there is after-dinner dancing with Karaoke.

21/10/2025: Found by chance, just a few minutes' drive from the center of Polignano. The veranda offers a spectacular view of the small beach and the Abbey of San Vito. Excellent lunch featuring the freshest seafood, all sourced locally. Quick, friendly, and efficient service. Very fair prices. Kudos to the entire staff.

15/10/2025: Great spot on a quiet beach. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced, fresh and full of flavor. Friendly service. Highly recommended if you want to escape the bustle of the towns but still enjoy a delicious meal by the sea!

23/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A real favorite is L’Aréna del Gusto! Everything is excellent: hearty, tasty, and generous dishes, served with a smile and great kindness by the entire staff. ❤️ If you're passing through Monopoli, don't hesitate for a second: go eat there once... or several times! You'll never be disappointed. A place to recommend without hesitation! 🍝🍷

19/10/2025: This restaurant is located in Poggiorsini, a small town in the Murgia hills of Bari. The restaurant is charming and spacious. We ate local produce, such as orecchiette, and were greeted by the owner with joy.

05/10/2025: At too high costs and you don't eat well

12/10/2025: One of the few establishments open at this time (others closed or limited menu) pleasant welcome and smiling staff. We ate very well, good fresh products. We hadn't booked, few people. It was perfect.

11/10/2025: Found it by chance during a bike ride, we went there as a couple, without a reservation. The staff was very welcoming, the place is family-run and frequented by local Italians, which was reassuring. No pizza at lunchtime, but it allowed us to focus on fresh seafood! The dishes were delicious and the price was right. The service, although we don't speak Italian (yet), was pleasant and we were able to make ourselves understood by our very cheerful waiter.

27/10/2025: Spectacular venue with a vast, high-quality menu. Gourmet dishes, meticulously prepared and with a unique flavor. Very fast, orderly, and timely service. I'll definitely be back to try the pizzas.

23/10/2025: The food is good, the staff in the dining room is very kind and knowledgeable.

22/10/2025: I was craving seafood and ended up here. It was a bit pricey, but the atmosphere was nice. Lunch was listed as starting at 12:30, so I went there and waited, but was told to wait another 20 minutes. I think I was shown back after about 10 minutes. First off, the seating wasn't great. People kept coming and going, probably because it was next to the employee entrance, which was a bit uncomfortable. The food wasn't particularly good, but the seafood dishes were mostly unique.

19/10/2025: The grilled octopus and cuttlefish were unfortunately inedible, as parts were black and rubbery. The chef must have been thinking about other things during preparation. Considering the disaster, the service was unfortunately not remarkable. Pasta (primi piatti) was okay. Conclusion: There are much better restaurants, especially in this price range. Not recommended for tourists.
