05/05/2025: Eating at Piccapane is a unique experience: a family environment surrounded by greenery where you can enjoy excellent vegan dishes prepared with attention and love. This was the feeling we felt yesterday at lunch, from the welcome from the very kind staff to the tasting of the dishes, in the choice of which we were carefully guided. The food is incredible, a joy of simple flavors with refined combinations. There is also a small shop where you can purchase their products. Finding an entirely vegan restaurant in Salento was a dream until recently. Piccapane is truly a virtuous example, spokesperson for a change that we hope will spread more and more. (access is also allowed to animals ❤️)

09/06/2025: Absolutely not recommended. We should have read the reviews beforehand – that would have saved us this disappointment. The service was downright disinterested and never once asked if everything was to our liking. We ordered bruschetta as a starter, but it was soggy and tasteless. The pizza was dry, poorly topped and had no taste at all. The steak was tough and not well prepared at all – far from what you would expect. Everything seemed hastily and carelessly put on the table. Are you considering eating here? Don’t. Save yourself the frustration, the disappointment and your money. This restaurant is simply not worth it.

02/06/2025: Not a positive experience at all; appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses (as per photo) of not excellent quality; pasta alla boscaiola not very appetizing with traces of sausage and with the sauce almost raw!!! Second course with pork steak with chips, 2 sausages with a strange taste and sausage not up to par. Fruit salad and ice cream cake. Between one course and the other several minutes of waiting, we entered at nine and left at 11.30!! The bread arrived after we had almost finished the second course!!!! Staff not very attentive. In essence a largely negative judgment!!!!

14/05/2025: Siamo stati di recente a cena e ci siamo fermati anche per la notte. La cena è stata eccellente così come la colazione servita al tavolo con varietà di proposte della tradizione pugliese e assortimento di dolci. La location è molto suggestiva. Una menzione speciale alla signora Annalisa, splendida padrona di casa.

07/05/2025: In questo posto ci si sente come in famiglia: cibo buonissimo, atmosfera accogliente e estrema attenzione per tutte le tipologie di problematiche alimentari. I titolari trovano sempre la soluzione ad ogni tipo di richiesta e il personale di sala è cordiale e paziente. Da provare assolutamente!

03/05/2025: Siamo stati da Cristel per il torneo di pallavolo regionale "aequilibrium cup" in cui giocava nostra figlia a Oria: ottimo menu con antipasti, primo di pasta con polpette , carni varie arrosto , frutta e bevande incluse ad un prezzo onesto per la qualita' delle pietanze.Da lodare anche la rapidita' e cortesia del servizio ( c'erano 56 pallavoliste affamate con coach e dirigenti ed accompagnatori che dovevano anche far presto perche' poi impegnate in campo).Lo consiglio a tutti!

24/05/2025: Great experience!! We went on the advice of the owner of the hotel Cico'! What can I say, a unique experience that deserves 6 stars! Very fresh fish and cooked with care and passion! The owner Michele is a person from another time, if you are in the area, a stop at this place is a must!!!!

25/03/2025: The fish is excellent and fresh (apart from the frying). Very kind staff, fair price. If you don't want to queue, come at 8pm. I would avoid frying because they don't do it at the moment and the quality obviously suffers.

28/02/2025: great food concept. you chose what you want to eat. than short waiting, it's delivered to your table. Fresh. And delicious. you can spend either 10 EUR per person including drink, or 30 EUR , if you chose king prawns or oysters

30/05/2025: dinner at the end of May, besides us there is a man alone and another couple, I imagine that since it is out of season the place cannot be at its best so I give three stars. Spaghetti with seafood (hard and rubbery, they seemed like Haribo bears) but tasty, gnocchi with monkfish (good) grilled cuttlefish (decent) and mixed fried fish (again the Haribo gummy bears but even harder). Two glasses of white wine, Bombolino, good. Dinner and place were not worth the €91 spent

20/05/2025: Ieri, con il mio compagno, abbiamo pranzato al ristorante "Da Renzina" e nonostante fossimo molto in ritardo, il proprietario è stato molto gentile. Prima menzione per la vista mare bellissima! C'è anche una terrazza spettacolare. Il menù molto ricco, qualità del cibo ottima e pesce fresco. Personalmente ho apprezzato tanto gli antipasti, sia crudi che cotti. Consiglio il risotto ai frutti di mare, sublime e abbondante con i frutti di mare! Una menzione anche per la frittura di pesce, una tra le migliori mai mangiate.

19/05/2025: Sono stata molte volte,ma ultimamente sono rimasta delusa,andata con la mia famiglia, aspettati quasi 1 ora per vedere se qualcuno prendeva l'ordine,alla richiesta del titolare,mi rispondeva che bisognava trovare il cameriere assegnato a quel tavolo.Morale io chiedevo chi fosse,ma nessuno sapeva,poi qualcuno ci ha servito frettolosamente come volessi mandarci via.Pagato più di quel che abbiamo mangiato,credo che non ci tornerò mai più... esperienza da dimenticare.

01/06/2025: dopo un po' di attesa ci hanno fatto accomodare e abbiamo mangiato davvero molto bene. I primi erano cotti per bene e i sapori molto buoni. Stessa cosa per antipasti e secondi. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

11/05/2025: More than half an hour between the salad and the pasta. We arrived at 1:00 p.m., they served us the octopus salad and the second course was served to us until 2:30 p.m., they didn't organize it. But if you are patient, in the end you eat and snack well.
