The property is simply enchanting: every space is meticulously designed, with an authentic atmosphere that breathes true Salento in every corner. From the tranquility of the masseria to the immaculately maintained outdoor spaces, everything exudes warmth, elegance, and tradition. The cuisine was one of the things we appreciated most: authentic dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients and authentic local flavors. Each course reflects the passion and love for Salento cuisine, with flavors that are both authentic and refined. A special thanks also goes to all the staff, always smiling, helpful, and attentive to every need. The owner is truly kind and welcoming, making guests feel at home from the very first moment. We absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the most authentic Salento, combining relaxation, excellent food, and impeccable hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

12/02/2026: The staff were very welcoming and courteous. The entire property displays great care and attention to detail. The suite with a pool is simply stunning, as well as very quaint. Even though it wasn't high season, our stay was still very pleasant, and the property is in top form. Plus, it boasts an excellent sea view. Definitely not to be missed if you're near Otranto.

19/04/2026: Very nice location, in the heart of Taranto. A stone's throw from the city center and the seafront. Innovative products and highly qualified staff.

30/06/2026: Informal atmosphere, friendly, no-frills service. I ordered baked John Dory with potatoes (a few, thin ones) and cherry tomatoes (full of too much added sugar to flatter them) and a sparkling water. The dish was so-so, the price was 54 euros, too much for a mediocre meal. It's especially annoying that they play with the weight of the fish, a paltry dish passed off (in hindsight) as 500 grams (if only!). It really seemed like a tourist trap to me; we're not cannon fodder.

28/06/2026: The food was good, but not *that* good. It was also really too expensive for these small portions. A shame, because we had been really looking forward to it beforehand. Could it be that tourists get a different menu (and price?) than the locals?

08/02/2026: Pizzeria right off Piazza Santo Oronzo, in true Neapolitan style and flavor. A very beautiful and characteristic place with both indoor and outdoor seating. Very friendly staff, attentive to every need. The pizzas are excellent, and the service is quick. The only flaw, in my opinion, is the price of a portion of fittini, €10.50, which seems excessive. The homemade ones are okay, but they consisted of 10 pieces at most (panzerotti, arancini-style meatballs, and pasta frittatas). Pizza prices are normal.

29/01/2026: A very nice place practically in Piazza Sant'Oronzo. The pizzas and desserts are very good, although one pizza was a bit burnt (it can happen). The service is friendly and attentive. Prices are a bit high, but we're right in the center.

03/06/2026: A classic old-school trattoria, where you know what to expect before you even sit down. The atmosphere is informal, with friendly and helpful staff. The cuisine features traditional flavors, bringing back memories of grandma's cooking. Prices are a bit high for what's on offer.

18/05/2026: Terrible experience at this retro place, even the lighting is lacking. Terrible dishes, especially the breasts, which were not very clean. For my second course, I ordered fried calamari with a side of potatoes, and not only was it awful, but to make it seem too large, they served everything at once.

08/06/2026: Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Salento, featuring fresh, local produce. A top-notch set menu. The portions are generous (don't eat too much before you arrive, as they only seem to be open in the evenings). Friendly service, pleasant atmosphere… this was our second visit, and we'll definitely be back every time we return to the area. Thank you 🙏

As a family of five, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel comfortable throughout the evening. The food was exceptional, but the real star was the sea bream—it was easily the best we’ve had in a long time. Perfectly cooked, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor. The wine recommendation was outstanding and paired beautifully with the meal. To top it all off, we were treated to fresh fruit at the end, a thoughtful touch that perfectly completed a wonderful dining experience. If you’re looking for authentic Puglian cuisine, fresh seafood, excellent wine, and genuine hospitality, Trullo dei Sapori is an absolute must-visit. We highly recommend it and will definitely return when we’re back in Puglia! 🍷🐟🍇

16/06/2026: A quaint, welcoming, and well-maintained restaurant where we ate well-prepared local produce. The owners were helpful and courteous. A rarity in Ostuni, a place so beautiful in its origins that it has unfortunately been trampled upon and abused by speculative exploitation aimed solely at disposable tourism.

The manager, who serves as director, did not demonstrate the attention and competence I would have expected from someone in that position.

The restaurant stands out for its welcoming and refined atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with friends. The freshness of the raw fish was exceptional: the quality and care taken in selecting the ingredients were clearly evident, making lunch a true pleasure for the palate. The dishes are prepared with care and passion. Each course had an authentic and rich flavor, a testament to the freshness and mastery of the Chef. The service was excellent, attentive and friendly, and the attention to detail made lunch even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the Posidonia restaurant to anyone looking for a quality dining experience in a peaceful and welcoming environment. We will definitely be back soon!
