The best Vongole 👌. A true explosion of fresh seafood flavors, made with exceptionally fresh clams. Combined with a great location and authentic charm, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Exceptional place! We recommend with both hands! Clean, beautiful, with a lot of sea atmosphere! The food is very high quality and delicious! Try the homemade lemon cake! Mmm, Mamma Mia!

The dishes are very well prepared and truly delicious. The prices, compared to other restaurants in the same category, are slightly cheaper. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is located right in front of the historic church of Savelletri, within sight and just a few meters from the sea.

Taverna di Umberto in Savelletri has quickly become one of my regular spots. The seafood is always incredibly fresh and full of flavor, and the quality is consistently excellent. The service is just as impressive, friendly, attentive, and professional every time. It’s a place you can always rely on for a great meal and a welcoming atmosphere!

This was our first time at this little restaurant and we had a lovely lunch. Everything was perfect, and the waiters were kind and helpful. We'll definitely be back; I highly recommend it.

15/03/2026: The staff and waiter were very friendly. The appetizers and food were fresh and really good, and the pizza was excellent too.
15/02/2026: I was there on Saturday, February 14th, and had a great experience. We ordered two starters: tagliolini with scampi and Senatore Cappelli spaghetti with pistachio pesto and swordfish. Both were delicious and well-prepared. For our main course, we had a mixed fried fish platter, which was truly excellent. To finish, we had a tiramisu: the dessert was also excellent. While we waited, they also brought us a complimentary "Ciccio" on the house, a much-appreciated gesture and a sign of customer service. I highly recommend this place. I chose this place because I was staying at their Villa Adelaide for Valentine's Day, and I must say it's truly beautiful and well-kept.

16/06/2026: A quaint, welcoming, and well-maintained restaurant where we ate well-prepared local produce. The owners were helpful and courteous. A rarity in Ostuni, a place so beautiful in its origins that it has unfortunately been trampled upon and abused by speculative exploitation aimed solely at disposable tourism.
