Spectacular!!!! The flavor of the ancient FASANESE seafood cuisine and the scent of courtesy and availability combines with that of fresh fish served in a way that will make you say; when are we going back? Highly recommended!

The place is clean and well kept, located 10 meters from the sea and is a place to eat excellent fish! Abundant and well-executed dishes, excellent quality fresh fish, the price is honest and within the norm for the quality of the product and service. Excellent value for money, I highly recommend Umberto's tavern to eat excellent fish!

Prettig restaurant met lekkere gerechten. Niet teveel opsmuk maar gewoon echt lekker. Prijzen redelijk. Zeker ook een bezoek waard. Beetje lang moeten wachten.

Un bel ristorantino a Savelletri a conduzione familiare, cucina tipica e con una Chef d'eccezione la proprietaria molto brava. Ottima cucina con pesce fresco e materia prima di qualità. Abbiamo potuto apprezzare diversi piatti ben preparati. Consiglio di curare qualche dettaglio importante esternamente al locale. Personale disponibile. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri.

23/11/2023: Il ristorante Le Carrube, situato all'interno dell'omonima Masseria, offre un ambiente gradevole ed avvolgente, creando la cornice ideale per trascorrere serate piacevoli in compagnia di amici. La novità della prenotazione con poco anticipo per il menù fisso vegetariano è un punto positivo, e la preparazione delle pietanze si conferma straordinaria e gustosa, sorprendendo ad ogni portata. Tuttavia, il servizio sembra essere il punto debole, con un'attenzione forse leggermente sottostimata e un'affacendata frenesia tra i camerieri nel servire i piatti, a discatipo delle richieste dei clienti. Nonostante ciò, l'esperienza complessiva è stata quasi perfetta.
