28/02/2026: I'll start by saying I've never written a review, but yesterday at lunch I was shocked by this place, considering I went to hotel management school and worked in the industry! The guidelines are: "knowledge, know-how, and know-how," and unfortunately there wasn't even one!! Especially from the owner, who is incredibly arrogant! There were three of us, and I asked the waiter if it was possible to have three different starters, given that it's a "restaurant" with not-so-cheap prices, and the guy told me it wasn't possible. I immediately understood, and we ordered two plates of tagliolini with lobster and a risotto... the waiter tried everything he could to keep me from getting the risotto, repeating that I'd have to wait 25 minutes (which is also the waiting time for the other dishes), but despite this, I chose the risotto, and he repeated that maybe I didn't understand that it takes 25 minutes 😱, to which I, in an annoyed tone, said that I understood perfectly! He goes to the kitchen, poor thing, and shortly after the owner approaches the table saying that it is not possible to make only one portion of risotto (16 euro dish) and I tell him that it was enough to be clear from the beginning without continuing to repeat that it takes 25 minutes and the owner says that in reality it takes 30🤦‍♀️ and says: "the waiter has been here for two days, what should I do, should I fire him?" 😱😱😱 I mean instead of apologizing for what happened, you talk to me like that about the waiter? ? Crazy stuff!!! In the end I ordered a plate of spaghetti with mussels that I didn't want... when the first courses arrived, while I was eating, I could smell a raw smell coming from the plate🤮... we also ordered a tasteless fried food (20 euros). In short, 97 euros total and luckily we only ordered water, 3 first courses and a fried food... I strongly advise against it!!

24/02/2026: Fantastic place, menu needs revisiting, overall I recommend it (especially on nice days like today). I recommend it.

06/03/2026: While I ate very well, I was left with a negative impression that it only has one shared toilet very close to the tables without a vestibule...

06/03/2026: We wandered in by chance, but I want to commend them for their attitude and courtesy. Plus, the dish of the day (mushroom risotto) was one of the best I've ever had.

The dough is carefully rolled out, well-cooked, and light, capable of holding the toppings without losing its flavor until the last bite. The menu offers a wide variety of pizzas, from timeless classics to more creative options, with quality ingredients and thoughtful combinations. Careful attention is paid to the selection of ingredients: balanced mozzarella, flavorful sauces always well-distributed, without being overbearing. Each pizza is tasty yet easy to digest, a sign of a properly worked and matured dough. The end result is a dry, well-cooked pizza with an authentic flavor, ideal for those who dislike a soft or heavy crust. An excellent pizzeria for those seeking variety, quality, and a thin, expertly made pizza.

27/10/2025: Ordered both last week and last night: first the meter-long pizza, delicious and cooked to perfection; then yesterday's paposce, hot and freshly baked, with the perfect toppings and top-quality ingredients. Everything was truly spectacular, highly recommended!

05/03/2026: This seafood restaurant is truly well-run, with professional service, courtesy, smiles, and kindness. The dishes are well-balanced, and the catch of the day is exceptional. I recommend booking ahead of time during the summer to enjoy lunch or dinner on the outdoor terrace: it's like eating on a boat, as you're just a few meters from the sea. Congratulations and thank you! We'll be back soon.

24/02/2026: Here we are, sharing my experience. Naturally, as I always say, sometimes it depends on what you choose. The atmosphere is a place with a beautiful sea view, 90s-style decor, but overall clean. Service. So, we trusted the waiter, asking for mixed appetizers without exaggerating, and then we asked for a first course. Naturally, I'll leave you to comment, attaching the photos. So, we sat down and the waiter asked us what we wanted to drink. We asked for water, but after turning to the second waiter, the water arrived. Let's say the flaw was that, in my opinion, when a waiter follows you, he should do so the entire way. We changed three waiters. The first one who accompanied us to the table asked us what we wanted to drink and then disappeared. We trusted the most experienced one, probably given his familiarity and his ability to advise us. It's a shame that everything went quite well except for the first course we ordered, the shellfish risotto. Two dishes, one barely touched, and the other I ate, but less than half. When the waiter—not the one who advised us—saw the barely touched dishes, he asked us if there was a problem. We pointed out that the risotto lacked salt and flavor. He simply took our plates away and went to the kitchen, leaving us with his exact words. I'll tell the chef about it. He never came back, not even to apologize or report what the chef said. And immediately afterward, we were served dessert by another waiter. Honestly, I would have expected someone to approach us and ask for more information. I would have expected the waiter to at least report something to the owner, but nothing happened. Moral of the story: a risotto costing €40, obviously for two people, and no one ate it. Not only was it flavorless, but the dish didn't contain what was listed on the menu. The menu said shellfish risotto, but instead it was an orange cream with no flavor other than cheese. The raw shrimp were fine, and the menu said samphire. Instead, as you can see from the photo, there was only a green creamy sauce, which who knows what it was? It could easily have been a parsley emulsion, since it also had no flavor. I probably wouldn't recommend it, especially if you're not particularly courteous with your customers.

28/12/2025: The pizzas are good. There's a bit of a wait during peak hours on Saturdays and Sundays.

02/03/2026: A place where the tradition of home-cooked food is combined with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I've been there for both dinner and lunch, and the various culinary offerings are excellent. The pizzas with cereal dough are excellent. The Sunday menu at 28 euros per person is recommended for a quiet and succulent Sunday, as the menu includes no fewer than 10 appetizers, 1 first course, 1 second course, and a side dish with drinks. A welcoming place to visit. ❤️

03/01/2026: Rustic and welcoming restaurant. Mr. Giuseppe is helpful and professional. We ate very well and were served equally well. Excellent ingredients, cooked traditionally. We chose the house menu for €28, which included appetizers, a first course, and a second course each. Drinks included, including liqueur and coffee. It's been a long time since I've had such a high-quality experience at a restaurant! I'll definitely be back!

10/03/2026: The food isn't worth the price! This restaurant is all hype and no substance. The wine list has bottles that cost €10 in a supermarket, yet they charge €8 per glass! I ordered a risotto with prawn cream, and they brought me soupy rice with langoustines and unpeeled prawns: peeling shellfish in a dish like that is a nightmare! By the time I finished peeling them, the rice was already cold. I asked them to reheat it, and they added even more shells! The waiters forget your questions and don't even understand you in Italian.

14/01/2026: Wonderful experience!! I stumbled upon this trattoria by chance and it was a fantastic discovery; I had one of the best tagliata I've ever had. The service was fast, courteous, and helpful. I'll be back as soon as I have the chance.

15/03/2026: Surrounded by beautiful landscapes, we ate wonderfully, featuring traditional products showcased exceptionally well. We also stayed overnight; the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable.

06/02/2026: We only visited the restaurant for dinner. The food was locally sourced, all excellent, homemade, and the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Highly recommended if you want to experience authentic flavors!

08/11/2025: I'm a professional driver and I often go to San Giovanni Rotondo. Since I discovered this place, I've been coming back more often. The quality/price ratio is top notch. Excellent food, rock-bottom prices. Pasquale, the owner, is incredibly kind and delightful. I recommend this place to everyone.

02/10/2025: I have tried at least 6 difficult dishes and 2 different desserts. Everything was delicious in a rustic sense. Zero flaws. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. Try their grilled food.

12/01/2026: We had lunch on New Year's Day, sitting down at 1:30 PM and being served at 3 PM. The food didn't live up to expectations; in fact, it was quite poor. We were very disappointed.

23/12/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An authentic experience in the heart of Lecce We dined at Locanda Arcu te Pratu and the experience exceeded our expectations. The setting beneath the historic arch is very evocative and creates a truly special atmosphere. The cuisine is authentic, prepared with quality ingredients and well-balanced in flavor. The service is professional, friendly, and attentive, while the good selection of wines perfectly complements the experience. A restaurant recommended for those seeking quality, tradition, and a characteristic setting in Lecce. We will definitely return.

11/11/2025: A fantastic experience for San Martino! 💫 I went to this restaurant to celebrate San Martino, and I must say it was a truly special experience! The food is all typically Salento, prepared with genuine ingredients and with that authentic flavor that makes you feel at home. From appetizers to desserts, every dish was carefully prepared, rich and plentiful, a true celebration of flavors and tradition. The local wines were also excellent, perfect to accompany the dishes. A special thanks to Antonio, the owner, always welcoming, kind, and attentive, and to Timo, the chef, whose skill brings the soul of Salento cuisine to the table. A warm and convivial place, ideal for an evening with friends or family. Highly recommended for those who want an authentic experience and enjoy true Salento cuisine, characterized by abundance, quality, and conviviality! 🍷🍇✨

05/11/2025: Last week, I went to dinner with some friends. It's hard for me to return to this place. The welcome was very pleasant and different from usual. The new autumn pizza was the best (cream of pumpkin, scamorza, and pancetta, delicate and crispy dough with red cabbage) along with the cabbage salad as an entree, really not bad. Once we were seated and chose our beverage (the wine selection is very respectable, even though I rarely toast anymore), the classic pittule to break the wait for the main courses: ravioli del plin with stew, fish in a salt crust, pecorino cheese with tomato sauce, seasonal vegetables cooked in every way. Dessert and coffee to finish. Everything was sooooo good. The bill was very fair. The staff was friendly. Thank you, and see you next time.
