17/11/2024: Local located in the external part of the inhabited village, located more or less three kilometers from the city center. When you arrive you can read the writing (not illuminated), but you could certainly do better to highlight the restaurant which however is "forgiven" internally. Three rooms where you can welcome diners. Tables and mice and place good at times elegant. All friendly, helpful staff. Very fast and effective service. The top is represented by the kitchen. All the dishes, truly all genuine, good and well prepared. Thanks certainly to the cuisine but also to the raw materials. Absolutely promoted. Prices slightly above average for a tavern, but worth the expense. Advised

22/01/2025: The terrace is certainly enchanting overlooking the Port of Trani, but the interior rooms are of an epochal refinement in a maritime style, characteristic to say the least, the welcome is superlative and the food is exquisite, fresh fish and particular Apulian wines. Definitely coming back.

16/03/2025: Perfetto per una cena a due o anche solo per una serata conviviale. Pietanze sempre varie e ricercate, con un intreccio di sapori e fragranze che ti lasciano la voglia di ritornare. Anche se il cibo è gourmet le porzioni sono abbondanti. La scelta dei vini non lascia adito a dubbi sulla qualità degli stessi. La particolarità del cibo e delle bevande non alza il costo delle varie portate, quindi lo consiglio vivamente anche a livello turistico. Una notte ad Alberobello può essere anticipata solo da una cena speciale, l'importante è prenotare, altrimenti si corre il rischio di non cenare.

03/04/2025: Disappointed, having looked forward to what reviews showed as outstanding food and service. We arrived (very definitely in the off season on a cold day) at the restaurant at 1400 , for a posted 1500 lunchtime closing. The restaurant only had 4 other guests and yet we were told that they were closed. Moral being I suppose that you need to book, otherwise risk being turned away even if they are not busy and showing to be open for another hour.

28/03/2025: Everything was really great!! I have to say that the first time I was in Foggia and discovered Salustri I never changed. The staff are really kind and very courteous, they are all very young and do their job with passion and dedication. The environment is informal but very nice and well-kept, I would define it as "warm" very familiar. The cuisine is really excellent. Starting from their appetizer corner (which is a bit of a strong point of theirs and they really care to show you) very well-kept and which ranges from fish appetizers to meat and vegetables including: octopus salad, seafood salad, marinated salmon, battered vegetables, buffalo mozzarella and smoked provola braid always very fresh, zucchini alla scapece, eggplant mushroom, sautéed mushrooms, eggplant parmigiana and so on and so forth. In addition to the buffet appetizer, they also have the à la carte one, very tasty with some fried food on the spot and their homemade bread (always all made by them) filled with vegetables, the Pancotto. We then move on to their fresh homemade pasta made on the spot, which you can season with turnip tops, fish from the local tradition, truly delicious. For the second courses, they have a selection of meat (I recommend the sausage and lamb ribs) from their local tradition and then they have really fresh fish that arrives every day from Mamfredonia (I recommend the mixed grill of fish, delicious with octopus, calamari, salmon and/or swordfish and/or sea bass depending on the daily availability and shrimp skewer). The pizzas are also really good, this is told to you by a Neapolitan who has eaten lizze everywhere. Their pizza is very light and digestible. In short, a truly excellent place. I can only recommend it highly. To them I say: guys, keep it up, great.

31/10/2024: ¡Qué noche más divertida! Mi marido y yo amamos comer en La Bocca. La comida y el servicio eran excepcionales. El enemigo no es extenso. Hay para cinco o seis opciones en cada categoría. Después de mirar el menú, tuvimos algunas preguntas, que el servidor respondió con gusto. Él nos ayudó a dirigir en la dirección correcta para nuestros gustos. Mi marido y yo partimos los ñoquis y una ensalada de panzanella. Para los platos principales, él tenía las mejillas de ternera y yo tenía el pastel de queso de panza de cerdo. La comida aquí es increíble. No es precioso ni lejano. Es simplemente increíble. Nos encantó cada bocado. El chef también ofreció una bolsa de diversión y un “pre-postre” y un “postre”. Mi marido y yo nos reímos porque estábamos muy llenos. No rechazamos nada porque todo estaba muy bien. Este restaurante es el verdadero negocio. Buena comida. Comida de verdad. Gente agradable. ¡Come aquí!

13/04/2025: You don't go to a restaurant just for the location on the sea, you go above all to eat and be well served, I believe more in negative reviews and not false positive reviews built at the table. You can improve, you just have to want it.
