15/04/2026: We dined at the Consorzio last night with a group of 10 colleagues, and the experience was impeccable in every way. It's not easy to manage a large table while maintaining high attention to detail, but the staff succeeded with admirable ease. ​The Gastronomic Journey ​The à la carte menu offers a depth of flavor rarely found elsewhere. Personally, I was impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the bold pairings: ​The Appetizer: A bold and successful combination of marrow and cod, where the fattiness of the former perfectly complements the savory flavor of the fish. ​The Second Course: A perfectly cooked fifth quarter, capable of ennobling traditional cuts with a refined technique. ​The Dessert: I finished with their famous bombette, a worthy conclusion to a high-end dinner. Wine Cellar and Service ​The evening was washed down with several bottles of Barbera d'Asti Superiore, a selection that masterfully complemented the dishes. ​Special praise goes to the staff: extremely kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly willing to accommodate all of our group's needs. We felt pampered without ever feeling the pressure of being a ten-person party. ​The Verdict ​Value for money: Absolutely balanced. €70 per person is more than reasonable considering the excellent quality of the dishes, the wine selection, and the professional service. ​Highly recommended for those seeking the true soul of Turin cuisine, revisited with intelligence and respect. 11/03/2026: We arrived in town with late plans. Two restaurants had already turned us away. The young host lady happily told us potential to accommodate our no reservation. She checked with her colleagues. Few minutes later she had a table for us. Between her and the young guy who spoke French, it seemed as if this restaurant was short staffed. But, both were working tirelessly to go above and beyond. I haven't seen people work with this sort of hustle in a long time. I only spotted two other colleagues working prep / cooking food. With potentially four visible staff that I saw, the service was swift for such a full house. If the young lady and young guy are not the owners, they deserve a raise. As for the food we had salads which were prepared appealing to the eye and mouth. Foccacia serving was enormous and enjoyed well. Because of the "my life depends on it service" I bumped up the food rating, as dishes meant to be cold or hot were served as such, and no quality issues with this establishment.

12/01/2026: The price is too high for the quality you offer, the food is tasteless, we ordered gnocchi with traces of meat, we asked for extra Parmesan cheese from the not-so-friendly waitress, the log was hard to cut, as if it had been prepared 10 days ago, the coffee was served cold, too much noise, the only wine was good, but it's not your product

06/01/2026: I've been to Enoteca 325 many times, and there's never been a time where I haven't had a great experience. The cuisine is carefully crafted and based on local products, sourced and hand-picked by Steve. The risottos, in particular, are always memorable, but it's really hard to make a bad choice from the menu, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, listening to Steve talk about food and wine.

17/04/2026: What a disappointment!! I had lunch at this restaurant four times a few years ago and I was very confident choosing this table with three of my French friends. Besides the exorbitant prices for the portion size, our dishes were served cold (octopus) and, of course, the reheated product had become rubbery.

At lunch more modest prices in line with a middle ground between "typical" cuisine to be offered to tourists rather than to the pool of workers employed in the numerous offices in the surrounding area. Lovely wines and discreet dishes. Good variety of choice, often oriented by seasonal products.

02/03/2026: Absolutely fantastic restaurant. If you are skiing in Sauze or Sestriere and are driving back to Turin, I cannot recommend enough. Some of the best pasta we had in a number of years in Italy. Susa is a beautiful town too - really very good.
