On Friday evening, we dined at Enoteca 325 in Rivoli and were truly satisfied. The location is private, clean, and has a rustic, authentic atmosphere: the walls are punctuated by carefully arranged wine bottles, and an open-view cellar forms the backdrop to the dining room, creating a warm and evocative atmosphere. The restaurant is both intimate and welcoming, perfect for a dinner with your partner or friends. The cuisine is top-notch: Piedmontese in tradition but light in execution, with authentic flavors and select ingredients. Each dish reflects the region without excess, with that refined simplicity that only great chefs can express. The wine cellar is a real surprise: incredibly extensive, with a selection that ranges well beyond Piedmont, embracing the finest labels from various Italian regions. But the real added value is the host: a wine enthusiast with deep and genuine knowledge. Let him guide you in your choice: he will find the perfect wine for your palate and to complement your chosen dishes. The service is attentive and friendly, and the quality/price ratio is excellent.

I've been to Enoteca 325 many times, and there's never been a time where I haven't had a great experience. The cuisine is carefully crafted and based on local products, sourced and hand-picked by Steve. The risottos, in particular, are always memorable, but it's really hard to make a bad choice from the menu, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, listening to Steve talk about food and wine.

We dined at a truly enchanting restaurant just steps from the historic center. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and incredibly peaceful, perfect for unwinding. Our romantic dinner was excellent (and the wine even more so). What made the experience special was the hospitality and expertise of the host: a very friendly and knowledgeable person. He gave us an interesting introduction to the recommended wines, turning the wait for our dishes into a pleasant and alternative experience! We'll definitely be back! 🥂
