06/05/2025: At the end of April I was in the restaurant “Le Vitel etonné” with a group of 14 people. That was a good choice! It is a restaurant that is particularly famous for its vitello tonnato. And, it really has to be said, the praise for this is justified – absolutely outstanding! A nice atmosphere – we were very satisfied. I can recommend this restaurant!

12/05/2025: It's impossible to describe the deliciousness of everything. Try it and you will understand. In the photo, plin stuffed with cheese and pepper with hazelnut and prawn sauce, radiatori with Bra sausage, asparagine and caramelized cherry tomatoes, veal with two types of tuna sauce and salmon style I don't remember what but that was delicious too. I said praise to everything.

Very warm welcome, beautiful tables with white tablecloths and great team on duty, everything we enjoyed for dinner and as a family was perfect in terms of cooking and flavors. Special features: 3 trolley options for Piedmont cold meats, cheeses and desserts with a very wide choice and everything is delicious. To recommend without reservation, worth its rating above 4.6/5. Restaurant very close to the Duparc Immobilier suites which we also recommend.

27/05/2025: I’ve had this restaurant on my list for a long time, and we finally made it. We went for lunch, and besides their usual menu, they also offer a lunch menu where you can combine two dishes like a starter and a main, or a dessert, or a glass of wine. We chose a few of their regular dishes. We tried the ceviche and while it’s not the traditional Peruvian style since it included quinoa, the fish itself was fresh and the flavor came very close to the authentic Peruvian taste. The tartar was absolutely delicious, and the pasta I had was excellent too. The only downside was that our table wasn’t in the best spot as one of the seats was right in the path the waiters used to get to the other tables, so it wasn’t the most comfortable. Also, we waited a bit longer than expected for our main dishes. But overall, the food was great and I’d definitely come back. The presentation was lovely and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxed lunch.

06/04/2025: We went to this beautiful and characteristic restaurant on Friday evening. We tried the 35 euro tasting menu which I highly recommend. Everything EXCELLENT, COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF AND THE VERY KIND WAITRESS! We will definitely be back

26/05/2025: A refined and elegant environment, very refined in a retro style. The menu is varied and rich, and offers typical Piedmontese cuisine: high quality proposals and elegant plating. The service, today so difficult to find even in environments where it should be taken for granted, is impeccable: the owner and the staff are courteous, attentive, refined and very proactive. I could not recommend this place at the foot of the Gran Madre more, for a truly unique experience in full Savoy style. I will definitely be back!

Tasty cuisine and first choice raw materials, an overall intimate environment and Marco's friendliness and professionalism is never lacking! Very low prices in relation to the quality. I highly recommend having dinner, whether with friends or as a couple! Reservation recommended

16/05/2025: We like it! Especially the wine list, excellent selection, with great depth of Barbaresco and Barolo. I tried a bit of everything, finding the battuta excellent, while the agnolotti slightly salty for my taste, as well as the vitello tonnato. Homemade bread and artisanal grissini are worth mentioning. Their pannacotta / bonet is special.

25/05/2025: Cibo piemontese di altissima qualità. Abbiamo preso menù degustazione piemontese. Antipasto vitello tonnato da 10 e lode. Al primo sono stati così gentili da cambiare condimenti dei plin aggiungendo ragù di cinghiale a causa di mia preferenza personale. Come secondo un brasato sempre da 10, unico problema la capienza, vi ritroverete al secondo già pieni, tanto che sono stati così gentili da confezionare i due brasati da portare via. Dolce altrettanto buono ma già eravamo full. Tengo a sottolineare la carta dei vini da ristorante stellato e la COMPETENZA E GENTILEZZA del personale di Sala.
