16/02/2025: It should have been an unforgettable birthday, and thanks to this experience it really was! Many had already recommended it to us, so expectations were high... but they managed to surprise us anyway! Refined and delicious dishes, with attention to the smallest details, and an enchanting and elegant location that creates the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the evening. A special round of applause to Chef Toni and all the staff, who made us feel super pampered with their kindness and attention. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique experience! We will definitely be back!

10/03/2025: Le Vitel Etonnè is a place where you can fully breathe the Piedmontese tradition, and during our weekend in Turin we chose it for this very reason. We arrived around 7pm without a reservation and, although the restaurant had been fully booked since 8pm, the staff were kind enough to find us a table anyway, as long as we managed to vacate it in time. We decided to order only two dishes and divide them, and with great attention they served us the half portions already plated separately, a gesture that we greatly appreciated. As an appetizer, obviously, we took the vitello with tuna sauce. The meat was very tender, it melted in the mouth, and the sauce was abundant and tasty at the right level, without overpowering the delicate taste of the veal. First, we opted for the tajarin with Bra sausage ragout, curious to try their homemade pasta. Right choice! The pasta was perfectly pulled and cooked just right, while the ragù was rich and well balanced. The service was quick and efficient, so much so that in the hour we had available we were able to eat without haste and with great satisfaction. Definitely a place we will return to try the rest of the menu!

26/03/2025: On of the best meals we had during out trip! We stumbled upon this place through recommendations, and now that we’ve tried it we would recommend it too! First of all, their dishes were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Secondly, they offered comforting yet remarkable flavour combinations, my favourite was definitely the squid ink pasta. The tomato, the squid, and the bottarga melded together to create a perfect sauce that clings to the pasta, absolute perfection. They also served very good olive oil, be sure to enjoy it with their bread. Would love to pay another visit when the time comes, highly recommend!

26/03/2025: Finally I can give 5 full stars! Ladies and gentlemen, memorize in any way the name of this restaurant that preserves and offers in an excellent way the culinary tradition of Turin. Any comment or judgment would be superfluous and certainly insufficient to give due credit to the quality expressed in this restaurant. It is useless to describe here the dishes that I had the privilege of tasting: trust me and book as soon as possible (if you can) to live a truly unforgettable experience.

20/02/2025: Excellent dinner, pleasant atmosphere. It was unpleasant, being in a wheelchair, to have daring and difficult access to both the entrance and the toilet, contrary to what was written on the page. Given the kindness of the staff, I am sure of the commitment to modify the information...

08/03/2025: Quiet and understated yet elegant. The food is excellent, the portions are just right. The Chefs are creative and innovative with traditional foods and presentation is beautiful. I recommend the veal cheek which melts in your mouth. The nice surprise is that despite being piemontese this restaurant also serves fish.

24/02/2025: After several attempts... (always difficult to find a seat!) I managed to get in for a Sunday dinner. Very... very collaborative staff, excellent food! Avoid the times and evenings in which large groups of young people intent on tasting pizza "colour" the room with abundant "noise"... (for this reason we recommend a sort of division of the room between: Pizzeria and Restaurant....), prices correlated not only to the number of courses, but also to the excellent quality of the food. For everything else: 10 and praise!

27/02/2025: Excellent restaurant for lunch break. Various menus: appetizer menu, first course menu and second course menu at a fixed price with drinks and coffee. Fast service and very competitive prices. Unfortunately I also had a dessert (excellent) which cost me almost half of the first course menu. I recommend it

26/02/2025: Frequented this place several times in recent years; I perceived a drop in the level, especially from the point of view of speed and quality of service. The pizza tasted very good but I had a stomach ache all evening, so perhaps leavening problems (?). All in all, a nice environment to dine in but perhaps I wouldn't recommend it for anything "more".

26/02/2025: It represents exactly the places I love. A simple and well-kept tavern. A well-kept cellar with excellent wines, very kind staff, an equally kind but above all very good chef. We had lunch with traditional Piedmontese dishes, all freshly made and handmade, with fresh ingredients. The bill was in line with the tradition of Italian taverns that are so envied throughout the world.

02/03/2025: I was there the other evening with my friends: as a lover of soups, I have never found a place as beautiful and welcoming as this one that made equally delicious food. All three of us had a great time and the staff is really nice and kind, super recommended!

09/03/2025: Stumbled upon breakfast by chance and were greatly impressed by everything. Tasteful place, welcoming staff, quick service and very good breakfast. The sweet food offering is wide and varied, also featuring products for vegans and those intolerant to lactose. I would give one more point for the fact that, upon asking for a bottle of water before leaving, I was offered (free of charge) to fill my bottle with drawn water.

11/03/2025: I personally like this restaurant a lot. There is no real menu, but all the dishes are displayed verbally by the waiter with great professionalism. I understand that many may not like this, but in my opinion this makes the experience more fascinating. Clearly, since there is no menu, prices are not shown and I understand that this may not be appreciated either. As far as I'm concerned it makes me feel free to choose without worrying too much about prices. I have been several times and so far I have received no surprises when presented with the final bill. The prices are clearly medium-high but justified by the professional service, the historic and elegant location and the good flavor of the dishes. As far as I'm concerned, very good quality-price ratio. Typical Piedmontese cuisine. I usually always get the castelmagno gnocchi and they are very good at making them. The rack of lamb is also excellent. Another plus point is the dessert trolley which on the one hand evokes a bit of nostalgia and on the other makes you want to try.

09/03/2025: Piedmont and France meet in an explosion of flavor and refinement... the staff is very well prepared and trained in classic and "old" (finally) catering. Carefully prepared dishes, like the equipment, where nothing is left to chance. We took half a liter of house wine, two starters (cardoon flan and anchovy sauce, Burgundy-style snails on Jerusalem artichoke cream), a first course (agnolotti with roast sauce), a second course (boar stew-like and Belgian endive with honey), a trio of divine cheeses and a second course, chosen from this very refined trolley which they bring to your table so that you can choose directly, all accompanied by compotes made by them and for what I took (very seasoned) they might not have been useful. The waiter, serving me the cheeses, did what I consider a 5-star thing, he showed me the way to eat them. There is flambé service directly in the dining room at the table, a dessert trolley which is sublime. In short, we spent €108.00 for everything, I recommend it to everyone.
