02/02/2026: An excellent vocational school offering our students, fresh out of middle school, the opportunity to learn professions such as hairstylists, beauticians, pastry chefs, bakers, restaurant and waiters, chefs, and graphic designers. A strict selection process with limited places is available for new classes, for truly motivated and determined students. Excellent teachers and professionals from all fields are available and professional. Recommended for those with learning disabilities.
In addition, the school has a brewery where you can sample excellent craft beers in the adjoining pub.
27/12/2025: A very spacious facility, a beautiful school for various trades, including a very interesting culinary one. It also has a bakery and a pub. Very nice.

Fast service, qualified, professional, kind, and smiling staff (not to be underestimated given the large clientele), and ready to assist with any requests. FOOD: We had the tasting menu for €30 per person; excellent quality food, just the right portions! Next time I want to try the pizza; I think I'll be pleasantly surprised. Thanks, until next time!
30/01/2026: They were over an hour late and didn't even apologize! Unacceptable. If you don't know how to manage reservations, don't open a restaurant, you incompetents!

18/01/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant and I must say I was completely satisfied. Besides the delicious food, everyone was very kind to my little girl. The atmosphere is refined and elegant. We truly had a lunch to remember in every sense of the word. The changing table was also excellent: clean and conveniently located in a small alcove; I think it was one of the best I've ever found anywhere.

Excellent location, extremely helpful staff.
We didn't try the pizza, perhaps mistakenly, because the quality of the food in the kitchen is absolutely terrible!!!
Dishes are beautifully presented, great ideas, but the quality of the ingredients is extremely poor. They could do better.
I had high expectations from this place because it's always crowded and trendy, but for that kind of money, there are places downtown where you can eat much better.

Of course the price is also consistent and appropriate for the 5⭐️, but if you are willing to spend a lot of € on a cell phone, it follows that - if you love yourself - you will have no doubts about pampering yourself a little. And then what a wine, if you don't know the Ruché di Castagnole Monferrato you don't know what you're missing 😩 !!!
15/01/2026: We dined at the restaurant two consecutive evenings during a visit to the city. The wait staff was attentive and fast. We sampled several dishes from the menu, including typical Piedmontese dishes. From appetizers to desserts, everything was exceptionally good. The portions were generous and beautifully presented. The meat, in particular, was amazing, as were the first courses and desserts. We drank a top-notch Barbera d'Asti superiore.

It's not a grand building with any frills or decorations, but rather a country estate that served as the headquarters for the family winemaking business. The fascinating tours illustrate rural life and the history of wine and truffles. Every window offers priceless views of the surrounding landscape.
29/12/2025: An enchanting site, one of the most prestigious in the Langhe, with a rich and captivating history. The green area surrounding the fortress offers extraordinary panoramic views. Inside, there are courtyards, halls, and visitor areas.

09/01/2026: One of our two favorite pizzerias in San Salvario, where we always love to return. Good dough, excellent toppings, always very friendly staff, a selection of beers, not just industrial-strength ones, and prices that haven't yet skyrocketed like at other pizzerias in Turin. The only small drawback is that it's a bit chilly inside in the winter, and the lighting also makes it a bit chilly. A couple of degrees more heating and some warmer lights would create a more welcoming atmosphere, and we'd want to eat there more often, rather than takeout. :)

I recommend the appetizer with mica and Castelmagno gnocchi. The tripe is a little spicy, but if you like it, it's excellent.
