01/08/2024: A unique experience in every respect! Refined environment, a beautiful location! Carefully prepared and refined dishes but at the same time linked to tradition and the territory! Excellent wine list! Highly trained sommelier and dining room staff who pay attention to every detail! Chef Susigan is truly an amazing person! The Michelin star and in particular the green one are well deserved! Highly recommended: we spent an unforgettable evening!

19/08/2024: Typical Turin tavern much appreciated by the locals. Honestly, I wasn't enchanted by either the atmosphere or the food, which seemed a little too simple and not always well executed. I had the opportunity to try several courses and apart from the vitello tonnato which I found tasty even if a little expensive for the quantity offered, nothing else left me enthusiastic. In Turin I found far more interesting places.

17/08/2024: After long, strenuous hikes in the Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso and the disappointing news that the mountain huts were fully booked, we found this hotel in Noasca late in the evening - and it was a real stroke of luck! Location: Perfect for hikers. Right next to the bus stop and in close proximity to hiking trails. Ideal as a starting point for tours in the national park. Room: Comfortable and clean. Not a luxury hotel but definitely more than necessary for a stay in the mountains. More than satisfactory for the price of €75 per night. Service: This is where the hotel particularly shines. The hospitality was overwhelming. The staff was always proactive, helpful and attentive. They drove us to our rooms in the rain even though it was less than 1km away. The family atmosphere immediately made us feel at home. Breakfast and dinner were perfect. Large, tasty portions that filled even hungry hikers. What was particularly impressive was their flexibility - no problem having breakfast earlier than 7:30am. Extras: The laundry service was very convenient. Personal touch: The long, interesting conversations with the staff about the region, their experiences and the history of the valleys gave our stay a special depth. Conclusion: Unbeatable value for money. The combination of good food, comfortable rooms, perfect location and, above all, exceptional service makes it one of the best hotel experiences ever. The negative reviews that you occasionally read are absolutely incomprehensible to me. This hotel exceeds all expectations and is a true blessing for hikers and nature lovers in the region. If you are looking for authentic Italian hospitality in the Alps, you have come to the right place.

01/08/2024: A small restaurant in the heart of the Chivasse center. Certainly the best in the whole city. The cuisine is divine, the flavors explode in your mouth, the presentation is top notch. Excellent choice of raw materials. Excellent service, you can't find a flaw in it. Very nice place.

11/08/2024: Siamo tornati in questo locale dove abbiamo in passato trascorso momenti bellissimi in festività varie ……niente a che vedere con i miei ricordi! L’unica nota positiva là cameriera gentile e molto disponibile alla risoluzione dei problemi. Cibo neanche minimamente consigliabili ad esempio i paccheri erano “affogati” in una minestra di sugo quasi dovessimo mangiare un minestrone ……capello in un piatto che poi è stato fatto pagare lo stesso….una vergogna !!! Purtroppo non ci torneremo mai più!

07/08/2024: For my birthday and our last evening in Turin we chose this restaurant. Everything was delicious, just homemade. The waiter was very kind and advised us on what dishes to take. Truly perfect 👌

31/07/2024: Le Vigne is a nice and cosy restaurant in a small and quiet street in the centre of Turin. It has a pretty al fresco dining option in summer. The menu consists of mostly traditional dishes and while the choice is not wide, the food is well cooked and the portion are big enough. Service is kind and efficient.

22/07/2024: Il mio ragazzo ed io siamo stati per la prima allo Chalet per festeggiare il nostro primo anniversario. Che dire, siamo stati accolti in maniera calorosa dalla dolcissima Romina, che, con tanta pazienza, ci ha presentato il posto e i magnifici percorsi da poter svolgere durante il nostro soggiorno. Per non parlare poi della sorella Monica, nonché grandissima chef dell'hotel, che ci ha riservato un menù tipico piemontese con ghiottonerie a non finire. La stanza che avevamo prenotato, vista lago, era piccolina ma graziosa, con tutte le accortezze necessarie che solo Romina poteva riservarci. Sono stati tutti super gentili e disponibili e ci hanno trattati proprio come membri della famiglia. Torneremo sicuramente a far loro visita, perché siamo appena tornati a casa e già ci mancano tutti. Claudia e Francesco
