31/01/2026: I went to Dolce Stil Novo with my girlfriend for a special evening, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The atmosphere is romantic and elegant, perfect for enjoying time together without rushing. The cuisine is a perfect balance of tradition and creativity: refined dishes, top-quality ingredients, and surprising flavors. The service is attentive, professional, and never intrusive, making you feel truly pampered. The atmosphere is splendid, ideal for both a special evening and a high-end dining experience. A restaurant that deserves it.

29/01/2026: I had dinner with my partner at this wonderful restaurant... Let me start by saying that my expectations were very high and they were met in the best possible way. The service was exceptional, kind and welcoming but never intrusive. The dishes were prepared with respect for tradition but never banal, with techniques and innovation, research, and a lot of love for the primary ingredients. I was truly amazed because Chef Alfredo Russo welcomed us to the table and wished us to enjoy the evening and the experience. At the end of the dinner, he came over to thank us and ask how we had enjoyed it... He is an elegant man, just like his restaurant, rigorous like the career he has built, but kind and gracious like his dishes. In short, an exceptional experience. I thank the restaurant, the team, and the chef for this magnificent evening.

07/03/2026: Ristorante Giovanni is one of those places in Turin that you never forget. You go there for good food, of course, but you return for something more: genuine care, attention to the raw ingredients, and cuisine that has personality without sacrificing restraint. The fried foods are simply extraordinary: light, perfect, never heavy. Mushrooms, artichokes, asparagus: in every season, they find a way to make themselves memorable. For me, they truly are the best. The service is always impeccable, discreet, never intrusive. And the atmosphere has a rare quality: it's quiet, discreet, and welcoming. Not noisy, not garish. A place where you eat well and still enjoy conversation, almost feeling at home. For me, it's become a favorite restaurant. And anyone passing through Turin should try it at least once. Then, they'll easily return.

12/04/2026: We left Turin for Orchiday in Mercenasco, and stayed for lunch. We chose the "Gardenia" restaurant in Caluso by chance, and we decided to give it a try. It was a beautiful, pleasant, and wonderful experience, which transformed a Sunday afternoon into an unforgettable memory. We had lunch in a stunning, beautifully maintained 19th-century residence, with meticulous attention to detail, where everything speaks of the history of the place. The cuisine is divine, I would say; the dishes are very well thought out, the flavors are balanced, and every ingredient in each dish was carefully chosen. We asked the sommelier for advice on the wines, including the passito, which was very helpful and attentive to our tastes. Compliments to all the staff for their helpfulness, kindness, and professionalism. Special thanks go to Laura, who assisted us throughout and who even showed us the restaurant's garden and greenhouses at the end. We will definitely be back, we had a great time, Simona and Claudio, Turin.

20/04/2026: Kindness and helpfulness are the hallmarks. The pizza is very light and easy to digest, and you can choose between three types of dough (whole wheat, whole grain, and regular), and the food is also very good. Even though it was Sunday lunch, they responded very quickly to our various requests. Highly recommended.

The tartare was very good, but the veal with tuna sauce and the tongue with greens were also delicious. If you're craving a first course, try the tajerin or plin; you won't regret it. Prices are in line with the area. Reservations are absolutely essential. Recommended

06/04/2026: A restaurant with a traditional menu (the veal with tuna sauce was good but not excellent...but the veal cheek was amazing!) and a few additions with some decent seafood dishes (the sea bass meatballs were delicious). The restaurant has a beautiful setting reminiscent of a barrel, and the staff was very friendly and provided very efficient service, especially considering the restaurant was full.

29/03/2026: Top value for money at Le Vigne! We opted for the four-course tasting menu plus dessert: an incredible journey through the flavors of the region. Generous dishes, excellent ingredients, and an attention to detail you wouldn't expect at this price. The dessert was the icing on the cake. We'll definitely be back!

15/03/2026: What a fantastic restaurant. Excellent home-cooked local recipes, with a friendly staff that made us feel like we were home. We loved everything, but definitely have the agnolotti. We tried several others during our stay in Turin, and Taverna’s was head and shoulders above all the rest.

Scannabue is undoubtedly a must-visit in Turin. ​The menu is outstanding from start to finish. The '2008' Vitello Tonnato was perfectly balanced, followed by superb Agnolotti del Plin elevated by the wonderfully rich Beurre de Bresse. The Braised Beef Cheek in Barbera was a standout—meltingly tender, deeply flavourful, and beautifully presented on mountain mashed potatoes. ​A particular highlight is their excellent and reasonably priced selection of wines by the glass. This allowed for flawless pairings throughout the meal: a structured Timorasso (Derthona) to start, an elegant Nebbiolo for the pasta, and a robust Barolo to complement the braised meat. ​Professional service, a welcoming atmosphere, and brilliant value for the quality of ingredients provided. Highly recommended.
