14/10/2025: We booked for Sunday lunch for four. The menu was good, with a wide selection of meat and especially fish. The ingredients were high-quality, and the dishes were beautifully presented. The wait time was reasonable. The atmosphere was quiet, with no noise to disturb the conversation, and the tables were well-spaced. The quality/price ratio was excellent. If you're in Stresa, this is definitely a place worth checking out.

11/10/2025: I ate at this restaurant for a couple of days (I was in town for work) and enjoyed the cuisine, which pays great attention to the finest ingredients, with some excellent reinterpretations of traditional recipes, and a wine list worthy of the place. The service was highly professional and the warmth that makes you feel at home.

28/10/2025: Well... leftover pieces of breadsticks collected in a bag and served as if they were normal. When I complain, they say it's normal. If I had a restaurant, I'd give the leftover breadsticks to the dog, not the other guests. Oh well, if only the dishes were special, but they aren't.

26/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, looking for something else, but the experience wasn't bad at all. Aside from the Fassona beef with egg and truffle, which unfortunately was decidedly tasteless (even the truffle wasn't great), the rest—gnocchetti with Castelmagno cheese, agnolotti with roast beef sauce, and sliced ​​beef with potatoes—was all excellent, flavorful, and delicious. We ate at the tables overlooking the square, so we didn't see the interior. The service was quick and courteous. The price was quite reasonable.

25/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, intrigued by the banner on the street, "Contrada dei Guardinfanti," and it was love at first sight. The restaurant's name says it all, and my two friends and I introduced ourselves as "Bourbons." Through laughter and chatter, we met Marianna and her two brothers who run this welcoming restaurant, rediscovering our shared roots. The menu offers a choice of a few dishes (four for each course), but they're surprising: Neapolitan tradition married with Piedmontese (for example, the excellent braised beef in Aglianico) or revisited (linguine with truffle and raw shrimp, cannoli filled with ricotta and mascarpone). There's a wide selection of wines, but I stuck with the superb Aglianico from Le Janare. We returned three nights and were never disappointed. Last but not least.... Don't forget the pizza, which I highly recommend (and the tiramisu too!!!)

25/10/2025: Waitress didnt understand English and we have very limited Italian but we made it work. Food was actually good. Other staff apart from the 1st Waitress were more interested in singing happy birthday to a large party at the back of the restaurant. 1 drink was forgotten. When it came to the bill we were charged wrongly. Only 4 euros but was to embarrassed to mention. Card machine would not accept our card that we had been using the whole holiday and i didnt have enough cash to cover it. Used the same card less than 5 minutes later and it worked. Think the shop has Internet issues rather than it being our cards fault.

11/10/2025: Rude staff, too long wait. They didn't bring us the platters after 50 minutes, and on top of that, they told us to go to hell even though they were in the wrong. Not recommended. I'm giving one star because I can't give zero.

08/10/2025: Restaurant on the border, convenient parking, excellent service and above all pizza and cuisine and super service, but as I like to say it is the people who make the difference

28/07/2025: Everything was really good, fresh food and the right dishes! The only thing I would say is that the outdoor seating area is a bit run down, with the awnings not being particularly attractive...

30/10/2025: Disappointed. The cheese pizzas were bland and difficult to cut. I ordered a salmon pizza, and the salmon on it wasn't fresh; it had a strong taste. I had an allergic reaction the following night! Very expensive for the pizzas. We had tiramisu for dessert, and it wasn't homemade at all. It was also bland. The tables are very close together. Disappointed, I won't be back.

28/10/2025: Very fast service, very friendly waiter, excellent pizza. Children are welcome and the prices are very reasonable.

05/10/2025: The day was blessed with splendid sunshine and unexpectedly summery temperatures, making the trek between Roddi and Verduno a true pleasure. Walking through the Langhe hills immersed in the vibrant autumn colors was refreshing for the eyes and the spirit. The landscapes are simply breathtaking. To crown this day, we chose the "La Volta Rossa" restaurant in Roddi. We opted for the menu featuring mushrooms, a true celebration of autumn flavors. The quality of the dishes was excellent: everything was carefully prepared and of the highest standard. A culinary experience that reflected and enhanced the authenticity of the area. Thanks to the Chef!

12/10/2025: Too bad. I've been frequenting this pizzeria for several years, for lunch and dinner. Last night, two of us dined, and before ordering, I dared to move to the other diner. The waitress, rudely and arrogantly, slammed our chairs, demanding we move immediately to another table. This is how customers are treated. I acknowledge the new dining room management policy at this establishment. Goodbye.

12/10/2025: Two of us arrived at 7:45 after a reservation; we ordered both farinata and gluten-free and regular pizza. The gluten-free farinata arrived first, then the regular one when my wife had already finished it... meanwhile, I order a medium red beer (€8.00...!!!), then I ask and ask again, finally it arrived!!! Meanwhile, my regular pizza arrives, and when it's almost gone, the gluten-free one arrives too...! A word of advice: it would be better to prioritize customer service in the dining room instead of neglecting it for takeout, which is a real non-stop rush!!!! We liked the pizza, though, and we'll definitely be back, hoping for better luck!!!! Oh, and on the way out, I meet Mr. Conte, who is also sitting at a table with his family to enjoy this pan-fried pizza!!!! He's always a gentleman... until the end, FIRZA JUVE!!! 😉

30/07/2025: The place is very nice and the staff is friendly. Excellent value for money. The pizza and seafood are good. There are some small lapses in service that could be improved. Despite this, the staff is helpful and polite.

04/05/2025: Beppe Gallina è ormai da anni una certezza per torinesi e turisti. In entrambi i locali situati a Porta Palazzo e a San Salvario si mangia pesce fresco con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. I piatti sono casalinghi, le porzioni abbondanti e il servizio semplice ma curato. La formula all inclusive (un piatto a scelta, un bicchiere di vino, acqua e focaccia) a 17 euro è geniale. Consigliatissimo.

25/04/2025: Sono stato per una cena con la famiglia in visita a Torino. Locale molto accogliente, cucina ottima preparata in maniera espressa proprio davanti a te. Sapori sopraffini, raffinati, sembrava di avere il mare in bocca. Complimenti per la gentilezza, la cortesia e la squisitezza dei piatti serviti. Consiglierò assolutamente e tornerò senza dubbio
