12/10/2025: Two of us arrived at 7:45 after a reservation; we ordered both farinata and gluten-free and regular pizza. The gluten-free farinata arrived first, then the regular one when my wife had already finished it... meanwhile, I order a medium red beer (€8.00...!!!), then I ask and ask again, finally it arrived!!! Meanwhile, my regular pizza arrives, and when it's almost gone, the gluten-free one arrives too...! A word of advice: it would be better to prioritize customer service in the dining room instead of neglecting it for takeout, which is a real non-stop rush!!!! We liked the pizza, though, and we'll definitely be back, hoping for better luck!!!! Oh, and on the way out, I meet Mr. Conte, who is also sitting at a table with his family to enjoy this pan-fried pizza!!!! He's always a gentleman... until the end, FIRZA JUVE!!! 😉

12/10/2025: Too bad. I've been frequenting this pizzeria for several years, for lunch and dinner. Last night, two of us dined, and before ordering, I dared to move to the other diner. The waitress, rudely and arrogantly, slammed our chairs, demanding we move immediately to another table. This is how customers are treated. I acknowledge the new dining room management policy at this establishment. Goodbye.

11/01/2026: Very good food, nothing to complain about. Great place for gluten-free options, too. I'm sorry to have to give such a low rating, but the staff was very rude, impolite, and annoying. Plus, we were all crowded together at the table, making it difficult to eat.

06/01/2026: Unfortunately we had a bad evening... Christmas pizza party with colleagues, the waiters seemed almost annoyed, probably tired from excessive work regime given the Christmas period, then lunches and dinners with colleagues etc... about the wait nothing to say, very fast pizzas ready in 3 minutes but..... my Calzone was also stuffed with tin foil, the pizzas of two of my colleagues were topped with hair... they offered us amaro for goodness' sake (thanks) but I'm sorry... maybe better next time

04/05/2025: Beppe Gallina è ormai da anni una certezza per torinesi e turisti. In entrambi i locali situati a Porta Palazzo e a San Salvario si mangia pesce fresco con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. I piatti sono casalinghi, le porzioni abbondanti e il servizio semplice ma curato. La formula all inclusive (un piatto a scelta, un bicchiere di vino, acqua e focaccia) a 17 euro è geniale. Consigliatissimo.

25/04/2025: Sono stato per una cena con la famiglia in visita a Torino. Locale molto accogliente, cucina ottima preparata in maniera espressa proprio davanti a te. Sapori sopraffini, raffinati, sembrava di avere il mare in bocca. Complimenti per la gentilezza, la cortesia e la squisitezza dei piatti serviti. Consiglierò assolutamente e tornerò senza dubbio

11/01/2026: Neapolitan pizza as it's meant to be. A treat for the palate in a relaxed setting, with attentive, yet reasonably fast service.

02/01/2026: We've just driven the length of Italy.. from Sicily through Calabria, up past Naples, Rome, and Tuscany — eating pizza along the way. This unassuming place in Susa served us the best pizza of the entire journey. Properly Neapolitan, perfectly executed. The Totò quote on the wall sets the tone: unpretentious, authentic, and very much worth finding. Don't let the Alpine location fool you - this is the real thing.

13/03/2026: I had an experience at this restaurant with my sister. We chose the Il territorio menu; it seemed like the perfect choice for enjoying traditional Piedmontese food, and indeed it was. The dishes were all designed to take you back to Sunday lunches at grandma's. Eating was an immersive experience, from the music to the decor, and even the smells of the dishes that arrive before the taste. A particularly positive note was the welcome from the owner, elegant yet friendly at the same time, a rarity in restaurants of this type! The zabaglione in particular, an incredible surprise that will surely be unforgettable.

13/03/2026: Beautiful place. Four of us went for a business lunch, which I highly recommend. You can choose between meat, fish, or vegetarian options, and the bread is delicious. The service was impeccable, and the owner was extremely friendly and kind. It's a place where you feel at home despite the elegance and history of the place. We're teetotalers and didn't drink wine. Judging by the friendly nature of the owner, I think his comments to customers about not drinking wine were intended as a joke. A restaurant I recommend, and I plan to return to in the evening to try the à la carte menu. I also appreciated the elegantly waived cover charge.

06/03/2026: They welcomed us even though it was almost closing time, and for that we thank them again. Two fantastic first courses. You could taste the excellent quality of the ingredients. The bucatini were perfectly cooked (not a given, having eaten them elsewhere).

05/02/2026: In the heart of Biella, this fantastic restaurant and pizzeria has absolutely amazing fresh food, with top notch ingredients. We had the mixed fritto misto as an entree and pizzas. Friendly service, we were lucky enough to have a whole room to ourselves since it was during lunch, but I can assure that dinner is a whole different business!

06/07/2025: Permanently closed. A McDonald's will open in its place. What a shame!

26/06/2025: Seeing a place so clean and quiet open late at night was surprising, and finding such friendly, helpful, and smiling staff was even more surprising. Although it could be considered just a "food court," it turned out to be better than many other places.

14/02/2026: Delicious pizza, light dough, and fresh, quality ingredients. You can really taste the care taken in the preparation. The staff is polite, friendly, and super helpful, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Fast service and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back! 🍕😊

10/02/2026: Truly excellent focaccia: fragrant, flavorful, and made just right. But the real added value of this place is Alessandra. A special sales assistant, exquisite in her manner and customer service, one of those people who can make even a simple stop at the bakery enjoyable. When product quality meets human quality, the difference is noticeable. Congratulations.

08/10/2025: Great restaurant on the lake with a beautiful view one level on the terrace and one by the lake. Great Italian dishes and wine from local producers. The food was amazing.

15/02/2026: We visited this pizzeria on a Saturday night. Although the place wasn't crowded and there were several free tables, the experience was terrible. The pizza, with its thick crust, was the opposite of what it should be: heavy, rubbery, and lacking in moisture. The main problem, however, was that half of one pizza was literally raw: the dough was stringy and sticky, so much so that it was initially mistaken for mozzarella. When the waiter asked how the pizzas were, we politely pointed out the problem, but his response was annoyed and arrogant. Instead of apologizing, he irritably replied that "we should have told you before." We replied that we discovered it while eating it, and sarcastically suggested remaking it after dinner. Mistakes happen, but rudeness and attempts to blame the customer are unacceptable. No attention was paid to the bill, no gesture of courtesy. An apology for the poor service would have been the least we could do. Quality may fluctuate, but rudeness and arrogance toward customers are a choice. Two pizzas, a beer, and two waters (with just one glass) €38.50.

09/02/2026: Excellent pizzeria, knowledgeable and polite staff, the only flaw I have to say is that after dinner, during the night I drank a lot of water, probably a little too much salt 👍

12/07/2025: Un Buon Format Pizza di buona qualità Giusta dimensione, cottura e farcitura. Buone le polpette così come la mozzarella in carrozza. Location curata e luminosa. Servizio Gentile Consigliato.

15/06/2025: Questa pizzeria è veramente buona, a partire dalla pizza i dolci, ma soprattutto la decorazione mi sentivo come a Napoli. Personale molto simpatico. Hanno anche una sala gluten-free accanto. Complimenti.
