08/04/2026: I went to the blues jam, and since I had to drive, I only ordered a water... but I still had to pay β¬5 for a mandatory fixed drink. Now, I understand it's written outside (even if I didn't see the sign) and I understand that the events support the musicians, but β¬5 seems excessive to me for a water. I'm certainly not inclined to return for other events (where I would certainly have spent more). Keep it up and then complain that the crisis is taking your jobs. Sometimes a little common sense...

The pizzas arrived all disorganized due to transportation. They also arrived more than 45 minutes late, despite having paid for express shipping. I'd attach photos, but I can't...
I don't think there were any hills to get to the destination.

04/04/2026: We were very disappointed with our visit. Unfortunately, we had to wait 1.5 hours for our food, which is simply far too long for a restaurant.
When we arrived, the table was already dirty, and the cutlery was also dirty, which immediately made a very bad first impression.
The food itself unfortunately didn't improve the situation: The pizza was burnt black, the pasta was cold, and on top of that, the food didn't arrive at the same time for everyone at the table. Some of us even had to wait another 30 minutes or so before our food finally arrived.
Overall, the service and organization were very disappointing. We wouldn't wish such a visit on anyone.

11/05/2026: I had to treat my parents to a Michelin-starred lunch... I was literally treated like dirt! No "good morning/good evening," no arrogant/pretentious responses, and when I pointed this out to Mr. Umberto, he even got touchy.
Politeness is definitely something else...

26/06/2025: Seeing a place so clean and quiet open late at night was surprising, and finding such friendly, helpful, and smiling staff was even more surprising.
Although it could be considered just a "food court," it turned out to be better than many other places.
