30/11/2025: My husband and I went there for bagna cauda day. Excellent and plentiful.

22/09/2025: Twice we went to eat a piece of grilled beef. Ordered medium, served maybe a little rare, but tender and excellent. Pasta with porcini mushrooms was also very good. Waitress friendly and efficient. Price a little high justified by the quality.

18/10/2025: Tonight we were not at all satisfied, we ordered two pizzas and a mixed fish appetizer for €16 on the list... the main courses arrived and the mixed fish platter, besides being rather paltry in itself (considering the purchase price), contained within it and all its splendor three prawns in aurora sauce, I cut off their heads and opened their backs: full of intestinal poop. 🤦‍♂️ I called the waiter and explained the mix-up and asked for the plate to be taken back. Damn, you're serving me "three prawns in total and dirty ones too"!?!?!? I made my peace with it and asked for a pizza, obviously when my wife and daughter finished dinner I started. Not good at all, neither praise nor infamy, literally burned underneath. The owner passes by and asks us to leave the table because it's getting late 🫤 (really?!?!?!) No sooner said than done, we immediately get up and go to the cash register. The husband leaves the register and calls the owner... she exhorts us like this: they told me there was a problem, well yes, the shrimp had poop in them, "but I have to charge you anyway"!!! I politely reiterated that I hadn't even touched the dish and, with a photo in hand, I wouldn't eat it with poop on it for anyone. She blushes and only makes me pay the amount due. A real shame, I felt bad just having to mention it..."I would have expected at least an apology", but what can I say, truly disappointing.

12/09/2025: Good pizza with a wide selection!

12/10/2025: Too bad. I've been frequenting this pizzeria for several years, for lunch and dinner. Last night, two of us dined, and before ordering, I dared to move to the other diner. The waitress, rudely and arrogantly, slammed our chairs, demanding we move immediately to another table. This is how customers are treated. I acknowledge the new dining room management policy at this establishment. Goodbye.

12/10/2025: Two of us arrived at 7:45 after a reservation; we ordered both farinata and gluten-free and regular pizza. The gluten-free farinata arrived first, then the regular one when my wife had already finished it... meanwhile, I order a medium red beer (€8.00...!!!), then I ask and ask again, finally it arrived!!! Meanwhile, my regular pizza arrives, and when it's almost gone, the gluten-free one arrives too...! A word of advice: it would be better to prioritize customer service in the dining room instead of neglecting it for takeout, which is a real non-stop rush!!!! We liked the pizza, though, and we'll definitely be back, hoping for better luck!!!! Oh, and on the way out, I meet Mr. Conte, who is also sitting at a table with his family to enjoy this pan-fried pizza!!!! He's always a gentleman... until the end, FIRZA JUVE!!! 😉

13/11/2025: We came for lunch, the food was good, but nothing special, the service was also fast BUT what struck me was the coffee at the table for 2.50 euros which wasn't even good... so between coffee and cover charge 10€ is a bit high.

23/11/2025: I booked for 9.30pm, after a few minutes they made us sit at the table, the drinks arrived immediately but for the pizza we waited almost an hour, I understand, Saturday night the place was full but when the pizzas arrived I understood that the wait was worth it... in fact the pizza was fantastic, out of this world, I'm writing this review sitting on the toilet and also the digestibility was excellent so APPROVED!

25/11/2025: The place is decidedly elegant, exuding a sense of the past, complemented by the aromas of excellent dishes. The pizza is delicious, and that's not the only reason it's become a regular stop whenever I'm in the area. Highly recommended for those who value good food and good manners.

09/11/2025: This is our second time here, and we've always left very satisfied. The quality and deliciousness of the dishes is superb; the homemade breadsticks, bread, and pasta are truly delicious. Excellent and friendly service, with the dishes delivered promptly (just right). The atmosphere is beautiful and refined, with soft background music that enhances the pleasure of good food! We'll definitely be back in the future!

16/11/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Risto Pizzeria Dai Borboni – Turin Located just steps from Piazza Castello, in one of Turin's central streets: a truly convenient and pleasant location. The pizza is very good, with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. The service is friendly, although it could be better organized during busy periods. Overall, a good experience: recommended pizza and an excellent location for a casual dinner in the city center.

25/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, intrigued by the banner on the street, "Contrada dei Guardinfanti," and it was love at first sight. The restaurant's name says it all, and my two friends and I introduced ourselves as "Bourbons." Through laughter and chatter, we met Marianna and her two brothers who run this welcoming restaurant, rediscovering our shared roots. The menu offers a choice of a few dishes (four for each course), but they're surprising: Neapolitan tradition married with Piedmontese (for example, the excellent braised beef in Aglianico) or revisited (linguine with truffle and raw shrimp, cannoli filled with ricotta and mascarpone). There's a wide selection of wines, but I stuck with the superb Aglianico from Le Janare. We returned three nights and were never disappointed. Last but not least.... Don't forget the pizza, which I highly recommend (and the tiramisu too!!!)

04/05/2025: Beppe Gallina è ormai da anni una certezza per torinesi e turisti. In entrambi i locali situati a Porta Palazzo e a San Salvario si mangia pesce fresco con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. I piatti sono casalinghi, le porzioni abbondanti e il servizio semplice ma curato. La formula all inclusive (un piatto a scelta, un bicchiere di vino, acqua e focaccia) a 17 euro è geniale. Consigliatissimo.

25/04/2025: Sono stato per una cena con la famiglia in visita a Torino. Locale molto accogliente, cucina ottima preparata in maniera espressa proprio davanti a te. Sapori sopraffini, raffinati, sembrava di avere il mare in bocca. Complimenti per la gentilezza, la cortesia e la squisitezza dei piatti serviti. Consiglierò assolutamente e tornerò senza dubbio

26/06/2025: Seeing a place open at night so clean and quiet was surprising, even more to find smiling, kind and very helpful staff even more. Although it can be considered only a "food area" it turned out to be better than many other places.

15/11/2025: Excellent food, well-cooked. High prices, small portions. A manager yelling at the kitchen staff in front of customers isn't exactly the height of elegance.

29/11/2025: A historic establishment on one of Turin's posh streets, Via Lagrange. Lavazza coffee is strong and robust. Very good. A variety of traditional Piedmontese sweets of excellent quality, from gianduiotti to zabaglione pralines and gianduia tarts. You can dine both inside and outside in a relaxing and refined atmosphere. Good value for money. Recommended.

29/11/2025: 4.50 for a coffee and two dry, very dry biscuits. Who knows how many days they've been sitting on that counter. Extremely slow service. More than 15 minutes waiting for a coffee at the table. One euro even for table service! Crazy! Never again.

12/11/2025: A wonderful experience in a magical place with excellent food and excellent service. It feels like being at the theater. A Michelin-starred restaurant without too many frills, with generous portions and plenty of flavor.

11/11/2025: We're not there. We're definitely not there. I'm sorry, but I spent the entire lunch wondering not only how they could have a star, but also how they could keep going like this. Let's start with the assumption that the previous contact I had to make a reservation was difficult: monosyllabic, incomplete, cursory, and rude responses. Today, however, the welcome was average. All in all, "nice," thank goodness. But let's get to the point: the local tasting menu was very disappointing. The appetizers were decent, but of decidedly inferior quality to any other starred restaurant I've ever tried. The flavors and combinations were those of any other agritourism restaurant, nothing special. The bread was cold and a bit stale (and not made by them, by the way). First courses: an almost overcooked tagliolini with butter, delicious ravioli, and then a small casserole dish of awful goat cheese gnocchi. The second course: rubbery meat. The desserts—which usually save the day—only made things worse. Something really went wrong here: I'm talking about a berry mousse with the consistency of wet breadcrumbs, a rough custard, and a baba that was THAWED and THAWED poorly (the ice was still there). All this for the modest sum of €300 (for two). The price you'd expect for a Michelin-starred restaurant, but this place has absolutely nothing Michelin-starred about it. A total disappointment, I'm sorry. If someone were to try their first Michelin-starred restaurant here, I don't think they'd want to do it again. Definitely an insult to other restaurants with the same recognition but truly deserving of it.
