We are truly thrilled. I contacted the place well in advance since, due to an annoying allergy to milk proteins, I wanted to make sure I could order the Punt a Mes tasting menu. Not only did they satisfy me, they definitely pampered me, making me want for nothing -- I often feel uncomfortable asking for variations and in this case I felt like a queen. The Punt a Mes menu is fabulous, the starter is worth the whole meal. Genuine, bright, welcoming flavours. It's true that Piedmontese cuisine never gets boring, but at Vintage it's even more surprising. If we lived in Turin, we would come at least once a month. Thanks Umberto for the fabulous dinner

Stunning and beautiful restaurant

Uno stellato presente da molti anni in Torino. Sono stato invitato a un evento promozionale. Buono il menù concordato. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è stata la tagliata impanata, buona e particolare. Interni storici ma un po’ ristretti. Personale efficiente, anche se il servizio non è stato al livello di altri stellati.

Located a few steps from the central streets of Turin and overlooking Piazza Solferino, Vintage 1997 is a historic restaurant in the city awarded with a Michelin star. My visit was motivated by curiosity to try the "business lunches" proposal, available exclusively for lunch. The offer includes three types of menu (meat, fish, vegetarian) at the price of 30 euros, an interesting option. The atmosphere and location of the restaurant reflect its prestige and history, but unfortunately I have to express some disappointments regarding the meat menu I tasted. The three courses offered (veal with tuna sauce, tajarin with meat sauce and ice cream) turned out to be rather "normal", lacking that distinctive element expected from a starred restaurant. The quality of the cuisine, although good, did not reach exceptional levels. The service, in my opinion, was mixed. At times he was rushed and inattentive. At the beginning of lunch, we were presented with a saucer to taste the oil and bread produced by the restaurant, but unfortunately the staff did not seem to have noticed the presence of dust on the saucer. Furthermore, the dish was removed without even asking us if we had finished. Overall, the cuisine at Vintage 1997 is of a good standard, but it wasn't exceptional - I was hoping for a more memorable dining experience.

An absolutely wonderful meal every dish was phenomenal the service was attentive and kind and we had a perfect dinner.

Grandissima conferma nel campo della ristorazione torinese. Esperienza culinaria di grande qualità, piatti tipici e non eccessivamente elaborati ma di altissima qualità. Complimenti!
