A business lunch is the best way to experience a Michelin-starred restaurant in an accessible way.
Three courses for €30.
Really good, I recommend it to everyone, a true Michelin-starred experience at a trattoria price.

Overall, a good experience, in line with expectations but without any particular surprises. The dishes are carefully crafted and crafted with high-quality techniques, although some pairings are less memorable.
The service is professional and the atmosphere elegant, as expected from a restaurant of this caliber.
Overall, a good experience, but there's room for improvement.

The atmosphere is very welcoming: the staff is friendly, and the background music is pleasant, allowing for relaxed conversation. Four of us had lunch, choosing the €30 menu. The dishes were well-described and invitingly presented. The meat-fra lentre option was the best. The tagliarini with meat sauce is highly recommended, although unfortunately, in our case, the pasta nest on the plate remained compact when we opened it with a fork: the pasta stuck together... The vegetarian menu, on the other hand, could be greatly improved: the linguine with green beans and potatoes is honestly a dish I wouldn't recommend, and definitely wouldn't revisit. The meat menu offers excellent value for money.

I had an experience at this restaurant with my sister. We chose the Il territorio menu; it seemed like the perfect choice for enjoying traditional Piedmontese food, and indeed it was. The dishes were all designed to take you back to Sunday lunches at grandma's. Eating was an immersive experience, from the music to the decor, and even the smells of the dishes that arrive before the taste. A particularly positive note was the welcome from the owner, elegant yet friendly at the same time, a rarity in restaurants of this type! The zabaglione in particular, an incredible surprise that will surely be unforgettable.

Beautiful place. Four of us went for a business lunch, which I highly recommend. You can choose between meat, fish, or vegetarian options, and the bread is delicious. The service was impeccable, and the owner was extremely friendly and kind. It's a place where you feel at home despite the elegance and history of the place. We're teetotalers and didn't drink wine. Judging by the friendly nature of the owner, I think his comments to customers about not drinking wine were intended as a joke.
A restaurant I recommend, and I plan to return to in the evening to try the à la carte menu. I also appreciated the elegantly waived cover charge.

We opted for the tasting lunch for €30 per person. The portions were adequate and the dishes were tasty, especially the tajarin with meat sauce. The atmosphere was vintage in name and nature, and the service was too fast and at times a bit distracted. The wine selection was good, although unfortunately the red wines needed to be decanted more before serving.

A one-Michelin-starred restaurant offering promotional lunch menus during the week, I tried the meat one for €30. However, I was actually offered a dish off-menu, with the ingredients shown to me by the waiter at my table. The dish was fried porcini mushrooms, which I immediately agreed to include in my lunch. The original menu includes an appetizer, a first course, and dessert. These seemingly simple dishes, prepared in a restaurant of this caliber, immediately taste something special, and make for a memorable experience. The atmosphere is formal, and the antique furnishings, with warm colors, hark back to a bygone era of opulence and elegance. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. A must-try at least once in your life. Highly recommended.

Turin's Michelin-starred restaurant par excellence. An experience I recommend to anyone who wants to sample the great classics of Piedmontese cuisine, executed to perfection. A top-notch wine list. The ambiance is a bit retro (we're talking Vintage, after all). Excellent value!

A high-end restaurant in the center of Turin, the dishes are carefully prepared and well-prepared. I highly recommend the "Gran crudo di mare."
