13/07/2026: The service was sloppy and uncoordinated. We were just finishing our farinata when the main course arrived. They hadn't cleared the table, and they were taking away my friend's plate while he was still eating.

08/07/2026: We chose this place because a family member is celiac. We had a great meal; the pizza was truly excellent, even the gluten-free one was delicious. Prices were reasonable, and it's worth noting that gluten-free pizzas are only 50 cents more expensive. The farinata was also very tasty, and the portions were generous. Two less positive things: the "regular" pizzas were served earlier than the gluten-free one, which arrived a few minutes late; and the table we were occupying (there were four of us) was located in a narrow corridor between the restaurant and the oven area, making it a bit cramped and quite warm; we felt there was no air conditioning. Otherwise, everything was fine, including the courtesy of the staff.

18/04/2026: We waited about half an hour for two simple entrees to arrive, and I should point out that it was 2:00 PM, so most of the customers had already finished lunch. Furthermore, we didn't appreciate the presence of dogs in the restaurant. It's not nice to eat lunch while hearing them barking. When we reported the disturbance, they didn't even apologize. You have to be humble when you choose this profession. You apologize to the customer both for the delay in service and for the inconvenience caused. Otherwise, you're doing something else.

07/04/2026: During my vacation in Italy, I ate at this restaurant several times and was always very satisfied: the dishes are excellent at extremely reasonable prices and the staff is very kind.

28/12/2025: I chose this hotel exclusively for the spa, paying €217 per night. Too bad the spa, in fact, wasn't usable. All the seats, chaise longues, and loungers were "occupied" only by abandoned towels, with no one present. After over an hour without even being able to sit down for a minute, I reported the matter to reception. The spa colleague's response was that "everything was occupied," casting doubt on my report. Curiously, only after my report was made was a towel removed and a seat vacated, effectively contradicting the employee's earlier statement. The spa was completely unsupervised: overcrowded for its size, noisy, messy, and clearly lacking in cleanliness (I never saw anyone come to clean the floor given the overcrowding). There was no access management, no supervision, no respect for the minimum rules. Calling it a "spa" is misleading: it's more accurate to call it an indoor pool left in disarray. The staff appeared helpless and disinterested: a first female operator constantly on the phone, followed by two young men completely passive in the face of the situation, chatting among themselves. The result: the spa was unused on the only available afternoon of the stay. To be fair, the management offered early access to the spa the following morning. This was an absurd and unusable offer, as it was only available at 11:00 a.m., therefore after checkout. I wasn't looking for a discount outright, but paying for a spa and not being able to use it even for a minute would have deserved at least some concrete compensation. Nothing. The rooms are average, with no added value; the windowless bathroom is a questionable choice for a hotel of this caliber. The breakfast is varied but of poor quality: dry panettone and industrial pastries (cream bonbons that look and taste artificial). In short: high price, poor service, non-existent spa management. If you're looking for relaxation, order, and an experience worthy of your money, look elsewhere.

15/06/2026: I've been wanting to return to this place for a long time, which isn't just a place but a true cultural hub for food and wine in the charming town of Ivrea. As soon as we arrived, we immediately indulged in an aperitivo; the place specializes in aperitivos that lead directly to dinner. To begin, I had a good glass of red wine, while my colleague opted for a non-alcoholic cocktail, which was thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed the whole experience in a convivial atmosphere, accompanied by an excellent platter of mixed cured meats. Next, we dived straight into dinner, right when the kitchen opened. First courses dominated our menu, as we couldn't go any further due to the long drive, not to mention the additional kilometers we still had to cover. Therefore, we opted for excellent tagliolini with wild boar ragù; the whole combination was a perfect fit, every ingredient perfectly fresh. The wild boar ragù itself is very strong and not easy to balance; in fact, we barely made it in terms of heaviness. Next, we had dessert, a tart filled with hot chocolate. This dessert helped warm the whole meal and enlivened our sense of smell with its intense aromas. We chose the perfect dessert. Dinner was accompanied by a simple bottle of still water, and everything ended with a good coffee. All that's left to do is console ourselves and plan another evening in this beautiful setting.

01/06/2026: Everything was bad, the service, nothing like what I expected. It happens. It took us almost an hour to receive the appetizer. The bread was awful, the food was cold. I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

04/06/2026: When we arrived, we were initially optimistic and chose a table outside, but we quickly became bothered by the smell of urine. The server was extremely rude and practically slammed down the drinks and food, taking our order without a single word. Even during the meal, we were constantly stared at and felt unwelcome. The pizza, however, was very tasty and the price was perfectly reasonable.

09/11/2025: This is our second time here, and we've always left very satisfied. The quality and deliciousness of the dishes is superb; the homemade breadsticks, bread, and pasta are truly delicious. Excellent and friendly service, with the dishes delivered promptly (just right). The atmosphere is beautiful and refined, with soft background music that enhances the pleasure of good food! We'll definitely be back in the future!
