26/10/2025: My husband and I had dinner at this wonderful restaurant. It was an absolutely positive experience. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and very friendly. The dishes are excellent, with refined flavors and top-quality ingredients. Great attention to intolerances, and the gluten-free bread is delicious! Compliments to the chef and all the staff. We'll be back!

04/11/2025: The Michelin star is very well deserved. Had a few small chats with the chef and the service personnel, amazing people. Incredible food. I would take a few points away for the decor though. Overall experience is stunning with over 14 courses, we ended up spending 3.5 hours at dinner.

23/10/2025: I took my father for his birthday, and from the welcome to the end of the dinner, everything was very pleasant and enjoyable. I found both the service and the cuisine simple yet perfect. The service was always prompt without ever being intrusive, and the dishes, in their simplicity, retained the essence of the individual ingredients, demonstrating great balance both on the palate and the eye. They were never overwhelming, but always elegant and, above all, delicious. Highly recommended. Thank you again for the delightful evening I spent at your restaurant. See you soon!

21/10/2025: It feels like being at home in the Alta Langa, in a country house where traditional Piedmontese cuisine is revisited with taste and lightness. It offers a meat menu, an unusual fish menu, and, in October, we also discovered the Truffle Menu. The potato and hazelnut gnocchi on a Castelmagno cream and the crispy egg on a Castelmagno base with truffle shavings are exquisite (€4.50 per gram). The seafood menu also offers a delicious brisée tartlet with calamari and scallops on a cream of zucchini. To finish, a Madernassa pear caramelized in red wine with cinnamon ice cream and a selection of complimentary pastries. The service is friendly and discreet, and the prices are reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients. Beautiful decor, complemented by vintage items that complement the ambiance, is also a highlight. Free parking is available.

Fantastic advice, we ate fabulously at a very fair price and above all, since my partner and I are lovers of Piedmontese wines, we were fascinated by their wine list!!! Incredible depth of vintages at incredible prices, in my opinion, few places in Italy let you drink certain wines at those prices!!! Truly congratulations, we will see you again very soon!!!! We arrived late without a reservation and still managed to get a table on the terrace to enjoy the last rays of sunshine. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The portions were very generous, with complimentary amuse-bouches for the starter and canelés for dessert. The canelés were particularly good. The waitress also spoke excellent French. I highly recommend it!! 🥳

21/11/2025: The rooms are old, and the showers are not particularly pleasant, but considering the significance of staying in a historical building and having breakfast and dinner, the all-inclusive package was a good choice. Due to the schedule, I was only able to have dinner one day, but if possible, I would have liked to have dinner twice. The incredibly delicious breakfast is something to be had, and dinner goes without saying. Cannavacciolo was also very nice, and I became an even bigger fan.

We chose the "Nel Nome del Gusto" tasting menu with wine pairing, and from the first course, it was an extraordinary sensory journey: an explosion of colors, aromas, and flavors that captivated me. Some dishes even transported me back in time, to my beloved grandmother's kitchen—a sweet and intense memory that only high-quality cuisine, crafted with love, can provide. I'm not a food critic or a food influencer; I love cooking, but above all, I love eating well. And I can say with absolute certainty that the quality and freshness of the ingredients were more than evident. Every dish told a story, every bite exuded passion. The location is simply enchanting: the majestic Moorish-style villa overlooking Lake Orta seems like something out of a dream. Every architectural detail, from the Moorish arches to the decorated ceilings, contributes to creating a timeless atmosphere, where elegance and warmth coexist in perfect harmony. The rooms are intimate and refined, meticulously designed, and the garden surrounding the villa conveys a sense of tranquility and absolute beauty. It's a place that speaks to the soul even before the palate. The service was impeccable: the entire staff stood out for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. I felt pampered, welcomed as if by a large family, but with the elegance and discretion that only a special place can offer. Unbeknownst to me, my partner had mentioned in the reservation that it was my birthday and that I'm a big fan of Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo. When they brought me a cake with a candle before dessert, I couldn't help but be moved. A simple yet meaningful gesture, which encapsulates the soul of Villa Crespi: attention, care, and love for the customer. The evening concluded with an unexpected and unforgettable encounter: I had the honor of meeting the Chef. I confess that the emotion was so strong it left me speechless—a true culinary Stendhal syndrome! I couldn't thank him as much as I would have liked, so I hope these words reach him and his wonderful team: thank you for making this experience a dream. Villa Crespi is like a perfect orchestra: each person plays their instrument with passion, and under the direction of a great Maestro, together they create a harmony that envelops and uplifts you. I don't know if I'll ever be able to eat anywhere else with the same wonder.

07/11/2025: Incredible The two-faced outdoor setting: you arrive in a secluded spot, welcomed by a pleasant parking lot, and you find yourself in a sort of farmhouse. 11/11/2025: We went to this amazing restaurant for a Graduation celebration with about 30 people. The food was outstanding. Everything was homemade and fresh. The tartar was one of the best I have ever had. The gnocchi two styles was also fantastic. The beef we had was so tender that you could cut it with a fork. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We came tonight to celebrate our anniversary and were greeted with delicious bread and warm focaccia with butter, a very reasonable tasting menu (38 euros for two appetizers, one first course, one second course, and one dessert!), and friendly, welcoming staff. We're so happy we discovered this gem ❤️
