31/03/2025: E’ veramente oltre… è il giudizio della guida Michelin non è un caso!! Uso spesso trip advisor e spesso lascio recensioni ma credo che in questo specifico caso trip advisor NON sia il tool giusto x valutare “ Piazza Duomo” quindi NON lo farò. E’ tutto oltre !!! Troverete solo qualche foto che spero renda giustizia ai piatti ( già la presentazione vale il viaggio) Un caro saluto ai 3 Davide … stupendi!!!
30/03/2025: fantastico, tre stelle storiche e meritate. locale molto carino e elegante, arricchito da opere d'arte di pregio. ho scelto il menu viaggio con aggiunta di battuta di fassona con tartufo. tra i piatti memorabili l'antipasto piemontese merita il posto d'onore anche per la sua bellezza, oltre che per la bontà. cito anche gamberi e 'nduja e l'agnello dal menu di dicembre. ottima l'idea delle tisane di accompagnamento/conclusione dei piatti. lista vini molto ricca e con bottiglie anche a livelli di prezzi non eccessivi. personale e servizio impeccabili e simpatici.

23/03/2025: A special lunch! To celebrate my birthday, my wife and I chose this restaurant again, after the excellent experience last year, and once again we were pleasantly surprised. They were able to please us with a vegetarian menu and a free choice menu from the chef, both with attention to the smallest details. The dishes were delicious and the service impeccable, with an attention that made us feel truly pampered. The final surprise? A cake with a candle, a gesture that made the experience even more memorable. Without a doubt, we will be back! We recommend everyone to try this restaurant!

29/03/2025: Menu with very interesting proposals. We took the lunch menu with the egg cooked at 63°, the Milanese risotto with ossobuco and the dessert, to which we added a braised meat with celeriac cream and mushrooms. As an entrée they brought us two falafel each on top of a purple carrot mayonnaise. All extremely good, I would have done an encore of everything, but it is the Milanese risotto that is illegal due to how good it is. Very kind and professional waitress, welcoming and very nice place, with the possibility of sitting both inside and outside on the square overlooking the lake. Very high quality/price, I will definitely return.
16/03/2025: Refined cuisine without being snobbish, tasty and satisfying. A plus also comes from the service: attentive, prepared and very kind waitress.

15/04/2025: To celebrate my son's graduation we chose this restaurant and never was a choice more appropriate. Very beautiful locations on the fourth floor of the palace, with a terrace that will make summer lunches even more unforgettable. Attentive service and ready to satisfy any request. Excellent food, which hides a careful search for raw materials and combinations. Chef Russo participates in welcoming customers and proves to be an excellent host. Highly recommended.

20/04/2025: So let's make a premise: if you want beautiful photos go to their Instagram profile, because mine are photos of those who wanted to enjoy Easter lunch. Chosen after careful selection for an Easter lunch for couples. Summary: if I had to eat in only one restaurant for the rest of my life I would choose this one. From the aperitif to the dessert, no dish was predictable: new and unexpected textures, flavors and combinations. This made lunch a true experience of discovery. Very elegant dishes, space bread, for Easter they had a very well managed six-course menu (they were also very helpful in offering me alternatives to everything that contained fish - which I don't eat) Impeccable service: informal and attentive, it gave us the opportunity to feel at ease. Congratulations to the staff because this means working well. Objectively competitive price (€70 menu without wine) which we paid with satisfaction. We can't wait to return!!! (Tonight I will dream of all these delicious dishes 😭)

17/04/2025: Complete experience, stay at Villa Crespi for one night and dinner at the restaurant. Everything was taken care of right from the booking stage with easy communication even by email. Since our arrival, every detail has been taken care of with attention and warmth. The staff is incredibly prepared, present without ever being intrusive, capable of making you feel special without forcing. The service in the room is orchestrated with precision, real smiles, perfect timing, punctual but never pedantic explanations from highly trained guys. Each course is told without mincing words because it is the dish that speaks and the ingredients that have an "enormous" flavor even if in fact they are dishes with traditional ingredients. The stylish room is very welcoming, considering that you are in a 19th century building so no overly technological ambitions. We also made use of the SPA with a full body massage which is worth experiencing. The buffet breakfast offers very high quality choices starting from exceptional pastries and savory choices of the highest level, it does not make you regret the quality of the restaurant experienced the previous evening. A true and full experience that I will always carry with me.
14/04/2025: Villa Crespi is an ancient home of industrialists and is now home to the Cannavacciuolo restaurant. I recommend it to be pampered by good food.

The cheese and dessert trolleys are extraordinary (you can choose multiple tastings!). Precise and friendly service. The price is in line with the quality of the experience. I recommend booking well in advance!

For each dish, a wine pairing proposed by the talented Cristina is recommended. But all the staff deserve praise. Well done, well done, well done.
04/04/2025: You are welcomed into an elegant and pleasant environment, and accompanied along a complete food and wine journey, extremely refined but strongly connected to the territory and respectful of its seasonality. All the staff are delightful, ready to have a chat and provide any explanations or curiosities. The Chef is pleasantly human and present, making sure in person that everything is to your liking. If you can, treat yourself to this experience. You won't regret it.

Il percorso è bellissimo, dall’ amuse bouche fino all’ultima cioccolatina col caffè. C’è tango, e tutto buono. Bravi!

Interno con tavoli spaziosi, bianche tovaglie, stile marinaro. Menù di pesce,anche crudo, sempre fresco. Ottime materie prime, pane di loro produzione con farina di Buratto, servito ancora caldo. Prezzi onesti per la qualità. Servizio rapido e cortese. Ottimo sconto con The Fork. Noi torniamo spesso.

27/02/2025: Familiar village restaurant with star potential The trattoria in the small town of Serravalle/Langhe is run by the brothers Alessandro, Massimo and Tiziano, who have gained profound experience in fine dining around the world. In their Piedmontese homeland, they run the inconspicuous trattoria with the motto: taste, passion and simplicity. This is the secret of the stunning Piedmontese cuisine served in this family business. The relaxed, enjoyable evening in the trattoria far exceeded our expectations. Thanks to its recommendation in the Michelin Guide 2023, the restaurant has become an insider tip for gourmets - this is also confirmed by the license plates of the cars in the parking lot behind the restaurant: visitors from all over Europe mingle with the Italian ones. About the menu, which you can combine Mare and Terra as you like: Gnocchi made from Piedmontese Castelmagno cheese, potatoes and nuts and the ravioli filled with meat from the local black pig with onions tasted excellent. My wife then tried a plate of raw fish, red prawns and scampi with aromatic citrus sorbet - this only tastes good when using super fresh ingredients. I chose a duck leg with cherries and delicious mashed potatoes and I didn't regret it either. The hospitable service from the brothers ensured an enjoyable evening that ended with a sensational dessert. The trilogy of panna cotta, bunet and nut ice cream tarts was Piedmontese to the power of three. My crispy gianduja nougat roll with local nut brittle and Barolo granita was a revelation that had a lasting impact on me. The brothers serve the best from the region to local families and tourists interested in culinary delights. And they remain consistently true to their motto.
