28/07/2024: Parto con la premessa che non sono solita a pubblicare recensioni,soprattutto quando sono negative perché spiace sempre dare pareri e giudizi negativi soprattutto riguardanti il cibo che è abbastanza soggettivo.
Purtroppo,in questo caso,credo che non si stia più parlando di gusti o piaceri ma di obiettività.
Ci siamo recati in questo ristorante ieri sera,5 adulti,piatti serviti e impiattati male,scarsa qualità,quantità al di sotto di ristoranti gourmet(che concedo solo a stellati),vino caldo,bicchieri del vino rosso sbagliati.
Naturalmente ho fatto notare la situazione al gestore che mi si è scusato ed è stato molto gentile.
Punto a favore la gentilezza.

09/08/2024: Was there with 2 Italian friends. Although not requested, we got the good seats with a view. The food was very good. We didn't drink alcohol because we were traveling on bikes. Water and coffee were good. We didn't have to pay the surcharge. I think my companions didn't pay anything because no one asked them to do anything. Maybe there was a mixup. It can happen. But if you don't ask, you won't get an answer. Would love to come back...

I would not recommend anyone, especially tourists to go to this crappy bar.

19/08/2024: The fried food is very good, dry and crunchy (some people like it), only the restaurant needs to be modernized for a moment, the service is kind and helpful, the chef, just one piece of advice: the carbonara is better to respect the original recipe.

03/08/2024: We waited 35 minutes to receive the appetizers (including the invitation not to order the missoltini). After 35 minutes the starters arrive and after just 5 minutes the first courses too. By the time we finished the appetizers and first courses we ate them cold. Zero apologies or desire to solve the obvious problem. I will never return.
05/07/2024: I've never been served such a sad dish at restaurant.... My son of 12 can cook better. I'll let the picture speak for itself: dry fish ( had to be cod but was definitely not)with a crust around, which is much tastier from the freezer in the supermarket and some hot vegetables without any seasoning. Nothing of salt & pepper or olive oil as you had to ask for this separately.

31/08/2024: Service was really bad for the price we paid. We paid 180 euros for a sun bed on the pool expecting service, drinks and food next to the pool. We were surprised that you have to serve yourself to drinks only at the pool and eat at the restaurant. People were extremely rude and not used to dealing with customers properly. For that price point i would expect better service, food, convenience.
The pool was good and clean, no showers to use after the day pass. Very minimal

08/08/2024: Gluten-free pizza really, really sucks. It is an industrial perforated base like schar with a layer of packaged puree like Pomi' on top.
When the waiter asked me how it was I told him and he promptly left. Maybe it can work for foreign tourists who perhaps have different tastes, but not for us Italians and we also feel cheated for the quality of the food they are giving us.
However, left it all on the plate, paid and left with the note of never returning again and the review was a duty towards those who, looking for some gluten-free options, might come across this "place".

25/08/2024: Avoid, this restaurant is a tourist trap.
We went there without looking at the Google reviews and were attracted by the nice terrace.
Result cruel disappointment.
My carbonara pasta was not good and in small quantity, and my friend's Milanese escalope was soft accompanied by room leaves taken out of a plastic bag with frozen fries...
They don't offer a carafe of water so you can charge €2 for very small bottles.
Really to be avoided.
23/08/2024: Atmosphérique was amazing in the corner so a live , no vegetarian option in menu,,, the pizza is a tortilla with sous, pasta was great.
Bee 🐝 and bird keep us busy all the time

Compliments to the chef, the cooks and all the staff.
14/08/2024: Signs to get us to walk over a mountain to get here. Sign says they’re open. All locked-up.

29/08/2024: Review of the restaurant. The staff were nice to us and food was okay but very expensive for some so so food. The dishes came very slowly and they missed one dish we ordered.
Overall Bellagio is a tourist trap, very small, over crowded, bad service, the vibe is “pay or you’re not welcome”.

My friend had a salad which also was a great disappointment. The location is in front of a soulless building. A place to pass by without stopping…
31/07/2024: We had lunch in this restaurant in our visit Como. and we enjoyed the food and the service. The staff was nice and friendly and the food was great. We recommend this resturant. Our server was Yas and he treated us very well.

11/06/2024: Terrible unqualified staff, we asked for the menu and were told we're coming, after 20 minutes I got up upset that no one had considered us and stopped a waiter and asked him can we have the menu to order and was told I won't take care of this, ask the my colleague, we sat for 45 minutes and finally the menu arrived, he takes the order from us, another waiter all sweaty and smelly, poor guy, he wasn't nice, I'm sorry for him, we placed the order and another thing arrives, let's ask, look what's going on it was a mistake we didn't order this he replies that if we don't want to wait any longer there was this my wife and I got up and we left for 1 hour and a half and we didn't even drink or eat. Disorganization at the maximum place to review for the staff breathtaking view and we will never return

26/07/2024: I booked at 1pm for 3 persons and found the place almost empty. However we first ordered a starter to share of some fried finger foods, supplì and small bread balls, so and so. Then we ordered 3 pizzas, 2 of them well done. The pizza were to wet and far too thin in the middle and not well done. All in all nothing special.
24/07/2024: Soooo… My best friend and I were looking for a good restaurant near our Airbnb. Everything was closed around on a Wednesday during summer and we walked and found this gem.
Absolutely amazing! They welcomed us with some aperitif to drink downstairs. Downstairs was empty and the nice lady led us upstairs where we could see the place was crowded.
We ordered 3 courses and it was delicious! Absolutely amazing! I highly recommend, this is a high quality Italian food nor far from center with a welcoming staff.
