02/01/2026: Spectacular location, but unfortunately, not much remains of this historic Brescian restaurant.
The staff, presentation, and food are definitely forgettable.
To top it all off, the prices are sky-high, completely unjustified by the quality offered.
In short, the new management doesn't live up to the reputation this place once represented.
What a shame. I'll never go back!

16/10/2025: Went there with a group. View was beautiful. Rooms were very very basic and the bathroom was wonky, but there was sufficient light (not in others) the service was great though and the food was very good.
11/10/2025: Everything was perfect! The hotel was meticulously maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was superb. I'll definitely be back.

We were just there (October 4, 4 p.m.) and it looks like the season is over; the terrace has been completely dismantled... So, unfortunately, our salted pistachio won't be available until next year... =;o((

A good selection of both fish and meat dishes, albeit at a high price. All good, but the Hessian is transcendent.
Service is okay, but perhaps not up to par with the location.

The only drawback is the small portions, especially for the price.
Two small pieces of turbot with zucchini, €50. Excessive.

02/11/2025: Poor quality food. We asked for sautéed vegetables and they served them boiled. The lasagna was made with sour tomato sauce. The pizza was mediocre. You pay €3.50 per person for a cover charge, but you get cheap oil and rubbery bread.

18/10/2025: I go there often because it is in a fantastic location and I must say that even though it was quite busy the service was quite fast. I had the bigoli with mussels twice but while the first time I liked it a lot the second time after a month it was too salty almost inedible.
02/10/2025: Yes, I'd love to go back. Unfortunately, I didn't have any salt and pepper mills on the table; inferior salt and pepper shakers were standing in place for hours...
The Greek salad was fresh, and without the sauce, it would have been great for seasoning...
The seafood frito misto was also delicious, but unfortunately, the shrimp were almost impossible to peel, and the intestines were still in there... you can't be serious.
The cheesecake with avocado, cream cheese, and wild salmon was very good, a good idea. A fine marinade for the salmon would have been the icing on the cake. The bass was beautifully fried, with a potato tart to go with it...
Very peaceful and relaxing under the trees today.

06/12/2025: Excellent restaurant with a lake fish menu, the chef's creations are very interesting (spaghetti with dried sardines and tagliatelle with lake ragù are worth the visit alone). The location is intriguing, with a terrace overlooking the lake (in the lake). The bill is a bit "salty," but the quality of the catch (and a few bottles of wine...) justify the trip and the lunch.

30/12/2025: We went to this place because it was recommended to us… the welcome was anything but polite, rather rude.
The food was just acceptable, meager for a €23 set menu without drinks; the photos speak for themselves. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it at all. Perhaps it's better to look for better options. The restrooms are not accessible for people with disabilities.
10/12/2025: Located in a corner of Piazza Duomo, it enjoys a privileged view of the entire square: dining on the terrace offers a picture-perfect panorama, while the interior is warm and welcoming.
The service is very attentive and thoughtful: Mrs. Paola is an excellent hostess, extremely kind and friendly, able to put everyone at ease, and her staff is very attentive and professional.
The dishes are excellent, expertly prepared, never boring, and very tasty. The tagliolini with truffle deserve a special mention.
Excellent value for money.
Highly recommended!!!

09/01/2026: Unfortunately, the food was awful. We paid 80 euros for nothing. If it tasted good, I'd gladly pay more. I ordered a steak and specifically asked for it to be cooked thoroughly. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it to anyone.
