16/11/2025: A very traditional and quaint place, the interior is truly beautiful! I had a delicious sea bream (in a potato crust), I highly recommend it! As an appetizer, the Taleggio cheese (pears, walnuts, and honey) is exquisite! When I return to Brescia, I will definitely return here.

30/10/2025: Vasco Da Gama Restaurant is a unique culinary experience in the center of Brescia! The atmosphere is charming and quaint, like stepping into a restaurant from another era. The cuisine is excellent, featuring traditional Brescian and Spanish dishes, such as paella and casoncelli. The location is ideal, in the heart of the historic center, just steps from Piazza della Loggia. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the dishes and the restaurant's unique atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the dish of the day, which offers an excellent selection of first and second courses at a reasonable price. The service is fast and attentive, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It's a must for anyone visiting Brescia looking for an authentic and memorable culinary experience. I will definitely be back!

23/10/2025: It was okay, but a total rip-off. €3.50 per person for sitting in a drafty spot—they call it a "flat rate" here. We had to pay for two bottles of water we didn't even order. They didn't let us down even after arguing. The waitress was incredibly rude. She kept trying to talk us into more, even though we refused. After that, she didn't serve us again and just gave us dirty looks. You should have some money if you want to eat in. A shame.

24/05/2025: Ristorantino semplice ma curato in cui già in passato avevamo mangiato bene. Il menu di pesce di lago ci ha deliziati. Perfetto il vino proposto. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La cortesia e professionalità del personale è un plus (non si trova facilmente una addetta alla sala così solerte e gentile). La simpatia travolgente del gestore fa il resto! Arrivederci a presto! 10/04/2025: Cercato (e trovato) un ristorante per cena e chiacchiere con amici. Piatti ottimi, pesce di lago servito benissimo, primi di buona qualità. Consigliato per mangiare bene senza “spendere” per la vista lago - anche se il lago è letteralmente a due passi!

02/11/2025: Poor quality food. We asked for sautéed vegetables and they served them boiled. The lasagna was made with sour tomato sauce. The pizza was mediocre. You pay €3.50 per person for a cover charge, but you get cheap oil and rubbery bread.

18/08/2025: Fantastic location, even though it's inside a hotel, you still feel comfortable even as a restaurant guest. A good selection of both fish and meat dishes, albeit at a high price. All good, but the Hessian is transcendent. Service is okay, but perhaps not up to par with the location.
