10/02/2026: A pleasant, slightly claustrophobic place. The service was friendly, if a bit chaotic. The food was good (special mention for the trofie, with a good pesto and potatoes and green beans), but the brandacujun had too many potatoes and not enough cod (and not enough oil). The bill was fair.

20/01/2026: If you want to relax with a good beer and a few dishes, this is the place for you. The atmosphere is fantastic and warm, and the staff is friendly and attentive. This is our second time here, and we were just as satisfied as the first. We'll definitely be back, and I recommend it to anyone who's never been before or who enjoys beer.

08/01/2026: Beer Lunch We went here for lunch. The extensive menu offered several interesting options, many of which included beer. We had the charcuterie board and fried gnocchi with parmesan, which was delicious and plentiful. Pappardelle with beer ragù (excellent!), and pork shank with beer sauce and baked potatoes (the portion was so generous, we had a doggy bag made to go!) The beer-filled Pandolce with orange cream was also special. We loved it! The atmosphere was lovely, all beer-themed, of course. We spent €84 for two.

22/02/2026: Small, stylishly furnished restaurant The food is good, with a few risks (like in my case with the amberjack, where an orange sauce covered the delicate fish), but overall it's good. The only thing to note, and it's not their fault, is that to get there, we, unfortunately, with two small children, took some dodgy roads. Nothing happened to us, but given the abuse of some heavy and stimulant substances, it wasn't the most peaceful journey. It should be noted that on the way back, some army and Carabinieri officers were circulating along some of these roads, which made you feel at ease.

09/01/2026: Fresh and authentic fish cuisine (octopus carpaccio, salt cod bourrida, seared tuna, stoccafisso, etc.), generous portions, very reasonable prices, a calm and family-friendly atmosphere, and attentive service—it's exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend it. P.S.: The price range we've indicated includes a shared starter for two, a second course each, a dessert, white wine, and a grappa.

09/03/2026: We loved it! We ate here two days to try different types of pasta. I recommend the salami ravioli with cacio e pepe sauce and the pesto sauce. There's a counter when you enter; you order, they give you a pager, you sit at the bar-style seating, and then you collect your food.

13/03/2026: Bad service. Everything is super slow especially after having dinner. We said could we have the bill pls? twice and three times. I don’t understand why it takes so much to get the bill while the restaurant was not that full. We were all frustrated by the attitude of the staffs as well. They seem they ignored us like not looking at us, coming up to the table to check the situation etc, even though they do those things to other tables. Plus, one of the staff had a BIG SIGH when we ask for a family picture. Was it too much for asking?😭 We were so excited to come here but the services ruined everything, foods and experience itself. So disappointed and unrespectful to customers.

23/02/2026: Small, cozy, clean. Delicious food, very attentive service. It's a small place and the menu is short but everything was delicious, simple and homemade. We had ravioli ragu, pansotti with walnut sauce, and picagge (very wide fettuccini) with perfect genovese pesto. The bread basket was also delicious! Thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

10/01/2026: Visited this little gem on a recommendation from a work colleague who says it's his favourite place in Genoa. After my 1st visit I can understand why. Truly amazing tasting steak. Very happy and helpful staff who made us feel completely welcome. We didn't reserve but they accommodated us, but I do say that if you want a table, reserve. I can understand why as the food is delicious and tables do get reserved to the max. Sorry I didn't get a picture of my food as it was so tasty to stop and take a photo, but I did get a picture of my beer glass. I will be back for certain. Thank you Prie Rosse

15/01/2026: Genoese cuisine is excellently prepared. Flavor, ingredients, and digestibility are perfectly balanced. I recommend typical dishes with their traditional names: capone magro, a surprise for non-Genoese who might expect capon, but instead... Cod frisceu, and in this case, you need to either guess or learn a few dialect terms that immerse the tourist in the most authentic Genoese atmosphere. Mandilli (also a must here) with pesto, and everyone knows this one. Breaded and fried anchovies. The rest of the menu is discovered by sitting at the tables of this trattoria with its barrel-vaulted ceilings and unique location, at the end of a narrow alleyway, where the entrance is located, and behind one of the city's most beautiful buildings, Palazzo San Giorgio, in the area of ​​the Old Port, the Bigo, and the Aquarium. The quality, quantity, and price ratio is excellent.
