31/05/2025: Very very bad experience. The boss of the place was super rude, like he don’t even like customers. Especially tourists – he look at us like we are stupid or annoying. We just wanted a nice dinner but the Restaurant Manager was extremely rude and the Food was average at best!!. Also the bill was way too high – they charged us more than the menu said!!! Worst place we eat on our trip. Don’t go!!!

31/05/2025: The food is solidly good. But be careful - the owner (bald and tattooed) treated us like dirt. You get the plates slammed down like I personally wouldn't even throw food at a dog's feet. The dislike towards non-Italians is very noticeable. In addition, we are charged for things that we definitely didn't order, resulting in a price of €50 per person (I'm happy to pay that - but then it has to be worth it). Sorry, no matter how good the food is. This guy is anything but a cordial host. The bad comments about him are definitely justified. He will probably reply and deny everything. It's a shame, because basically everyone in this place is friendly. But there always has to be a black sheep. And just to let you know - that’s NOT a fake comment. We’ve been there yesterday!

30/05/2025: The service is horrible!!! No people skills, and zero friendliness!!!

01/06/2025: ate on a Saturday night. arrived at 9pm. 3 people. first course arrived at 10.15pm. we also took the second course. at 11pm we were still finishing eating they turned off all the lights (we were outside in Piazza Caricamento) and put away all the chairs. The waitress had to go home. in fact after a few minutes she left in a hurry. I will start by saying that in the internal restaurant there were still some tables with people... good food, well cooked and presented fish but really terrible service. We felt like we were being taken for a ride. basically we ate and had to leave immediately, we were in the dark. Plus they told us it was the timer that had gone off but please let's not kid ourselves.

05/05/2025: Excelente restaurante cerca de la estación. El servicio era perfecto, comida de primera categoría. Muy ocupado (lunes por la noche) con una mezcla de lugareños y visitantes, todas las edades. Buena relación calidad-precio. Recomendar la pasta de calamatra de marisco y la pasta troife con almejas. Casa blanca perfectamente bebible.

20/05/2025: Zeer vriendelijke bediening die je een gezellige avond bezorgt. Ook nog lekker eten, wij hadden oa gevulde ansjovis. Mooi ingericht restaurant. Wijn is alleen per fles, wij hadden een heerlijke witte wijn uit Moneglia

17/05/2025: On vient chaque fois quand nous passons dans la région. Excellente carte, la cuisine est vraiment bonne, fruits de mer et poissons sans oublier les pâtes. Excellent service, au petit soin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

21/05/2025: I'll start by saying we didn't eat. We went to this restaurant because some locals recommended it. Before entering we looked at the menu outside and decided to eat the seafood spaghetti and the mixed fried fish. We went in, the waitress took us to a table and just before we sat down another waitress came by with 2 plates of seafood spaghetti. I assure you that the portion was really small, it must have been about 40 grams of spaghetti. At which point we looked at each other and left immediately. That's when we understood why the price was so affordable.

12/05/2025: Freshness of products + perfect cooking. As a starter, don't miss the Cappun Magro = fish marinated in vinegar with stewed vegetables and mussels, all cooked and served cold. Good advice from attentive staff.

13/06/2025: Questo ristorante gode di una posizione fantastica vista mare. Accurata mise en place e servizio gentile nonché professionale. Un ottimo Cinqueterre Forlini Cappellini 2023 accompagna il pranzo che si apre con una squisita tartare di ricciola. Insoliti e gustosi i cappellacci di sogliola. A seguire scampi al sale, semplici ma assai saporiti, considerando la crema su cui sono adagiati. Si termina con un gelato al basilico, originale e buonissimo. Vino da dessert di accompagnamento: uno Sciacchetra' Forlini Cappellini riserva 2018, indimenticabile . Gli ingredienti utilizzati sono di altissima qualità, il che spiega i prezzi elevati. Buono il caffè, un po' meno l' Armagnac. Avrei, forse, fatto meglio, ad ordinare il cognac Peyot. In somma, un pranzo di lusso, che lascia il segno. Conto 200 euro.

01/05/2025: Tanta roba questo ristorante. Davide è un caterpillar, qualità del cibo altissima. La bagna verde l’hanno brevettata. Non ha bisogno di commenti, bisogna solo provarla. È amore al primo morso. Il resto del menù è allo stesso livello. Ma il valore aggiunto non è solo questo: il personale è gentilissimo, e fanno sempre di tutto per metterti a sedere. Grazie

05/05/2025: Agradable recepción en un pequeño y acogedor restaurante. Servicio rápido, elegir en el menú diario. Elección de carne, pescado y vega, bien preparado y servido rápidamente. Genovese era genial, pez espada con pistacho también

03/04/2025: Après une virée moto en Sicile à 3 motards nous nous sommes arrêtés à Gênes sur le chemin du retour, et sommes allés manger dans ce restaurant après avoir vu les recommandations sur internet. Quel plaisir, quelle bonne soirée nous y avons passé. L'accueil est chaleureux, la cuisine familiale avec une carte réduite mais variée, les produits de qualité, un immense MERCI pour cette belle soirée et ce bon repas.

19/04/2025: We went in to ask if 2 places were available, a lady, I presume the owner, in an impolite manner, rudely kicked us out without any plausible justification. I don't judge the food or the service but the poor education of this person who with inappropriate gestures and attitudes has certainly lost a customer.

02/06/2025: We called before showing up to book and because we have a medium-sized dog. The owner was very kind and available to put us in a corner that wouldn't disturb others. Fast service and quality/price in line. We had a good time.
