18/04/2026: The place looks nice and the menu seemed good. But the waiter was really rude and didn’t want to serve us when she heard my friend translating the menu from Italian to English for me. According to Google Maps the close places at 14:30 we were there at 13:20 and she said it’s closed. While people were still arriving and eating.
18/03/2026: Enjoy a delicious seafood lunch.
Excellent value for money.

07/12/2025: The food wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst either. We also ordered a chocolate croissant, but it didn't taste good, but it was edible. The service was very fast and very kind, but there were a lot of misunderstandings. I asked for a Moroccan coffee, and they clearly brought me a macchiato. My daughter asked for a cold cocoa latte (with sweet cocoa), but they brought her a cold latte with coffee. My daughter wants something sweet, and you bring us something bitter. It doesn't make any sense at all. When they brought our order, we were a little confused, but they said that was exactly what we ordered. The atmosphere is very nice, I like it.

We tried the Mantilli with pesto (silk puree)—exceptional, homemade, and flavorful. The staff was super welcoming and made us feel right at home. The price was fair for the high-quality ingredients. We'll definitely be back!

11/06/2026: The food is good, but it costs more than €20 for a plate of spaghetti with clams, and they bring you 50 grams of pasta. That's something I've never experienced. Sorry, but I woke up hungry and spent a lot.

13/05/2026: I went to Miramare tonight (recommended by a friend) and the waiters were very kind, they explained each course to us, for me it's top, we'll gladly go back 🔥🫶🏽
10/05/2026: We came for lunch today without a reservation (although I think it's preferable in high season). We ordered two tasting menus.
The service was efficient, the staff pleasant, the setting lovely, and we ate very well.
I recommend it.

16/05/2026: I attended an event yesterday; the evening began with an aperitif buffet and continued with dinner. I enjoyed the excellent service and the stunning location, but what struck me most was the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. It was an experience I'd repeat and recommend to everyone. Congratulations!
28/02/2026: Lovely and authentic family hotel in the historic part of Chiavari. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the pool area is nice and the restaurant has some good local options. The staff is of high level of hospitality, shoutout to Rebecca and Aaron. I was there almost an year ago in May 2025 but keep recalling the nice stay and good time I had in Monte Rossa.

30/05/2026: It was the worst restaurant we ate at in Italy in two weeks. Hard pizza, hard lasagna, completely tasteless. Rude waitress. A horrible experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
24/05/2026: Delicious pizza, and they were incredibly attentive and considerate when I mentioned my allergies – they even wiped everything down again beforehand. The seating was a bit rustic, but still cozy.

05/06/2026: The best carbonara of my life! :) Very attentive staff; the owner brought us his own olive oil to taste, extra bread, and even two complimentary Ramazzotti. An exceptionally good meal. Highly recommended.
01/06/2026: We had the fish. Excellent, I'd say. The prices were perhaps a little high, but we left feeling full but not heavy. The fried food wasn't greasy, but nice and crispy. Very easy to digest.
And the avocado and shrimp tartare... Top!
I'll definitely be back.

The trofie with pesto lacked salt, but fortunately the pesto was good and added flavor. Spaghetti with seafood: good sauce, but the fish seemed frozen. It has nothing of an Italian trattoria. It's a touristy place with a menu featuring photos of the dishes.

22/02/2026: A small trattoria in a narrow alley in the historic center. If you're looking for classic Genoese cuisine, you can't go wrong here. A no-frills atmosphere. Friendly service. Dishes to be savored, not admired.

The food wasn't bad, but there wasn't a single dish that stood out to me, leaving a vivid, clear memory. Furthermore, the staff was a bit awkward (which is understandable; perhaps they were inexperienced).
