14/09/2025: Excellent location for the variety and quality of the food. Plenty of pizza options and a restaurant with generous portions. The restaurant has a large, open-plan veranda, which I believe is quite noisy due to the low ceiling height. Service is good but a bit slow, probably due to the high capacity and high number of customers. These small issues are likely to be less of a problem during the week, perhaps in winter, and make the menu more enjoyable.

03/08/2025: Pedí los espaguetis de marisco e IT fue fácilmente lo mejor que he comido durante todo el viaje. La salsa era exquisita - picante y lleno de almejas, langoustine y gambas con tomates cherry. La pasta también estaba fresca y cocinada a la perfección. Delicioso, de verdad. Ojalá hubiera descubierto el restaurante antes, para poder volver más veces. No puedo recomendar IT suficiente.

27/07/2025: Gran pequeño restaurante en el corazón del casco antiguo de Monterosso, que sirve pasta casera, mariscos frescos y una gran selección de pizzas. Todo estaba delicioso.

05/10/2025: We were very excited, as the owner was repeatedly criticized in reviews. We found the service and the owner pleasant. The food was delicious, and the pasta was especially handmade. The open fireplace made the stay very cozy. We can recommend the restaurant wholeheartedly.

The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff friendly, and the open fire in the restaurant where the meat is cooked was a unique experience. The pork ribs I ordered were fine, not particularly tasty or the portion particularly large, but they were well-prepared.

18/09/2025: We went twice, had good grilled swordfish and spaghetti with regular clams... the stew was a bit drowned in the sauce... The service was top-notch, though; they always served us the Very young guy with long hats, really polite and nice in his way Professional, it's rare to find such great staff 👏

18/09/2025: A friendly and attentive welcome. A wide selection of delicious, gargantuan pizzas at unbeatable prices. Half a liter of sparkling water is only 1 euro, and the beer is served straight and very cold. The menu of pasta and other goodies is extensive. A good place if you want to treat yourself!!!

12/09/2025: I finally managed to dine at Ca' Lilli and was delighted with the welcome, the food, and the service. The seafood tapas were delicious, and the paella was superb. At the end of the meal, we were offered Mirto and Limoncello, both very good—a truly special treat. I definitely recommend it and we'll be back. Congratulations. Marco A.

21/09/2025: I ordered a pizza and asked for the scamorza to be removed, but instead received a pizza with scamorza. But the worst part was hearing a waiter/young man being rudely and loudly scolded in front of customers simply because there were too many waiters stationed at the reservations counter. This was at a time when the place was quiet, so it was perfectly normal for the young men to exchange a few words. The Nervi marina is always beautiful at night...but certain scenes make the poetry disappear!

10/09/2025: Excellent location overlooking the sea. We tried the cheese focaccia in various flavors, which was truly delicious, and the farinata was also truly worth it. The house wine was excellent, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The desserts were very good and the value for money was excellent. Recommended!

10/10/2025: Dirty mussels marinara, trofie with pesto that was a block of salt, mixed fried food that I had to borrow my dog's teeth to chew, spaghetti with clams sent back because it was very salty and sand in the ounces, they remade it worse than the first one they sent back, in the end they brought me a plate of spaghetti with oil and clams, disgusting guys. We asked for sparkling water and it arrived still and I WON'T PUT THE PRICE IN SO AS NOT TO INFECT

04/05/2025: È la terza volta che torno a distanza da due anni dall’ultima volta ed è sempre una conferma. Oggi abbiamo provato due piatti fuori menú da perdere la testa: trippa e tagliatelle al ragú di anatra. Menzione d’onore al dolce che era davvero strepitoso, un creme caramel fuori da comune, elaborato e buonissimo.

21/04/2025: Belle decouverte en ce lundi de Pàques..Visite prevu de ce joli village italien et decouverte de ce petit restaurant qui proposait un menu de Pâques et sans avoir réservé nous avons pu y dejeuner et nous regaler de ces bons produit .Ce pain maison delicieux..Tres bonne adresse
