30/12/2025: Service was too fast. The appetizers were good. The first courses were too generous. It's a shame because we wanted a second course as well. The location was beautiful. However, it was excellent value for money.

The cuisine is refined, sincere, and well-executed, with balanced flavors and quality ingredients that are appreciated from the first bite. Each dish is presented with elegance and respect for tradition, without unnecessary modern constraints. A special mention goes to the service, perfectly embodied by Mr. Antonio: a true man of integrity, professional, discreet, and impeccable in his manners. His presence gives character to the dining room, with that slightly old-fashioned grace that is increasingly rare today and that decisively contributes to the restaurant's charm. If there's one small point for improvement, it's the portions that aren't particularly generous... but this detail easily fades into the background when compared to the overall experience. In fact, it almost leaves you wanting to return to try something else on the menu. An ideal place for those seeking atmosphere, flavor, and authenticity, perfect for a quiet evening of good food and old-world charm. Highly recommended.

28/02/2026: Lovely and authentic family hotel in the historic part of Chiavari. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the pool area is nice and the restaurant has some good local options. The staff is of high level of hospitality, shoutout to Rebecca and Aaron. I was there almost an year ago in May 2025 but keep recalling the nice stay and good time I had in Monte Rossa.

05/12/2025: First and foremost, the wonderful staff deserves a mention. Everyone was attentive to the guests' well-being and very friendly. We stayed in a newly renovated room, which, while not very large, was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was wonderful, and the bathroom was also very nice. The hotel restaurant offers excellent food, and the breakfast buffet is very appealing and well-stocked, even in the off-season. We would definitely choose this hotel again in Chiavari.

22/02/2026: This afternoon we stopped by for ice cream. The sales assistant was very kind, but there was one small detail I noticed: she had an earpiece in her ear, probably a phone. I looked at the other girls to see if they had one too, thinking maybe it was for communication. But they had nothing. Now I'm wondering, is it allowed to have earphones in an ice cream shop? Where's the professionalism? These are small details that unfortunately make all the difference in professionalism. I advise this girl not to use technology because it doesn't look good. Otherwise, the ice cream is excellent. I recommend it.

28/02/2026: Terrible service and a rude owner. I ate terribly, in fact, I didn't eat at all: after I complained that the burger was raw, the staff got upset. I politely asked for it to be cooked a little more, but they took it badly. An experience I won't repeat. And to top it off, I still had to pay for everything...

23/02/2026: Spanish-style place. Very generous dishes. It's also a pizzeria. Sergio, the guy who served us, is very kind; it's now a stop on our tour of Sanremo. The appetizers are plentiful, the drinks delicious. The octopus with potatoes was truly amazing. The octopus sandwich was also eaten in a few minutes. What can I say? It's definitely worth going there. We didn't have a great time, but much more. Thanks to all the staff and thanks to Sergio. The black bread is already gone. 😋😋😋
