01/12/2024: Un pranzo indimenticabile, con piatti ricercati, di alta qualità e originali. La freschezza e gli accostamenti ci hanno condotto in un incredibile viaggio gastronomico, con abbinamenti perfetti, anche riguardo i vini. Ritorneremo ad assaggiare il nuovo menù.

31/12/2024: Les plats sont excellents, raffinés et parfaitement assaisonnés, c’était vraiment délicieux! La cuisine est ouverte ce qui nous donne la chance d’observer le chef pendant la préparation des plats. Le cadre est agréable, cosy, chaleureux avec le poêle qui réchauffe cette petite salle. Le service est souriant et attentionné. Bémol concernant l’hygiène car les serveuses se sont mouchées et ont toussé dans leurs mains à plusieurs reprises sans se laver ou de désinfecter les mains une seule fois. Second bémol pour un restaurant Michelin situé à proximité de la frontière avec la France; une carte traduite en français aurait été appréciée.

01/12/2024: Davvero una bellissima sorpresa. Un angolo di cucina davvero raffinata, piatti curatissimi, ottime materie prime. Personale premuroso e gentile. Ambiente molto soft ideale per rilassarsi. Ottimi vini. Alla domenica menu fisso. Esperienza da ripetere assolutamente. Sono capitata per caso neanche conoscevo il posto. Prezzo adeguato.

15/11/2024: Ottima qualità grazie alla proprietaria che cerca sempre la materia prima migliore e alla cucina che sa perfettamente come usarla. Nel mio caso, pur non essendo un ristorante vegano, è riuscito a soddisfare pienamente la richiesta senza preavviso, dimostrando che con la giusta conoscenza si può mangiare molto bene anche con restrizioni. Grazie mille per la fantastica serata!

11/10/2024: The view of the sea is good but it's a work in progress, not ecstasy either, you order 2 beers (30cl).. the guy arrives with antipastis which he gives you plain, we had eaten... fortunately we refuse because the 2 beers = 14 eur, that said for us we don't care, there were two of us and in love 😁🌻

14/03/2025: Unique and beautiful location in front of the sea! Excellent service and excellent cuisine. I recommend the handmade herb ravioli, a secret recipe handed down from generation to generation, the fish in all its nuances and the artisanal ice cream not to be missed!

08/03/2025: Un accueil très gentil, aux petits soins avec les clients. Des produits de qualité et à prix très raisonnables. Des glaces délicieuses. Un personnel très sympa et souriant et un directeur très gentil qui nous a raconté l'histoire du casino et du restaurant Alexandra dans un français impeccable. Pour le 8 mars j'ai même eu un petit cadeau, attention exceptionnelle dans un restaurant.

06/04/2025: Popular place in summer. This evening I had two pizzas at the table. I was disappointed for the not indifferent price I received one with mozzarella and stracchino with spek. The cheese was fake. It didn't melt. The other had raw sauce without any seasoning I found the pizzas expensive and ugly to look at. No reception from the staff. The summer trend is very different. Left 40 euros for two pizzas, two coffees, 2l water and 250mg of loose wine

24/01/2025: In the center of Sarzana, a single room, with brick vaults on the ceiling. The choice is not wide, and unfortunately when I went the cannelloni I wanted to get were not available. The appetizer consisting of 5 tastings consisted of silverside carpaccio (very, perhaps too tasty), good courgette flan, savory pie with spelled (nothing special), good savory pie with courgettes, a sour leaf with a morsel on top of melted cheese. Lacking cannelloni I opted for gnocchi (I imagine homemade, good) with artichoke leaves and Zola cream, let's say that they can be improved. Overall a decent lunch, also considering the honest higher prices.

22/03/2025: Sorry but I fell in love with the chef! Amazing vegan menu, balanced flavor combination, with local and seasonal ingredients. 360° knowledge of ingredients, even exotic ones. €70 per person for a 6-course menu with amuse bouche studied in detail, with chef Manuel Marchetta coming every time to explain to us how he had conceived the various dishes. Impeccable service, with respect for the rules of etiquette, it felt like being in a restaurant from times gone by! We will definitely be back! Highly recommended for vegans and vegetarians. Only note, in hindsight, knowing how the menu was designed I would have preferred to be advised on the wines to pair, or perhaps proposing a wine accompaniment with a selection of glasses would have been interesting.

02/03/2025: Tornati a trovare lo chef Marchetta, davvero sempre un bel mangiare, qualità, preparazioni, impiattamento ecc.. Le belle idee non mancano mai a Manuel per preparare piatti belli, nuovi e buoni.. consistenze, accostamenti, cotture.. Abbiamo iniziato con 2 antipastini, del territorio ma rivisitati, un primo di seppioline e piselli , finito con un dolce davvero v3.0.. Bravi tutti. Giancarlo Grande chef , torneremo presto.

24/03/2025: The cold cuts appetizer was not very tasty and not very abundant, while the tagliata was good but the cooking and the amount of salt should be reviewed. The waiters were nice, but not very attentive.

07/09/2024: I stayed 15 days ago for 5 nights, in this quiet hotel with a sea view, very close to delightful coves, 10 minutes from the enchanting village of Tellaro....and the stop 3 meters away, of the Atc that connects to Lerici, with frequent trips. FREE PRIVATE parking (well looked after by the owner and friendly Paolo) a plus ultra in these places where it is not easy to find parking spaces.!!! Friendly staff, impeccable room cleaning and a STRATOSPHERIC breakfast (assisted by the other owner Marco and very kind staff) for QUANTITY and QUALITY!!! many cakes of all kinds, focaccias, made by them.....fresh fruit, etc..etc... etc..😋😋 10 and PRAISE..!! Extra recommended.!!!
