05/07/2026: Delicious pizza, pasta with shrimp and calamari, too. Brilliant cappuccino. Incredibly friendly service and very fast order fulfillment. An atmospheric restaurant on a charming street with views of beautiful orange trees and a gentle breeze from the coast. We returned here several times during our stay.

18/05/2026: We live in the area and wanted to try out a new place since we had friends visiting. Originally we wanted to get dinner, but were told the kitchen doesn’t open until 7 pm, so I told the waiter we will just have drinks and aperitivi like all the other guests had there and then we will see. We did not ask to be seated in a particular location. The waiter seated us in an semi enclosed area outside. About 20 minutes later he brought us the menus and we didn’t see anything on the menu we wanted. We had two vegans in the group and there was nothing they could eat. It was no big deal, it is a seafood restaurant so we were not insisting they make us something vegan. We did get two micro size appetizers (the size of a coin) we could eat. All other tables received potato chips (no they are not on the menu, they were just regular chips out of a bag), we did not.. again no big deal. When we said we didn’t want to order dinner and just want to pay for our five drinks, we were charged a coperto. €2 per person. I think it’s outrageous to only charge this to the foreigners who were there that evening, when we didn’t even have dinner there. I will never go back to this place again, not even for drinks and I will make sure that I let all my expat friends know that foreigners are treated differently by the owner. The waiter was friendly and told us this charge was not up to him. We go out for drinks a lot and we always like to try out new places, but the owner did not make any friends there tonight with us. It was not our fault their menu was so selective and nobody found anything they wanted to eat there. There was not even a table cloth on the table outside, so I have no idea why we were charged corpetto. I will recommend to my friends to go to My Dream. A cute little Pizzaria just a few steps further with amazing customer service and NO CHARGE for sitting at a table with a table cloth and fantastic sea view!

15/03/2026: The perfect place to eat raw fish and enjoy an aperitivo just steps from the sea. A good selection of oysters and wines. The raw fish wins over the cooked ones, but overall it's a captivating place. Recommended.

25/03/2026: Getting to Paradiso…as you can imagine, takes a bit of effort, about three kilometers of curves and another 150 meters on foot once you're in Sessarego, but it's totally worth it!! Excellent food, friendly owners, and a homey atmosphere.

12/04/2026: Our stay at Agriturismo Valleponci was truly wonderful. The entire staff has an exceptionally warm, attentive, and genuinely kind manner that makes you feel welcome from the very first moment. Everything is prepared with great care and a real love for detail, creating a charming and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The food is absolutely fantastic – fresh, delicious, and clearly made with passion. We thoroughly enjoyed every meal and would gladly come back again.

06/05/2026: Disappointing. I'd been to this restaurant seven years ago and given it five stars. I returned this evening, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The mussels were small and tasteless, but the worst dish was the octopus, which was absolutely rubbery and tough. I actually only ate the thinnest ends, the only chewy part. All this was topped off by slow and impersonal service. It's clear that priority was given to a large table, which would have certainly generated a higher revenue. It would be better not to accept more customers if you can't look after them, especially considering the price is far from low for the quality of the food. I won't be returning a third time. Of course, I expect the owner will say I should have said so at the time, but I go to dinner to have a positive and relaxing experience, not to argue.

07/07/2026: Disappointed. No empathy. The service was hasty, the dishes were poorly prepared. At the end of the meal, they offered us two liqueurs and then added them to the bill.

08/05/2026: In the heart of Genoa's historic center, right in front of the splendid Romanesque church of San Donato, this pizzeria is a must-try. The restaurant is quaint and welcoming, with a pleasant outdoor terrace in the square offering a relaxing spot among the alleys. It's only accessible on foot, but it's worth the walk. The pizza is truly excellent: thin, well-cooked, and crispy dough, generous toppings with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The menu offers a wide variety, including seasonal options. The options for specific needs are highly appreciated: gluten-free dough, yeast-free base, multigrain dough, hemp dough, and the option of vegan cheese—finally, a pizza that's also good for those with lactose intolerance. Desserts are top marks, with the house tiramisu definitely worth a try. Service is generally friendly, efficient, and fairly quick; on busy evenings or with large tables, distractions or slightly longer waits can occur, so reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Prices are fair, in line with the quality and location. In short: excellent pizza, a charming location, and delicious desserts; mostly attentive service (with a few obvious glitches when it's busy). Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

20/04/2026: They let us in even though we arrived late, the pizzas were delicious, the service was good, and the toilets were clean, but they charged an extra service fee.

08/06/2026: Excellent. We spent a pleasant family evening enjoying a magnificent dinner. Located in the central square on Spianata Castelletto in Genoa, with a magnificent panoramic view of the historic center and the old port, just a few meters from the restaurant. They offer the best Ligurian specialties and many simply prepared seafood dishes. We tried two appetizers: the fabulous monkfish with scampi and a delicious tuna tartare, followed by a fabulous salt-baked sea bass with boiled potatoes. For dessert, a very fresh pineapple soaked in coffee. Excellent cocktails and wine list, and we enjoyed an excellent Pigato, a typical Ligurian white wine. A stunning location with a view of Genoa. The owner is Davide Cuppari, very kind, as is the entire restaurant staff. Highly recommended.

03/06/2026: A surprise, among the houses of the Castelletto esplanade, with no view but very quiet and without any crowds. Good food and attentive service. They have two sittings.

19/06/2026: I was served by Silvana in the Baciollo ice cream shop in Rapallo, in this satisfying place the service was truly impeccable and the ice cream superb, I recommend it to you

06/05/2026: The place is really lovely. We sat in the loggia and it was lovely. The inside of the restaurant is much more elegant and suitable for special occasions. The food is a good value for money. The staff isn't very friendly, but they're efficient.

24/02/2026: It's a lovely restaurant, on a quiet little square away from the tourist crowds. There's very little foot traffic. A great find; we go back every time we're in San Remo. The food is good (especially the trofie al pesto!) and the waiter is very friendly. 🤍
