27/07/2024: Seafood salad with surimi, Barilla Emilian pappardelle Gnocchi in a bag, with truffle flavored oil, i.e. chemical, and seafood drowned in cream. We took a poor quality round pizza. The bottled wine of their production where, you can feel it is industrial. And people spend money at this restaurant. I would shut it down.

02/08/2024: Dinner with children for birthday. First time at the Locanda di Bacco. Really great food, expertly cooked. Excellent raw materials, excellent service and location and very honest price. I have finally found the reference restaurant in Monterotondo.

24/08/2024: I had dinner at this restaurant. Unfortunately, we arrived at a very busy time and it took a long time for them to come and take our order, but the food was prompt. I ate pasta rigattone carbonara which was extraordinarily good, a very delicious tiramisu, perfectly balanced (neither too sweet nor too alcoholic), and the Peroni beer and Aperol Spritz rose to the heights. The prices paid were: - pasta 13 euros - tiramisu 7 euros - beer 0.33ml 5 euros - water 2 euros - spritz 7 euros I would go back if I was in the area, but there are so many restaurants to try with fresh pasta.

23/08/2024: The pizza with wholemeal dough and the fried foods are excellent. Environment renovated in a very particular way. Excellent service.

19/08/2024: Very nice place with possibility to eat inside or outside. We took 3 pizzas and were satisfied; with a little less dessert. I took a tiramisu which was an unspecified reinterpretation, and were disappointed even though it was good. Staff trained on what is offered by the restaurant. I recommend it. Normal prices.... Except for the tiramisu.

10/08/2024: It's the first time we eat in this place and I immediately understood that it doesn't need reviews but I want to do it anyway......very clean environment.... Food delicious and very fresh.....harmonious employees in table service. Compliments!!!! We'll see you again soon!!!

08/08/2024: There is no question about the freshness and quality of the fish and from this point of view it is highly recommended, for the rest there is a lot to discuss. They do not accept animals and children; I could agree with the choice if it were a high level environment but instead the climate is that of a Roman tavern so caciara after caciara... Another sore point are the waiters, so many and hyper-attentive... Too much, they constantly look at the tables and make you anxious about eating and as soon as you put the last morsel in your mouth they run to take your plate away. I had to send two of them away after the first time, while I was drinking, they took away the plate of marinated anchovies where I wanted to dip the bread. That's what they were doing with the aubergines and with the first one trying to deprive me of the slipper. The fish is fresh and the raw or marinated or grilled fish is done well, however some first courses are not cooked correctly in the sense that the recipe is just wrong. For example, paccheri should be made with fresh cherry tomatoes, instead they were made with puree, thus ruining the flavor of the fish. However, I will definitely go back because the food is good, but it is a place to go in a light-hearted manner. I brought two couples of somewhat high-class friends and it's not a suitable environment for this type of people, but it's a shame because the fish is the best in Rome and they could do a smaller restaurant, perhaps with a slightly different atmosphere, service and cuisine. more refined.. 08/08/2024: Nice location and friendly service. Neapolitan pizza but not too much. As a Neapolitan, pizza lover, I say acceptable but not very good. Tomato, perhaps Cirio, but slightly tasteless, a little too acidic. Fiordilatte not from Agerola but, above all, a really poor quality raw ham. The quality of the ingredients in a pizza is what makes the difference between one pizzeria and another. Also questionable is the person who put all the ingredients out, with his bare hands, occasionally going around the pizzeria to do something else, touching people and colleagues. The fact that two pizzas come out 5 minutes apart is unacceptable. The dessert is good. The bill would have been normal for a Neapolitan pizzeria in Rome but the quality makes it slightly high. Overall if we look at it from the perspective of a pizzeria in Rome, it is passable. In my opinion, with a little more attention you could be an excellent pizzeria. Sin

11/08/2024: We stumbled upon this place by chance, we read the other reviews and we went there, we already sat down from what the waitress asked, I had some doubts when asked what do you eat, we answered pizza and the waitress asks us but round? We answer yes, taking it for granted in a pizza restaurant with a wood oven that made round pizzerias, after 40 minutes we received our pizzas, it was 7.30pm when we arrived before us there was only an American couple with two children, and ok, let's ignore the wait, the best one arrives, we get some rectangular pizzas, let's ignore even the one full of toppings, a mixture of toppings that we can't even understand the flavours, we eat without any fuss, when I ask for the bill I point out to the waitress very politely that this would be the case to say that they make "pinse" and not round pizzas because I could very well decide to eat something else and the waitress replies but they are not pinse but Neapolitan pizza which has nothing Neapolitan at all she brings me the bill I go in to pay because I hear from the room the waitress who reported my feedback to the pizza chef I went in and I was answered and since '64 we have been making them like this no one has ever complained I speak as a pizza chef I reply to the pizza chef yours is a pinsa not a Neapolitan as you say pizza at my house Neapolitan and round with a cornice, let alone a Roman one, yours is a pinsa! And you managers can only work with foreigners who come down from the airport! Or change pizza chef and write restaurant pinseria because that's what you are.
