24/11/2024: Very fine place, we were there in the evening everything was perfect, we return the next day for lunch and we notice a bit of confusion with what we ordered, two wrong carbonaras and we can fit in but in the end when we ask for the bill the prices had risen compared to the previous evening as well as the cover charge from 2.5 to 3 euros, a carbonara with the addition of truffles in the evening 26 euros in the morning 34... these things cannot happen in a serious place... it's a shame because the enthusiasm of the previous evening was turned off by the next day's disappointment!

18/12/2024: Great Pasta. We loved how fresh the pastas tasted. The Spaghetti with mussels were simple but rich in flavor. The location is in a more quiet and less touristy area but easy to reach. The waiters are very attentive and friendly. We loved that place!

31/08/2024: Good quality food even if in mini portions, difficulty ordering three different first courses ("we only have six burners", "you drive the chef crazy"), poor and approximate service. I wonder if you have six burners reduce the tables or buy a new stove. Furthermore, the internal restaurant cannot be demobilized to take the tables outside, which gives a sense of precariousness. By the way, is there no pizza in the summer? Too bad it's a forgettable restaurant

08/12/2024: Optimal!!!! Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff and owner. Excellent food, both with and without gluten. Supplì very good, gluten-free pizza very good, normal pizza very good and digestible and to conclude an amazing tiramisu. Nice and well furnished environment. We will definitely return.. Highly recommended!!!!

01/12/2024: Very pleasant lunch!! Everything was very good, even the gluten-free dishes, especially the focaccia. Attentive and prepared service. We ate the gluten-free fried food and the paccheri, calamari and red prawns. We will definitely be back to try other dishes and pizza, maybe even for an aperitif.

10/10/2024: In vacanza sull'isola ci hanno consigliato questa Trattoria da Silverio dove abbiamo trovato ottima cordialità e gentilezza del personale, il titolare persona gentile ed esperta nella ristorazione ci presenta i fuori menù che decidiamo di buon grado accettare. Antipasto di mare abbondante e molto gustoso seguito da due primi sempre a Base di pesce anch'essi gustosi con un dolce finale. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene locale turistico e di passaggio. Unica nota i fuori menù andrebbero accompagnati con la voce prezzo anche se il nostro conto era nella media dell' isola di Ponza piuttosto cara in generale.

25/09/2024: Waren mit 5 Freunden gegen 19 Uhr dort und es war nur noch ein weiterer Tisch besetzt. Bei der Bestellung war es zunächst nicht möglich eine einfache Spaghetti zu bekommen, war wahrscheinlich zu "günstig". Vorspeise war gut und ging recht flott. Danach warteten wir bis 20.45 auf unsere Hauptspeise. Alle Tische waren besetzt und wurden vor uns bedient, lag wohl an den Spaghetti... Insgesamt viel zu teuer für die gebotene "Qualität". Wir haben bis dahin noch nicht so teuer und schlecht( vor allem das Steak) gegessen. Beim nächsten Besuch der Insel werden wir einen weiten Bogen um dieses Lokal machen

07/12/2024: Rome is known for its magnificent pizzas. If you are looking for that, this site is not your place. Strange tasting pizzas, paid by weight like delicatessen and strange combinations that look like pineapple and don't taste like pineapple.

15/12/2024: Lovers of good cuisine go your way... They look like frozen supermarket pizzas, spaghetti alla carbonara are greasy and tasteless. Fortunately the service is friendly and the place is nice.

11/12/2024: We ordered shrimp risotto. It came with the carcass of a shrimp, without meat, and rice cooked in cream. Worst risotto I've ever eaten. My grandson ordered a Bolognese lasagna and amazingly, the Bolognese sauce had no tomato. Worse impossible. But the coke and water were excellent and saved the dinner.

07/12/2024: Nichola has be the best part of the restaurant besides the food. Nichola has been the most wonderful host. Food was great. Large quantities, excellent price. i highly recommend

24/08/2024: A restaurant located in the basement of a hotel near Termini Station. When you visit during dinner time, the table tops are shining and the entire restaurant has a magical atmosphere. The staff's service is also very elegant. I ordered "Eggplant Parmigiano" and "Carbonara". Paired with spumante.

At the Symposium we have always eaten divinely: loving mushrooms, I can say that all their porcini-based proposals are worthy of note. The only complaint is that there weren't many porcini mushrooms in the pasta. Finally, how can we not mention the absolute protagonist, their very fragrant condiment based on trombolotto (native Sermonetano lemon) with which they create excellent dishes. Attentive and courteous service. Top!
