01/06/2025: We returned to this place after a long time and honestly we were a bit disappointed. The octopus meatballs didn't taste like octopus, the fried brie was nothing special, the hamburger was good but the fries were immersed in oil, the cooked cheesecake was always very good but we didn't like the "fresh" one, as well as the apple crumble which was soggy. In short, only the cooked cheesecake was worth it, in addition to the waitress who served us at the table, very kind and professional.

Ovviamente scelta azzeccata perché conosciamo il posto da tanto tempo e le scorte di pasta fresca li facciamo qui . Buonissimi anche gli arrosticini consumati il giorno dopo riscaldati a casa ... :) le porzioni sono abbondanti e non siamo stati in grado di consumare tutto ciò che abbiamo ordinato .

Ottimo inizio con plateau di crudi, catalana di gamberi, frittura di alici e moscardini. Proseguito con tagliolini con triglie e paccheri con scampetti. Continuato condividendo un filetto di persico alla griglia e un polpo su purea di fave. Chiusura con fragole alla panna. 01/06/2025: An endless dinner. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 pm and left at 11:00 pm. I will start by saying that there were eight of us and we only ate some fried food and pizza. We waited 40 minutes to order pizza, while we managed to order fried food because we “tackled” the waitress. Our pizzas arrived at 10:15 pm and I would add that they were of mediocre quality. We only ate them because we were starving. We will not make the mistake of going there again.

The food itself was okay, but not as described by others. The carbonara was too thick and over-seasoned. The carpaco was sliced ​​too thickly and wasted. I'd go back for drinks, but not for food, especially since the prices are really high (comparison: Aparol is €5 on the street and €13 there, caroaco without bread is €20).

02/07/2025: My favorite place. I've been going for 11 years and I've never had a bad experience. Always exceptional food, tasty, generous portions, always good desserts. Pizza tried only once but I still remember it being high quality. Very good cocktails from the bar. Attentive, kind service. The decor really makes the difference. In recent years the prices have increased between 2-4€ but it's a consequence of the general increase in everything.

28/06/2025: Located in front of the lake of Castel Gandolfo, it develops on an oriental garden, it offers a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. The service was quite adequate: polite but not particularly attentive. The dishes, even if well presented, qualitatively showed an uncertain balance, leaving the impression of a cuisine that focuses more on appearance than substance.
