15/07/2024: location accogliente,pulita e curata nei dettagli,servizio e accoglienza eccellenti.Cibi ricercati e materie prime al centro di ogni piatto.Ottima selezione di vini e amari ma soprattutto Adele e’attenta nel consigliarti e capire i tuoi gusti e non ti delude mai.Baccalà assolutamente da provare in tutte le sue versioni create dallo chef Lorenzo ma soprattutto a fine pasto lasciate spazio ai dolci che sono strepitosi.

14/07/2024: Ho scoperto questo ristorante grazie ad un’amica che lo frequenta spesso. Ho notato l’accoglienza, l’accuratezza dell’ apparecchiatura e l’attenzione alle esigenze della clientela. I piatti sono eccezionali, i sapori sapientemente bilanciati. Il baccarciofo, piatto di loro invenzione, indimenticabile. La carbonara poi, deliziosa.

23/09/2024: Vladimiro and his staff know exactly how to make you feel at ease. Specialized in fish, only strictly fresh and of absolutely high quality. No menu required: let yourself be guided through a culinary experience. The native wines are excellent, even if the cellar has no limits. Compliments!

05/11/2024: I attended a birthday party recently and the experience was flawless. The food was excellent, with a wide choice of delicious dishes that catered for all tastes. The music was perfect, creating a festive atmosphere without being intrusive. But the real surprise was the staff: kind, attentive and always smiling. If you are looking for a place to spend a pleasant and hassle-free evening, with excellent food and impeccable service, this place is absolutely recommended!

05/12/2024: We ended up here on our last day in Rome. We were lucky because there was not much traffic and we didn't need a reservation. Compared to many other bistros, the food is very good, as are the desserts. The atmosphere of the place suited us very well and we had a very nice dinner here - thank you! The only controversy was the wine order: when I asked "can I order a carafe of house wine?" the answer was "yes", but on the bill we were charged three separate glasses of wine, which for me was something different and had a different price than our order. Apart from that, the service was very nice and helpful in choosing dishes, in general the place is very nice - a small library where you can read about classic cuisine and the possibility of buying good quality wine in bottles, e.g. for gifts.

03/12/2024: We arrived without a reservation and they attended to us quickly. Very friendly, the pasta was delicious!!! The best amatriciana I have eaten in a long time.

08/12/2024: We entered this reality last night thanks to a couple of friends from Viterbo. Well what can I say, simply magnificent. The place initially seems small but behind it there is a very large medieval-style hall. The walls and furnishings recall times gone by. The food is simply genuine and good. The portions are super generous. The service was kind, friendly and pleasant. If we return to Viterbo we will definitely stop by this Hosteria. Thank you

30/11/2024: Characteristic place in the medieval district of Viterbo, good food and average prices. The only negative note is the fact that there is no bulk wine and that you pay for the bottle of house wine based on the glasses consumed, too bad that each glass (which is also small) costs 4 euros, the bill is yours... .

20/12/2024: Very nice internal place, I have never eaten outside, but this last alternative also seems welcoming. Good food and friendly service.

20/12/2024: We were there yesterday for lunch... nice place, full of photos of famous people as restaurant customers, Roman cuisine (chicory, strips with artichokes and rocket and very good tripe), expert waiters. Why 4 and not 5 stars? Because I believe that kindness should be equally distributed: we noticed that at the next table with the coffee some dry pastries were offered. Nothing came to us with the coffee. We thought they were "special" customers so the gift was justified. Before leaving we noticed that this gift had also been brought to the tables, with coffee and/or limoncello. Getting lost for biscuits seemed bad for a long-established restaurant.

The place is welcoming, with a warm and refined atmosphere that makes you immediately feel at home. The service is impeccable: the staff is friendly, helpful and very attentive to guests' needs. The menu offers a varied selection of dishes, all prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The flavors are well balanced and each course is a delight for the palate. I particularly appreciated the presentation of the dishes, which not only satisfy the taste, but also the sight. Furthermore, the wine list is well curated, with different options capable of satisfying every type of need. Waiting times were short, and everything was served with great attention to detail. I highly recommend this restaurant.

25/11/2024: La Pantera Rosa un tempo aveva un nome e una fama da rispettare. Dopo tanti anni, ex studenti della vicina università, siamo tornati per una rimpatriata ma il pranzo è stato una vera delusione. Il ricordo di quello che era ha lasciato il posto a pressapochismo e superficialità: l'ultimo della nostra tavolata ha iniziato a mangiare minuti dopo il primo, di noi, che ha ricevuto la pietanza ordinata. Servizio scadente, locale ordinario, confusione e prezzi poco adeguati al quartiere. Salvo solo la pasta, il resto è da dimenticare e anche in fretta.

24/08/2024: Place with the possibility of also having a veranda, convenient and shaded parking (we had a little dog), good traditional Viterbo dishes and generous portions, a substantial appetizer and a very correct price for what and how much we ate... Catuscia offered us an off-menu option with a excessive number of dishes, congratulations on the memory and availability, we will definitely be back 👍 highly recommended!

01/12/2024: Excellent restaurant, with typical Viterbo cuisine. The pappardelle with wild boar was truly a spectacle as was the fillet with porcini mushrooms.

09/12/2024: 8 December long waiting times, the first dish arrived after an hour, food was nothing special, prices were high, it was no longer what I remembered

25/11/2024: Unfortunately I cannot leave a positive review. With a friend we arrived at 12.45pm and at 2.30pm we had only eaten a very gourmet appetizer!!!!! After two reminders we preferred to get up and go out. Obviously paying the bill!!!! Very disappointed. A bit of our fault.... We hadn't booked, it was quite busy but the waiter who welcomed us had assured us of peace of mind. Sin......
