02/02/2025: Traditionelle trattoria auf recht gutem Niveau, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt! Auf der Karte die typisch römischen Gerichte von carciofi alla roman oder alla guidia über die traditionelle Pasta, typische Fleisch- und Fischgerichte. Weinauswahl recht gut und zu fairen Preisen, auch die günstigen Hausweine absolut empfehlenswert! Sehr zuvorkommendes und humoriges Personal, und auch der Gründer des Restaurants, der sehr nette Seniorchef macht jedem Tisch persönlich seine Aufwartung! Empfehlung!

27/01/2025: Buon ristorante che fa ottimi sia i piatti di terra classici che quelli di pesce. Noi abbiamo ordinato un po’ di tutto e ci è piaciuto ogni piatto, dolci compresi. Elegante con salette private e personale gentile.

17/05/2025: First I have to say female owner tried to speak English but she had a younger female staff with lip Job black hair who can speak bit better English. I showed owner Gnocchi’s picture from google maps and asked you have ? She said let me see looking at my phone and she even asked my later while sitting can she take my phone to show chef picture, same picture she said yes to in begging when I showed her restaurant and food photo on google maps. Minutes later she say we have gnocchi and sea food together but my nice said no want that. I ask women you have pesto or white sauce? Look on her face confused and woman say Pesto e Basílica or Tomato & basil A communication error occurred she was frustrated trying to understand and my nice just wanted white or Alfredo Sauce on Gnocchi no meat, I try using google translate but it did not translate correctly. My nice choose Pasta e Pepe / Alfredo sauce & black pepper simple but too much pepper make pasta spicy. Grilled Squid a bit too chewy then I usually eat it, had no seasoning but Squid seemed fresh. In Italy Only sauce option with seafood is olive oil, ketchup or mayo maybe basalmic Italian seafood not served with Cocktail Sauce That is savory compared to flat ketchup and no Tartar sauce which is savory compared to flat Mayo. I paid €34 euro For squid appetizer & pasta and white Sauce with pepper.

10/06/2025: Ho pranzato ed anche cenato in questo locale con la mia famiglia e con amici. Entrambe le volte siamo stati accolti dal personale molto educato, cortese e professionale. Abbiamo gustato diversi piatti del menu con soddisfazione piena. I miei figli sono rimasti entusiasti dell carbonara mentre tutti noi abbiamo molto apprezzato tutti gli altri piatti! Mia figlia piccola ha fatto i complimenti allo chef ringraziandolo perché la carbonara era "eccezionale"!

02/06/2025: Good morning everyone. We were a couple of Sundays ago, we ate fish, very fresh and very well-prepared dishes. We are coming back today and trying land, certain to try other dishes and flavors just as good. Location based in perfect home restaurant style. Calm tranquility hospitality and courtesy is what you will find, without neglecting the love for good food. I recommend it to lovers of the genre.

24/05/2025: Oggi mi trovavo in provincia di Viterbo con un caro amico, in visita al suo paese d'origine, Latera! Con l'occasione mi ha portato sul lago di Bolsena per il pranzo, e...dopo un paio di tentativi falliti perché i locali erano soldout, ci siamo imbattuti per caso nel "Ristorante il Gabbiano"; direi che siamo stati fortunati a fermarci lì, personale squisitamente cordiale e accogliente, cibo SQUISITO...ci siamo orientati sul pesce...e panorama da lasciarci senza fiato!! È stata una giornata di partenza con un clima stupendo e pranzare in riva al lago all'aperto con la giornata meravigliosa che è stata non ha avuto prezzo! Avete una location incredibile e ci sapete davvero fare, soldi spesi BENISSIMO e quando mangio BENE non li rimpiango MAI, a presto e grazie.

16/05/2025: Friendly staff, great location right on the lake, and spectacular at sunset. Unfortunately, the food doesn't quite measure up. The salad consists almost entirely of green lettuce leaves, and the tuna, which cost €22, consisted of two tiny pieces, as is typical in Italy, with no side dishes. In summary, a nice atmosphere but unfortunately overpriced.

18/05/2025: I had the pleasure of relying on Andrea to organize my daughter's communion reception, and I couldn't have made a better choice. Every detail was taken care of with attention, professionalism and passion. The atmosphere, the food, the service: everything was impeccable and contributed to making this day truly unforgettable for us and for all our guests. I am deeply grateful to Andrea for making this moment so special. Highly recommended!

01/05/2025: Siamo a stati a pranzo, prenotando una settimana prima avendo 1 bambino a coppia, tra cui uno di 4 mesi. Arriviamo e non c’era la nostra prenotazione, ci mettono in un tavolo all’aperto comunque con un misero ombrello che copriva mezzo tavolo. Abbiamo richiesto svariate volte di metterci all’interno, un ombrellone in più o qualcosa per stare più freschi e tutte le volte ci rispondevano che avrebbero risolto. Dopo 1 ora, la bambina stava anche senza coperto, a mangiare in piedi e tutti sotto il sole. Richiesta la presenza del responsabile ma ha fatto il vago e abbiamo pagato senza neanche sia arrivato un primo. Vergognosi!

12/05/2025: Kind staff, SCARY mixed starters, plentiful and delicious, from land and sea. Very low prices compared to quality and quantity. Absolutely worth trying.

05/05/2025: Delicious. Fruti di mare noodles and risotto with prawn cream are phenomenal. The wine they offer you is first class. Not to be missed if you are near the Vatican.

04/06/2025: On Sunday I went to eat at the La Coccinella restaurant for two people, very disappointed, an advance appetizer and 2 miserable plates of rice with scampi cream, 50g per plate and they didn't taste like anything, do you know how much I paid 18 euros for a plate of rice, a miserable appetizer for 2, 32 euros, 2 filtered waters and a Peroni beer and 30 euros the rest, shame on you for treating people like that

29/07/2024: A pearl in the alleys of Trastevere... a cozy and welcoming place, the owner was very courteous to us and immediately put us at ease, we entrusted ourselves to him for the dishes and we were very happy with it, everything was very good and the matching wine was perfect to accompany the dishes. Both my wife and I were delighted and there is no doubt that we will return.

13/07/2024: This place is CLOSED!!! We visited Rome for the second time this year and part of our plans was to return to this restaurant based on an amazing experience we had from back in January. Went there today but the place was closed and up for sale :(
