29/08/2024: Questa trattoria è super! Oltre ad essere ai piedi del castello di Sermoneta, ha un cibo spaziale... tutto ottimo e fresco. Per non parlare del servizio... il cameriere gentilissimo e il propietario una persona davvero squisita. Insomma...se andate a Sermoneta non potete non mangiare qui! Super consigliato!

29/11/2024: Mixed bruschettas, 3 small bruschettas. 1 with a single slice of ham in half. The one with the tomatoes, there were two of them on a cross. And the other with the aubergines directly emptied from the jar and placed there. The pizza, I'm sorry to say, but I've never had such bad pizza. 24/11/2024: ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED! Tried it today for the first and last time... Mixed land appetizer that to call it poor is a compliment (4 slices of raw p., 2 of inedible salami, pieces of mozzarella, a scant teaspoon of pickles) accompanied by 4 slices of bread full of oil and lightly toasted. Spaghetti with clams without clams (almost all empty). Lemon scallop served half raw and without the slightest hint of lemon. French fries most likely in the same oil as the fish... Experience not to be repeated. Terrible quality/price ratio. The only positive note was the kindness of the staff. Never again!

18/10/2024: Excellent bar, very nice and very spacious, private room and outdoor room, well stocked with high-level rums and liqueurs, excellent aperitifs, excellent coffee and super-stocked breakfast, excellent service and very well-trained as well as friendly and kind staff, everything well taken care of and clean, Amazon collection point, superenalotto, the service is excellent, Fabio the owner is a wonderful and very kind person.

06/10/2024: A beautiful dinner with friends, a warm and welcoming environment, friendly and extravagant service, always cheerful and friendly. Really good food, worth the walk!

30/08/2024: What can I say?! This place was truly a surprise! My husband and I went for dinner with a couple of friends from Puglia and we ate very well. We stayed outside in the cool on the lookout. The portions are just right and the ingredients fresh. The staff is for me their flagship because the waitress, Sonia, is uniquely friendly and made us die laughing all evening and the owner with whom we stayed talking until late is an exquisite woman. Inside the restaurant it is beautiful, you will be hesitant to choose the table. I recommend anyone to go to this place if you want to have an experience instead of just filling your stomach. 09/12/2024: I spent 4 days in Rome and although most of the pizzas are very good, this one for me was the best. Also very good treatment, friendly place and unbeatable price.

08/12/2024: I give 2 stars for the cod fillet, very good. The pizza on the other hand had little flavour, even the dough was a no. At the checkout a rude and unkind guy.

01/09/2024: Non esiste Gaeta senza la pizzeria Ristica. Una tappa obbligatoria per le vostre serate (estive e non). Il solo pensiero di tale bontà mi va venire l’acquolina in bocca. Buona al momento, ottima anche il giorno dopo. E non pensate a chi dice che i prezzi sono cari… rapporto qualità prezzo al top!!!

14/12/2024: Fresh antipasto, delicious chicken, fine wine and lo-fi beats. If you're tired of pasta and pizza, give this place a shot. Edit: second time I went, for dinner.. they got my order wrong and had me wait 30 minutes on an empty table for the bill. Splitting the difference, 3.5 stars.
