20/05/2025: Prenoto e specifico di mangiare fuori visto la bella giornata ma quando arriviamo ci hanno messo dentro, tutti stretti. La serietà prima di tutto

30/04/2025: Sembra di stare a casa, in famiglia. Il proprietaio molto simpatico e cordiale si intrattiene a chiacchierare con gli ospiti e dispensa consigli sul menù. Mi consiglia delle pappardelle con salsiccia, crema di parmigiano e finocchietto davvero gustose, con pappardelle fatte con grano saraceno. Ottima la scaloppina con scamorza e porcini ..porcini veri, non quelli dei barattoli. Ottimo il tiramisù e il prezzo nella media. Da replicare.

20/07/2025: The restaurant looks a bit dated, but it's fantastic! You might easily walk right past it, but I wouldn't. The food is delicious, the selection is extensive, including the desserts. The service is impeccable and friendly. Highly recommended.

The food is plentiful and excellent, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is perhaps a little old-fashioned, but that's exactly what makes it so appealing. It feels like you've gone back in time and revisited the beautiful Roman trattorias when the owner hand-cut the ham, and when you saw him observe the customers without disturbing them, keeping a watchful but discreet eye. In short, it's an excellent place to spend a quiet evening without sacrificing the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff.

13/07/2025: The carbonara was not creamy, meat inside looks more like smoked ham than guanceale, an the cheese contains small yellow/orange pieces s like cedar cheese. Unfriendly menu, sort of local approach, not for tourist.

15/07/2025: Friends, the pasta portion is very small and tasteless, the atmosphere is barely acceptable. It didn't look anything like the photos, and the price for a traditional pasta dish is high, which is really unfortunate.

30/07/2025: Sono arrivo alle 21 circa con mio figlio , dopo esserci seduti chiediamo alla ragazza se ci potesse prendere la comanda . Dopo circa 20 minuti arriva la bruschetta di mio figlio e non vedendo arrivare il mio supplì con il fiore di zucca chiedo al cameriere se avesse notizie della comanda essendo passati oltre 20 minuti dall arrivo della bruschetta di mio figlio e lui gentilmente fa il possibile per soddisfarmi. Adesso viene il bello dopo essere passati 30 minuti dall arrivo del supplì chiedo a che punto stava la pizza ? La cameriera mi dice che ci vuole ancora molto tempo.. a quel punto infastidìto pago il conto e vado via senza aver mangiato la pizza …supplì e bruschetta senza infamia e senza lode …A MAI PIÙ

25/07/2025: Forse una delle poche pizzerie romane rimaste intatte per ambiente, relazioni , arredamento e cibo. Se vuoi davvero provare cosa significa stare a Roma negli anni 70 devi passare di qui. Pizza bassa romana, supplì tradizionale , birra €10!! Ovviamente se volete mangiare gourmet non ci andate! Io ci tornerò ogni volta che capiterà. Continuate così! Bravi!

02/08/2025: A family restaurant, run by father and daughter. Traditional cuisine, with simple and respectful service. Very attractive prices for Rome for good Sardinian cuisine. No need to go to the center of Rome if you're looking for a quiet spot to eat well.

17/07/2025: We dined at this little restaurant, located on the main hill in Fara in Sabina, crowned by charming lights. First, a word about Fara, a beautiful little village, kept like a jewel, nestled between the mountains and valleys of Sabina with its unique panorama. The romantic restaurant offers local cuisine, focusing on the land. The menu features a few appetizers, eight first and second courses, and desserts. At first, you might be surprised by the lack of options, but once you've tasted the dishes, you understand the chef's choice: a limited but well-prepared menu with quality ingredients is better than a multitude of subpar dishes, often with defrosted ingredients! If I really had to say something, among the eight dishes, in the summer you could offer at least two with "summery" flavors, that is, fresher and lighter. The prices are medium to high, but if you book with the fork, you can eat well at a reasonable price. At the end of the meal, we were offered their desserts, which were very delicious and unique—you deserve applause! Another little tip: the lady at the tables was very kind and gracious, and could use some help, especially on Saturday evenings. Thanks, we had a great time, and we'll be back.

This pizzeria perfectly combines tradition and quality, offering a gastronomic experience that conquers you at the first bite. The dough is light, digestible and cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven, with a fragrant crust that tells all the mastery of the pizza chef. The menu is rich and well-finished, with proposals that range from the timeless classics to gourmet pizzas, prepared with selected and very high-quality ingredients. The pizza with pears and brie is my favorite, an explosion of balanced and genuine flavors, you absolutely have to try it. The environment is welcoming and cared for in detail, the staff is friendly and always available, ready to advise with professionalism and a smile. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. Re Fuoco is not just a pizzeria, but a place where the love for good food and authentic flavors is celebrated. Highly recommended!
