24/04/2025: Locale piccolo con qualche posto anche nel dehor esterno, arredato con cura e dettagli particolari, con cucina a vista. Il menù ha 4-5 scelte per ogni portata, ma tutte molto particolari e interessanti. Di antipasto abbiamo preso springrolls e polpette: impiattati come opere d'arte, bellissimi da vedere e altrettanto da mangiare. Tra i primi abbiamo optato per i due spaghetti: quello burro e alici, tanto "semplice" quanto buono, e quello con limone bruciato e polpa di granchio dal gusto particolare e mai provato. Abbiamo chiuso con i loro due dolci, il millennium pie e la pastiera che meritavano. Prezzo finale senza vino poco meno di 40€ a persona. La ragazza che ci ha servito molto cortese e simpatica. Complimenti allo chef e al suo aiuto cuoco, veramente bravi.

24/04/2025: Small place with some seats also in the outdoor terrace, furnished with care and particular details, with an open kitchen. The menu has 4-5 choices for each course, but all very particular and interesting. As an appetizer we had springrolls and meatballs: plated like works of art, beautiful to look at and equally beautiful to eat. Among the first courses we opted for the two spaghetti: the one with butter and anchovies, as "simple" as it is good, and the one with burnt lemon and crab meat with a particular and never tried taste. We finished with their two desserts, the millennium pie and the pastiera that they deserved. Final price without wine just under €40 per person. The girl who served us was very courteous and nice. Compliments to the chef and his assistant chef, really good.

06/06/2025: We were two for lunch and we ate an appetizer with delicious octopus. Two Sardinian first courses, one fregola clams and bottarga and the other culurgiones with tomato, both special. If you want to eat well in Anguillara Sabazia I highly recommend this place run by a very kind and friendly Sardinian family.

Accoglienza ottima, scelto per un pranzo di lavoro è risultato all'altezza per poter parlare con tranquillità e riservatezza. Buoni piatti della tradizione con possibilità di qualche valida alternativa. Personale gentile e attento .

16/05/2025: Carbonara and lamb really good and with the right portions, one star less because the menu says bacon even if then when I pointed it out to the waiter the carbonara arrived with bacon (it's ok for tourists, but not for those who are more careful)

19/05/2025: Despite cheerfully and carefully walking the clearly inexperienced staff to confirm our order we were shorted a starter and two mains while the rest of our 10 person table were served and ate. Staff and the manager made no apologies, challenged our order and were completely rude. Have not experienced this poor a level of service perhaps ever. Despite the food and pricing being adequate, was a terrible experience due to staff and management behaviour. Cannot recommend patronizing this establishment.

19/05/2025: A party of 10. Our order was messed up, food ordered and not served. A party member confirmed our order with waitress, she replied she understood. I personally was given a meal I did not order and when I said this is not what I ordered, waitress challenged me. When a party member said he was still waiting for his order, was told he ordered it later than the others, which was not true. Our food was ordered all at the same time, which they challenged as well. I also ordered a starter that never arrived. We asked for a second bottle of wine and it never showed up. No apologies from staff or manager when it was mentioned. Totally unprofessional and unimpressed with service. Plus no toilet paper in washroom, only tissues, plus no way to dry hands after washing. The waitress could no longer make eye contact with us. Very poor service.

03/06/2025: Truly a typical Italian trattoria, where you are welcomed with kindness in a place with a retro style and exposed faces. The cuisine is typical of Lazio with excellent raw materials and with some truly special dishes. Highly recommended are the pappardelle with mangalitza ragù, wild pig cooked in wine. Excellent choice of desserts all homemade. Excellent service and trained and professional staff. Finally a typical place to feel good.

05/05/2025: Very positive experience. I had octopus in porchetta as an appetizer and paccheri with octopus and pecorino as a first course, really good and spectacular fried food for two people. Very fast service. Highly recommended!!!

28/04/2025: Mediocre food risotto alla pescatara, inedible and left after the first taste. Slow service in a place that is not at all full. (we ate the first one after 3pm) I had to get up to ask for a bottle of wine for the third time. Lastly, the most serious thing in my opinion, 3 pennette with simple sauce (not even with ragù so to speak) for 3 children charged €10 per dish! The only positive note was the waitress who served us in a kind, helpful and smiling manner. I'm sorry but I don't recommend it

27/03/2025: Anche oggi, che non mi sentivo al meglio, pensavo di accontentarmi di una cena qualunque a casa. E invece, grazie al Chucharrito è diventata un’esperienza piacevole. Piatti deliziosi, ingredienti di qualità e quel tocco di cura che fa la differenza. Una conferma ogni volta!

10/06/2025: terrible experience, i was at the restaurant with two friends and we all ordered together. they got in a couple of minutes their food and i recieved just the salad i requested as side dish, but no main course. an hour or something went on and i asked if something happened or maybe the salmon was no longer available but it seemed like the waiter just forgot about it. i arrived hungry and left angry, won't come back.

08/06/2025: This is the second time, last night, that I eat in this elegant little pizzeria in Prati. Although due to our mistake we had made a mistake in the reservation, thanks to the very kind and efficient Mr. Marco we had our table outside. Very good pizza, excellent fried food and good desserts. Honest prices and general kindness in addition to the aforementioned Marco of all the staff. I will be back soon Thanks

28/04/2025: Parfait pour manger une bonne cuisine romaine loin des sentiers battus touristiques. Ambiance très conviviale. Serveur très "romain" et sympathique. Large choix de spécialités de mer. Artichaut alla giuda à goûter. Desserts pas top par contre.

12/04/2025: Ci siamo andati per vedere la partita della Roma, il locale era pienissimo e già questo è un buon segno. Servizio giovane e frizzante. Abbiamo mangiato sia primi che pizza che antipasti, tutto molto buono e con prezzi moderati soprattutto con l'offerta thefork. Lo consigliamo.

30/04/2025: Buonissimo. Location unica e molto interessante. Si respira una certa storia e tradizione. Abbiamo preso un carpaccio di carne con sopra carciofi e salsa al parmigiano e sotto un crumble di pane non saprei ma era superlativo. I primi buonissimi e saporiti, porzioni abbondanti location unica. Tutto veramente buono. Dentro un odore di legna avvolgente molto rustico e medievale. Ci ritornerò volentieri per provare la carne che non ho avuto il piacere di assaggiare. Consigliatissimo.
