If I had to pick one place to go back to, it’s San Marco Pizzeria and that’s after a full 45-day food trip across Italy (my stomach deserves an award). Out of all the pizzerias I tried, this one quietly took the crown. No fuss, just a simple margherita that somehow ruined all other pizzas for me. One bite and I knew—this is the one. I paired it with an artichoke appetizer (very Roman, very correct decision), and here’s the shocking part: I usually eat a slice or two… but this time? I finished the whole pizza. No regrets. I also tried a few grilled fish dishes and calamari—everything I had was consistently great. Effortless, simple, and seriously delicious. I’d go back in a heartbeat… or right now, if teleportation were a thing.

Food was delicious. I was a little worried because I didn't see others here with reviews or pictures of the seafood risotto but it turned out to be pretty good. Good amount of seafood and the risotto was cooked right. Also had the pizza La Amantriciana. Also very delicious. Service was fine with no complaints. I saw that some patrons mentioned on Google reviews that they had a charge for a basket of bread. But no surprise charges at the end from my experience (I didn't ask for bread nor was I offered).

Pizza with ham is ok. Looking at other table, we should have ordered the mushroom pizza instead. The penne tastes good and goes very well with the sauce. The risotto is not too bad but they only gave us literally 1 shrimp for the whole plate. Not worth the price we paid for the shrimp risotto. The service was fast and servers took care of us very well.

09/05/2026: Very Family-like place! If you‘re vegan: ask for the spaghetti pomodoro (not the tagliatelle, they are made with eggs). Very friendly, very authentic Italian food and delicious! order the focaccia, it’s bomb!

16/12/2025: We've visited several times for birthdays. The service and food are excellent. But I have no idea how much they charge. It's definitely a great place to host events. I recommend it.
15/11/2025: Booked for a private birthday party, the rooms are large and beautifully decorated, the staff are plentiful and attentive, and the cuisine is pleasant and traditional: artichokes prepared in timbales. A giant homemade mille-feuille for dessert, and delicious white wine. Dancing and singing made for a wonderful evening.
