Spaghetti with clams without praise but with some infamy (too creamy and tasteless), the same goes for the chicory (excellent quality of the raw material but a little mistreated). The service is on the border between cold courtesy and poorly concealed annoyance. Definitely overrated.

05/04/2025: Always a magnificent gastronomic experience to enjoy the delicious cuisine of this place. The fish is very fresh and cooked with true skill; their seafood risotto is unparalleled. Highly recommended

30/03/2025: Very friendly staff, we didn't wait too long to eat. I ordered the friarielli and sausage calzone, it was so big that I didn't finish it. I took the rest home. However it was delicious, with lots of fillings. I will certainly go back but I recommend going before 8pm as the place fills up quickly.

06/04/2025: I booked for dinner with my boyfriend and we felt at home, I appreciated the warm lights of the rooms that did not bother the eyes at all and created a very pleasant atmosphere. Fast service despite it being Saturday night and kind staff. We ordered appetizer, first course, second course and dessert sharing everything. Excellent mixed crostini, ravioli with braised meat that were nothing short of perfect but the highlight was the shank with baked potatoes, the quality of the meat was very high and it was cooked wonderfully, it melted in the mouth like butter. Very balanced flavors and fair prices for the quality and quantity of food. We were very satisfied and full! If we return here to Gaeta we will very willingly come to eat at Mino again, like at home!♥️

30/12/2024: The place is very nice, distributed in various spaces and very welcoming. We came in the winter so it was nice and warm, but we will return in the summer to repeat the experience. The food was good although the menu is quite sparse. For a place that professes to be a pub you should have a French fry, also because baked potatoes may not appeal to everyone (here I am!). The final bill was perhaps a little expensive. The service... We had to get up a few times to call the waiters, and again: a place that calls itself a restaurant should not allow this to happen. Maybe this confused me a little: is it a tavern? A restaurant? A pub? It is not clear what identity the place wants to have and this is reflected in the menu, the service and the management of the room.

16/04/2025: I recently had a great dine-in experience at Trattoria Angelo, where I enjoyed their Cacio e Pepe. The dish was a simple yet flavourful combination of cheese and pepper, making for a satisfying meal. However, whilst I admired the need to ensure the pasta is cooked to perfection i.e., al dente, mine was somewhate borderline undercooked and al dente. The prices were very reasonable, making it a good choice for those looking for tasty Italian food without spending too much. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and attentive service, which added to the positive experience.

14/04/2025: It's a little salty, but for Korean tastes, there's no place like this in Rome~ I visited twice while in Rome...! Be sure to eat the gnocchi. It’s chewy and sweet!

19/03/2025: One of the best experiences we had, we visited the farm in all its beauties together with dear Marco who held a beautiful lesson regarding the economy of the farm and its characteristics, capable of speaking with children and adults. We also had lunch, needless to say how high the quality of every single dish was. A final point should be dedicated to the welcome, kindness, hospitality, efficiency and professionalism of all the Pulicaro staff. THANK YOU❤️

16/02/2025: Chiara and Marco are two lovely and welcoming people. You feel like you are part of the family. The place is beautiful and quiet, immersed in the Tuscia countryside on the border with Tuscany. The food is excellent and their products come from farm breeding that takes animal welfare into account. Well done Chiara and Marco. Congratulations, keep it up guys 😉
