01/11/2025: I've tried this place, eating both outside in the summer and inside...the atmosphere is welcoming and atmospheric in both settings. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive in their service. The food is excellent: the pasta and meat dishes are delicious! Adequate prices. Reservations are recommended, especially on holidays.

12/10/2025: Beautiful winery/restaurant with outdoor seating in the square outside. Delicious food. I had fresh tagliatelle with fantastic porcini mushrooms. The only downside is that the kitchen was a bit slow, and we had to wait a long time. But for dishes this well-made, we were happy to wait.

13/10/2025: Hmmm, it can improve and return to how it once was. As for the service, I was about to give it one star because one of the waiters was a bit sloppy, not wearing a uniform, and it seemed like he didn't enjoy serving. I've also worked in the restaurant business and was always smiling, even in the worst of times. The decor needs improving. The food is okay, but a little more character in the dishes wouldn't hurt. I'm confident it can improve. I still recommend going for the mussels and other delicacies.

17/10/2025: The location was beautiful, with a splendid sea view and excellent bread. We ordered six Girardeau oysters (€4.50 each), usually served chilled, and in fact they arrived at the perfect temperature on ice. Two platters of raw fish included a perfectly chilled tuna tartare, scampi, shrimp, and pink shrimp, all cold as raw fish should be served. And who could forget the filleted scallop, whose inviting appearance and freshness were evident in the aroma...just as raw fish should be? A spectacular scallop accompanied by lemon oil and chives, peppered mussels with jalapeño pepper (which those in the know certainly wouldn't confuse with a bell pepper), and cherry tomatoes. It's THE peppery one! We also ordered two plates of Gran Gratinato and three spaghetti alle vongole, which, once they arrived, stunned us with their deliciousness. A €30 bottle of wine, we ate and drank everything with great pleasure, and in the end we paid a very fair €147 without any problem. I'll be back soon to try the many other delicious things the chefs have on the menu... THANK YOU ANY REFERENCE TO THINGS, PEOPLE, OR OTHER REVIEWS IS NOT AT ALL RANDOM... 13/10/2025: This is my go-to restaurant for my Marche vacations every year. Every bite is special, and I'm always sad when my plate is empty. Shabu-shabu is a must-try for antipasto. The pasta is all delicious. I try a different pasta every time I visit, and this one was by far the best. I highly recommend the Scoglio pasta, which boasts a rich seafood flavor. Even the desserts are homemade, not store-bought. I highly recommend the gelato. The passion fruit gelato is incredibly refreshing. It's the perfect final indulgence. A restaurant you won't regret visiting. Reservations are recommended.

11/11/2025: Updated November 11, 2025 The quality is always high, Enrico the chef has a passion for seasonal pairings. Tonight he served me tortelloni stuffed with provola cheese, calamari, cheeks, and pumpkin cream. Sublime! Then a slice—or rather, two :)—of seared tuna on a bed of broccoli. I can still taste the flavors blending in my mouth like the colors of a painter's palette. A truly beautiful evening. Oh, and I forgot about dessert: a caramel cake and coffee mousse that alternated different textures, sweet and savory. In short, a worthy finale to a symphony of flavors. It's increasingly difficult to find this quality in the restaurant scene!

23/04/2025: Unique room created from a period building with enormous fireplace, convivial tables, few seats. There is therefore intimacy and the proposal with local foods, mostly self-produced, is refined and excellently executed. It remains possible to socialize with Anna and Marco who are more than happy to explain the courses and more, but also linger to share wine and chat with the diners. A rare possibility in modern catering, at least in cities. Considering the care and rarity of the proposal, the prices are correct.

04/10/2025: For lunch at work, we ordered a pasta dish here, specifically the lombrichelli alla viterbese. A choice that not only brightened up the meal, but also gave us a boost for the rest of the day. The portion is very generous: the fresh pasta has a rustic, full-bodied texture, capable of absorbing the rich sauce of sausage and guanciale, perfectly bound by the tomato base that enhances the ingredients. The pecorino and fennel add a bold note that completes a dish that speaks of Tuscia. Truly a culinary experience worth repeating to try other delicacies.

11/10/2025: This evening I took the Indonesian cooking class! We cooked so many delicious dishes, the place was clean and well-equipped, the chef was always kind and helpful, and at the end we all ate what we'd prepared together. Highly recommended!

21/10/2025: Warm hospitality and great food, even at closing time We arrived at the eatery around 2:40 PM well past lunch hours and found that most of the panini had already been sold out. We’re a family of three with a young child, and we were simply hoping to grab a few sandwiches. There were only two left, but the gentleman behind the counter went out of his way to make a fresh sandwich for our child, who asked for porchetta with mayonnaise. He didn’t have to do that he could’ve just said they were sold out but instead, he put the customer first, stepped into the kitchen, and prepared a generous, delicious sandwich just for our little one. That thoughtful gesture truly stood out. Overall, the food was tasty and satisfying. A great spot if you're looking for a wholesome bite without any fuss and clearly, with a lot of heart.
