23/04/2025: Good, professional, always available and innovative, meticulous in detail...and also friendly! Even if it seems the opposite, I didn't receive any money for writing these two lines, in fact, I actually gave some to the creator of this happy place (not too much I must say) but I had such a good time that I couldn't help but introduce this talented and knowledgeable chef. Mine wasn't a hopeless case, I didn't have to learn how to make a cutlet and at home we ate more than decently, but what I learned here was the magic of doing, of smiling. I have attended at least ten schools where they make you bone two fish and come with the basics ready, here every single bite is made from scratch, everyone participates and the raw materials are delicious. Loretta, in addition to being a cheerful person, has great expertise on the subject, which she also enriches with a lot of historical information on the various dishes that are cooked. Super-positive note: you eat what is prepared during the courses. A special thank you also to chef Massimo who always supported and helped us. An experience that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to start or improve in the world of cooking.

21/05/2025: Found a restaurant by chance, very well received by a great server who was attentive despite the language barrier. A place that doesn't look like much, but it offers excellent pizza flavors, tasty pizza at an unbeatable price.

20/05/2025: Last Friday we came for a birthday party, there were 18 of us, the food was excellent, the drinks were good and I want to say that it wasn't the first time we went... that said, when it got to 11pm we heard a noise from a goblin cleaning the other room, at a certain point they started to take away the glasses and we were shocked! You can't do that in a pizzeria, especially at 11pm, you can't kick customers out because you have to close, that's not how you do it, I'm sorry! Because if you want to stay home early in the evening, you shouldn't have opened a pizzeria. I'm very sorry about that because we've always had a good time.

04/06/2025: I had dinner here a few nights ago and I tried the fish appetizers and a second course: everything was fresh and really tasty. But the real surprise were the desserts... the chocolate cake is simply exceptional! A place that knows how to pamper the palate. Highly recommended!

03/05/2025: Frequento questo locale da anni. A mio giudizio una delle pizze gourmet migliori di Roma. Impasto impareggiabile e ingredienti ricercati e di altissima qualità. Alvaro e famiglia gestiscono con grande passione e cortesia questo locale informale da oltre 30 anni puntando tutto sulla qualità e ricercatezza dei loro piatti. In una location più centrale e alla moda sarebbe su qualsiasi guida come un must!!!

19/04/2025: Pizzeria 120 – Sperimentazione senza compromessi. Due pizze, due identità: 1. Giovanna: carciofi croccanti su un letto di impasto fragrante. 2. Fiori di zucca, alici e scorze di limone sapidità equilibrata e acidità brillante. Base comune: impasto con grani antichi monococco, segale e Senatore Cappelli– Álvaro non usa mix casuali, ma studia struttura e digeribilità. Niente fronzoli: ingredienti selezionati (carciofi croccanti al punto giusto, alici che non sovrastano, limone che non aggredisce) e una filosofia chiara: rispetto della materia prima Abbinamento top: War AmenIPA, birra italiana con corpo resinoso e note agrumate che tagliano la grassezza delle alici. Grazie ad Álvaro (non un pizzaiolo, un ricercatore) e a Monia per la scoperta. 23/05/2025: Absolutely phenomenal service, wine and food. We had the appetiser deal with wine on our first day and then came back the next day for the mixed charcuterie board and wine. Inside is beautiful! Staff are so polite and make you feel special. They let us taste a few different types of wine. 10/10 will definitely be back again!

15/05/2025: Great location, practically on the lake. Structure perhaps a little dated, large spaces for children's games, paddle, nice equipped beach. The pizzeria is good, even gluten free. The restaurant.... terrible!!!! Everything cooked in a rough and tasteless way. To forget the risotto, if you can call it that, with cream of shellfish and spinach!! Ugly even to look at. Too bad
