06/10/2025: Charming old hotel in a great location close to Termini Station. Staff were great - friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable and well decorated. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

04/10/2025: The hotel was very accessible from the station, and the interior was well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were all kind and professional. We especially appreciated Alejandro, the doorman, who was extremely helpful even though we don't speak Italian! Thanks to him, our stay in Rome became a fond memory. The facilities were a little old and the lighting in the rooms was a little dim, but considering the service and location, we were very satisfied with our stay.

The pecorino melted with the velvety egg yolk to create a sauce that wrapped itself around the rigatoni like silk, while the guanciale, with its delicate seasoning, enhanced every bite. 12/09/2025: We returned to this restaurant after a few years, intrigued by the recently awarded second star. First, let's talk about the service. There are so many waiters, perhaps even too many, to the point of being almost obsessive. For example, while we were sampling the various snacks from the chef's "welcome" menu, as soon as we finished one, the waiter would immediately come over to remove the corresponding plate. Attention is good, but when you overdo it, you risk becoming more intrusive than elegant. We really enjoyed the dishes.

14/10/2025: When we were first seated I noticed that they brought bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to the other tables but not us. We had to ask for the bread and they still didn't bring the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Also the cacio e pepe was terrible. There was too much sauce and it overwhelmed the very tasty homemade pasta. The arrabbiata pasta was very tasty and that alone carried all three stars. To respond to the restaurant, we requested the bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar but never got it. Also I know what's in cacio e pepe, I've eaten lots of it and the bowl you served me was the worst cacio e pepe I've ever had.

04/10/2025: A killer kebab 24/7 with friendly, high-quality service. They even offered us free falafels. The size of the kebabs was huge, full of flavor and super fresh ingredients. We highly recommend. PS: the price is incredible. This is the second time I've been there and I'll be back, that's 100% guaranteed.
