07/08/2025: Quando entro in un ristorante mi aspetto in minimo di accoglienza non frettolosa, ma questo può essere superato dalla qualità dei prodotti più che buona anche se con 3 € di coperto mi sarei aspettato tovaglioli di stoffa, ma il tema è un altro. Al momento dell'ordine mi e stato consegnato il menù e abbiamo fatto le nostre scelte. Nei minuti successivi la signora proponeva ai tavoli circostanti, nei fuori menù anche i carpacci di branzino e i crudi almeno il primo lo avrei gradito. Al momento del conto ho fatto presente alla signora la questione che si è giustificata con la distrazione del momento, affermando che avrebbe recuperato la prossima volta che mi sarei li recato. L'opportunità l'ha avuta non ci sarà una prossima volta. Però mi viene un pensiero non vorrei che i fuori menù fossero solo per i clienti abituali!!! Un vecchio politico diceva che a pensare male si fa peccato però spesso ci si azzecca.

05/08/2025: Modus procedendi, a partire da accoglienza, atenzione, e cura onestamente delusi sia per la nonchalance sia per l'insieme del posto. La raccolta delle scelte e la modalità di convenire con il cliente sono da osteria non da locale delicato. Il prezzo poi dei piatti è assolutamente sproporziionato rispetto alla qualità. Ci siamo sentiti derubati.

02/08/2025: Bad luck for the waitress, and a little for us too. I'll start by saying I chose the restaurant thanks to Raisin, a natural wine app that recommends it. I asked for a natural wine, and she told me the supplier hadn't delivered, suggesting organic... oh well, I must have gotten the wrong restaurant. Having seen some photos and being at Radikon, I tried to ask for Ribolla Gialla, and the waitress said yes, yes, the 33cl. Oh my goodness, I hope she understands and brings me the right wine. Radikon arrives at cellar temperature, 2008! A gem. We asked for a menu without fish, and she told me we were at the wrong restaurant. I told her I'd called and it would have been done somehow. In fact, we ordered a really good prosciutto crudo accompanied by giardiniera on a bed of tuna. Tuna? Yes, exactly, there must have been a mistake, my daughter is allergic. I asked the waitress for confirmation, and she told me it was mayonnaise, not tuna. She gave me a look that betrayed her disappointment. Okay, my daughter insists and tells me it was tuna, so I try it, and it's tuna! I get up, take it to the kitchen, and report the mistake. My daughter is allergic, she'll go to the hospital if she eats fish. A little later, a new giardiniera arrives on a bed of mayonnaise. They apologize, but I point out that it's not a matter of apologies, this is going to the hospital. Okay, I'll drink a glass of Radikon and forget about it. Back to natural wines, my neighbors at the table are the Radikon family and Paraschos, two excellent ones. Let's get to the bill: cash or card? Cash. Okay, the waitress reports the incident to the owner and asks him to prepare the bill, deducting something for the tuna issue. The owner tells her to sort it out (it's fair enough, you made a mess, deal with it), and she prepares the bill, without deducting anything! Who knows! Okay, I open my wallet and he tells me cash isn't acceptable because he had put a card payment, but I had asked for cash payment. Well, okay, we pay by card. In all this, I think back to my request for natural wines and see a fridge full of all sorts of goodies, my favorites. And thinking back to the waitress's response about organic wines, I realize that the staff needs training or they shouldn't be allowed to speak. I'm giving it two stars for friendliness. All that said, I ate well and will try to return, hoping for service on par with the cuisine. Marco

24/08/2025: My partner and I stopped for lunch yesterday at this little restaurant in the center of Trieste. I called about twenty minutes before arriving (since I was passing through), and they were immediately kind and helpful in giving us a table. Fast service, very friendly staff, and excellent fish quality. If we ever return to Trieste, it will definitely be a must-visit. Everything was excellent :)

08/08/2025: I haven't been eating here since a month ago, when my husband and I had dinner. The prices were sky-high, the service was poor, the quantities were moderate to low, and the quality was average, not excellent. I expected more than I had two years ago. And to be fair, since I'm sensitive to digestion, I slept terribly, probably due to preservatives that weren't listed on the menu.

29/08/2025: Never again! We ordered a fish soup ("pesce") for €26 and a tomato soup with mussels and other seafood, but didn't get a single piece of fish – that's false advertising! The second dish, "Pizza Adriatica," had a bland flavor, a soft base, but even harder, sharp-edged mussel shells as a topping... Service and ambiance are subpar. In conclusion: no value for the money you spend (in our case, €60).

25/08/2025: Best pizza we had in Lignano. I also recommend lasagne della Nona which are great. We were really pleased with how quickly the food came even when restaurant was full. Fast service, friendly staff. You can't go wrong with having lunch or dinner here. Tiramisu was also nice.

27/07/2025: Fabulous spaghetti alla vongole, excellent wine selection. I come back every year. A very quiet, small restaurant with a creative and unusual atmosphere. Unassuming from the outside.

21/07/2025: Mom and Pop - or better Grandmom cooks and Grandpa serves for you. Excellent food - don't hesitate to take a risk when ordering, you will be rewarded.

19/08/2025: A pizzeria and restaurant located just off the main street of Lignano Sabbiadoro, offering a varied menu ranging from pizza, rigorously baked in a wood-fired oven, to desserts expertly prepared by the owner's wife, from homemade first courses, some served pan-fried, to hearty grilled meats and fish. Limoncello after coffee is always a welcome treat! For dessert, I recommend the meringue pie or the babà... ...or both!!! Friendliness, courtesy, and fair prices are always guaranteed. Dogs are welcome and welcome, and a bowl is provided. Well done!!! Update: none!!! Always good, and everything is delicious!!!!

16/08/2025: Today, August 16, 2025, I went to this restaurant with my family. After a thoughtful recommendation from the waiter, we ordered three plates of scialatielli allo scoglio. The dishes arrived about 15 minutes after we ordered them and were plentiful and full of seafood. The dish was very tasty and filling, the pasta/seafood ratio was excellent, and the pasta sauce was very flavorful. In addition to this first course, we ordered 1/2 liter of white wine, a still water, and a coffee. In addition to our order, they brought us a small glass of limoncello each and some biscuits. We spent €76.20 (€25.40 per person). A highly rated restaurant, we'll definitely be back!

20/07/2025: A unique experience in a restaurant with a casual and welcoming atmosphere. The set menu offered to all guests makes for a convivial dinner, with well-designed and carefully crafted dishes. It's family-run, with simple, authentic service. The food was excellent: quality ingredients, tasty preparation, and balanced portions. My only complaint: the final price seemed a bit high, but it's still an interesting and unusual place. Worth a try, especially if you're curious to enjoy something different in a unique setting.

15/08/2025: A very nice restaurant, but the service is really bad! We waited a long time for our menu, then the waitress came and asked us for our order, even though we still didn't have it. Then we waited forever for our food, and the food arrived without our drinks being brought first. Our order wasn't complete either. I wouldn't recommend it.

22/07/2025: The place is unique and obviously has to be liked. There's nothing to complain about about the service, and the same goes for the food, which is excellent and reasonably priced. There are actually only two vegetarian dishes, while the only vegan option is the grilled vegetables, as the only vegetarian dish available can't be made vegan because the cheese can't be removed. A real shame.
