09/04/2026: If you're not a blue-collar worker, you shouldn't go because they'll fleece you. Mediocre food. The atmosphere is too much like a cafeteria. As for pizza, there are much, much better options in Lignano. Not recommended.

12/04/2026: Reservations are recommended, even for lunch! The ambiance is absolutely fantastic, with a terrace overlooking the seafront, perfect for a romantic or social lunch or dinner, while enjoying the sea breeze. Good food: we tried the fish dishes, and the grilled sea bream (€18) and mackerel (€16) were excellent. It's a shame they're served whole, so you have to debone them yourself. The baked potatoes, served as a side and included in the price, were also good. The cover charge was €2, which was acceptable, but we weren't served bread. We spent €52 for two, including two glasses of wine and a coffee. The price was ok, and the quality/price ratio was decent. Worth a try if you're in the area!

18/06/2025: I was there this morning, the brioche was very good but I was really shocked by the rudeness of the girl who replaces Cristina, I had already had the opportunity to see it and I had also heard about it. I basically went to pay and she asked me if I paid for everything, I told her yes, she gave me the bill and when I went out I checked and saw that she had added to the bill the 2 cappuccinos that 5 minutes before a friend of ours had gone to pay for himself, I went back in, I asked her if she remembered this person because I didn't want her to think I was ripping her off, she didn't even listen to me, she got angry saying that I was the one who had to tell her what we had and that she didn't know if they had paid for the cappuccinos because there were 100 of us, actually there were 7 of us! I described the gentleman to her but she talked over me! There weren't many people and she remembered all our drinks very well but not that they had paid for 2 cappuccinos 5 minutes before??? Come on! And in any case a little calm and good manners wouldn't hurt!

29/11/2025: A quaint, family-run restaurant. We came here with a group of friends to try the bear dishes, which we were curious about. We all ordered gnocchi with bear ragù for the first course and stewed bear for the second. The dishes were good and plentiful, and the bear has an interesting, sweetish flavor. The service was very fast; we finished dinner in 45-50 minutes. The staff, though taciturn, were friendly and efficient. Personally, I wouldn't go back specifically for the bear, but I would come as a group with friends for a different kind of evening.

15/01/2026: The rooms are clean and tidy, but the furnishings are somewhat worn, so you'd immediately think they're good value for money in terms of aesthetics. Aside from that, I'd appreciate the late check-in and the hospitality and professionalism. I had a great night's sleep on the comfortable bed with soft pillows, a warm room, and a working bathroom. I would have given it a 5 if the price were slightly lower, since you can find even modern 4s with huge rooms for that price. I don't understand the point of the loud TV on the outside wall facing the street; in my opinion, it just creates a disturbance.

01/01/2026: The rooms are very nice, clean, and tidy. They even provide cookies, and it's very technologically advanced. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and it's in a great location, but the restaurant is separate from the rooms, so in the morning you have to walk a short distance to get there.

14/04/2026: Gorgeous wisteria-covered terrace. We hadn’t made a reservation but were welcomed immediately. Excellent wine selection if you want something a little special. Gnocchi with prawns and truffle was sensational. Great seafood misto and grilled octopus.

25/03/2026: The hotel, structured like a motel in the American sense of the term, is entirely on the ground floor, with each unit featuring a private entrance and a slatted wooden fence. The units with a sea view offer a pleasant view. The rooms are standard, equipped with a TV, mini-fridge, linear furniture, and a bathroom with a large, functional shower. Breakfast is served in the adjacent restaurant, subject to reservation the evening before using a pre-printed sheet listing the available foods. In my case, the reception staff did their best to provide vegan and gluten-free options, packaged croissants, and specialty bread. However, despite advance restaurant reservations and the request for vegan-gluten-free options, it appears that this information was not communicated to the restaurant staff or kitchen. The only option offered was gluten-free pasta with tomato sauce and vegetables (€18) and gluten-free bread. Despite this, the restaurant was very nice, clean, and had a pleasant sea view. The reception staff, the hotel cleaning lady, and the breakfast lady were particularly kind, helpful, and smiling.
