11/10/2023: Zufällig beim Flanieren entdeckt, entpuppt sich das Restaurant als echtes Kleinod wenn es um Fisch und Meeresfrüchte geht. Nette Bedienung, tolles Essen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war der gelieferten Qualität angemessen.

The place is large with many seats inside and outside and is one of the few that remains open until late in the evening. The staff is effective and always available, thus also reducing waiting times both to order and to receive... all linked to a more than good quality of the products offered... To try .

28/09/2023: dopo parecchio tempo siamo ritornati in questo locale per verificare cosa era cambiato con la nuova gestione. I camerieri son gentili ma devo dire che i piatti non ci hanno entusiasmato molto. abbiamo preso una serie di tapas (già pronte e servite immediatamente, non male) e il polpo alla callega che ci è arrivato dopo 5 minuti dopo che ci avevano servito le tapas e che non avevamo ancora finito e che quindi si è un po' raffredato ma comunque non era molto tenero e con un po'di acqua nel piatto che non si capiva da dove veniva...conto troppo alto...

02/04/2024: Due to a mix-up in the booking, when we arrived the place was overbooked but they did everything they could to find us a table; Despite the crowds, the dishes arrived quite quickly. Varied and interesting menu, offers very particular dishes, well presented and tasty. Good quality/price. Advised!

01/04/2024: Its location makes it close to the attractions of the centre, small and welcoming. Its strong point is the friendliness of the staff and the authenticity of the products. Two of us had 1 starter, 2 first courses, 2 desserts, half a liter of wine, water and 2 coffees for a total of 90 euros.

19/02/2024: Restaurant with traditional Friulian cuisine, with careful selection of raw materials from local breeders and farmers. Remarkable, worth trying, is the San Daniele ham which will amaze you. The first courses are excellent, you're spoiled for choice! We tried some homemade gnocchi and some homemade tagliatelle. All freshly made dishes. Try the "Afro cream" dessert. Low prices.

27/04/2024: Abbiamo cenato ieri sera a base di pesce, responsabili poco disponibili, cena purtroppo scadente e per nulla aderente al prezzo . Preso il piatto del giorno ovvero zuppa di pesce è arrivato invece un pesce in guazzetto , ricordavo che la zuppa di pesce fosse ben altra cosa !!!

28/05/2024: Very large pizzeria restaurant. We ate in a group, good pizza, even though the place was packed the service was quite fast. Local directly on the road to Cividale. Ample parking, perhaps insufficient for the number of people hosted at the Cardinal. Prices normal. Busy waiters fail to meet certain customer requests and attentions. Overall good. Clean toilets.

Qui troverete un gestore simpaticissimo che cucina da sé tutto quello che porta in tavola, anche la scelta degli ingredienti è attenzionata. Il sapore dei piatti ne è testimone. I prezzi sono medio-alti ma l'esperienza vissuta all'interno del locale è unica. Addirittura spettacolo musicale dal vivo. È raro uscire da un posto e uscire avendone conosciuto l'essenza di ciò che è proposto e chi gli sta dietro, qui succede. Tornerò

13/04/2024: We took two menus: good food but the portions are really small. I would pay more attention to the service such as the description of the dishes. Two menus, a plate of tortelli for our son, three glasses of wine, two bottles of water and a coffee: €200. We left hungry and went to eat an ice cream... :-(

01/03/2024: Eccezionale palazzo e quindi anche il ristorante emana questa energia eccezionale… Il cibo quasi perfetto…ci ritorno molto volentieri e troverò la perfezione
