25/01/2026: After prior reservation, we arrived a little early and while they were preparing our table, we drank sparkling rosé and brut Emerana Reya, which was very good. To start, we ordered sformatino di verdura, which was excellent because of Zidarich's Tabor cheese and went perfectly with the Lisjak Pinot noir. The next dishes were beef goulash and stinco with mashed potatoes. Both the Pinot noirs, the german Noll and the french Domaine de l'Idylle went perfectly. The service was fast and professional, and all the wines were fresh and properly served. Considering the offer, the price was reasonable. We will be happy to come to this interesting old, traditional osteria again.

Professional, extremely kind, and friendly staff. The chef is courteous, helpful, and ready to offer advice and explanations. Excellent food, meticulously prepared dishes. Extensive wine list.
CONS:
The lack of a printed menu prevents customers from understanding the cost of dishes, and discovering, at checkout, that a first course might cost €40 and an appetizer €60 could be a nasty surprise.
Considering that, nowadays, a PC and a printer are enough to solve the problem, I see no justification for this.
31/12/2025: The dinner was disappointing, perhaps because expectations were so high, as high as the restaurant's reputation. Many recommended it to us. The fish was indeed fresh and high-quality, but the portions weren't enough to fill us up. The raw fish appetizer was more of a taste than an appetizer, and the portion of the first course was also small. It's a shame, because the fregola was truly excellent. The timing of the service also contributed to the overall disappointing experience. The wait between each appetizer was far too long. The restaurant is nice, and its slightly retro feel has its charm. I found the final bill too expensive for the amount of food.

27/01/2026: We went there this evening for the first time and it was a very pleasant surprise. The atmosphere was lovely and the tables were tastefully set.
We chose the "Winter Menu," a menu with dishes paired with wines.
I must say that the wines paired perfectly with the dishes.
A special thanks to the young lady who served us (Arianna, I think) who explained the dishes and wines with great professionalism.
The price was absolutely in line with the quality of the offerings.
We will definitely return and highly recommend it.

29/11/2025: A delightful dinner at this historic trattoria in the center of Cormons. Traditional dishes with a touch of originality, along with expertly crafted innovative dishes. Everything is delicious on a menu where you're spoiled for choice. A good selection of wines, mostly local. The service is attentive and friendly, and the owner is truly skilled at his craft. A pleasant atmosphere. The bill is unsurprising.

Let's hope it improves.
07/12/2025: An excellent restaurant specializing in seafood, but also serving meat dishes. The pergola-covered terrace offers a stunning sea view. Situated beneath the Vittoria lighthouse, it offers a distinctive local menu, local wines, impeccable service, and impeccable cuisine.
