11/01/2026: We happened upon it by chance on the day of the car show 🚘 (now last May). We can confirm all the positive reviews 👍🏻, the pizza was incredibly delicious, super soft and tasty 😍😍. We'll definitely be back as soon as it reopens for the summer season 💪🏻. See you next time 👋🏻.

Professional, extremely kind, and friendly staff. The chef is courteous, helpful, and ready to offer advice and explanations. Excellent food, meticulously prepared dishes. Extensive wine list.
CONS:
The lack of a printed menu prevents customers from understanding the cost of dishes, and discovering, at checkout, that a first course might cost €40 and an appetizer €60 could be a nasty surprise.
Considering that, nowadays, a PC and a printer are enough to solve the problem, I see no justification for this.
31/12/2025: The dinner was disappointing, perhaps because expectations were so high, as high as the restaurant's reputation. Many recommended it to us. The fish was indeed fresh and high-quality, but the portions weren't enough to fill us up. The raw fish appetizer was more of a taste than an appetizer, and the portion of the first course was also small. It's a shame, because the fregola was truly excellent. The timing of the service also contributed to the overall disappointing experience. The wait between each appetizer was far too long. The restaurant is nice, and its slightly retro feel has its charm. I found the final bill too expensive for the amount of food.

27/01/2026: We went there this evening for the first time and it was a very pleasant surprise. The atmosphere was lovely and the tables were tastefully set.
We chose the "Winter Menu," a menu with dishes paired with wines.
I must say that the wines paired perfectly with the dishes.
A special thanks to the young lady who served us (Arianna, I think) who explained the dishes and wines with great professionalism.
The price was absolutely in line with the quality of the offerings.
We will definitely return and highly recommend it.

Off-menu, they offer fresh fish available that day. We had turbot and sea bass—delicious!
Excellent selection of local wines, excellent table service, with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.
Highly recommended—the photos show a first course, a cod appetizer, and a Slovenian Ribolla. We also had a mixed hot and cold appetizer.
Delightful place, well-kept and clean.
A great experience, definitely worth returning!

I recommend it if you want to eat well and spend a reasonable amount in Lignano Pineta.
18/11/2025: Delicious pistachio pasta at fair prices. You can get a table relatively quickly, even when it's busy, and the food is very tasty! They also have delicious limoncello spritz!

27/02/2026: The price was in line with other restaurants in Trieste, although the cover charge was quite high for not having tablecloths. The food was good and in sufficient quantity, and the service was courteous and helpful. The average cost for the two evenings was €33 per person, certainly expensive for the amount we ate.

20/09/2025: High prices, rude service, I didn't have a good experience at all! They forget the additions you order and if you mention it they'll reply annoyed. The food isn't even that great, on the contrary 🤮 .. goodbye, I don't recommend it at all.
