I migliori ristoranti di cucina mediterranea in Bologna

14/08/2024: Torno dopo un anno alla trattoria la Gatta ed appena uscito dal locale, mi riprometto di non far passare più tanto tempo per un altra visita. Il pranzo è stato spettacolare, abbiamo preso entrambi il menù degustazione pesce ed abbiamo aggiunto un fuori menù, preso una bottiglia ed un calice a testa extra. Tutti i piatti sono stati eseguiti in maniera impeccabile, usano un olio a crudo ottimo che esalata una cucina saporita, ma non troppo carica di sale. Il che mi piace molto, tutto gustoso, compreso il dolce che per il menù prevedeva una fetta di sacher. La cantina è da sballo, con ricarichi onesti e tanta competenza per chi vorrà farsi consigliare. Abbiamo chiuso con un caffè ed un distillato di Capovilla. Ci sarei tornato anche a cena la stessa sera, quindi a presto!!

14/04/2024: La Ross? Il nome una garanzia Cena con amici , locale molto accogliente e suggestivo,una meravigliosa scoperta per i nostri ospiti. Scelta dei prodotti molto accurata e con tutto quello che la stagione ti offre. Adatto a tutti per il menù che spazia dalla tradizione,si piatti vegetariani e carni di vario genere. I dolci? Tutti da provare Mia carissima Ross vai avanti così

23/03/2024: Sono spesso in zona, é uno dei ristoranti che preferisco...e in cui amo tornare, non delude mai. Atmosfera intima, locale curato nei dettagli. Materie prime eccellenti, semplici, che vengono valorizzate al meglio dalle mani e dalla fantasia della/o chef. Tanta scelta per i vegetariani. Posizione TOP con vista sul fiume.

19/07/2024: Accoglienza ospitale, ottimo menù di qualità che rivisita i piatti tradizionali con l'innovazione senza stravolgerli, cuoca superlativa. Posto incantevole panoramico sui colli, vini ottimi biologici.

14/07/2024: Agriturismo con ristorante di ottimo livello. Piatti molto curati, materie prime eccellenti e servizio attento e preparato. Una vera chicca il sorbetto di menta piperita finale. Molto carino tutto il complesso e naturalmente la produzione di vino. Da segnare !

14/07/2024: Qualità e tradizione incontrano la modernità Mi sono sempre recato in questo ristorante per occasioni speciali. La gentilezza del personale e la qualità dei piatti (ormai due aspetti non scontati) hanno sempre reso queste esperienze molto piacevoli. Un po' caro, ma date le premesse questi sono i soldi meglio spesi. Tornerò sicuramente!

04/08/2024: Unfortunately the restaurant, which I have always appreciated, was a disappointment this time in terms of food and service. Good food but they have limited the portions, you can't serve 4 slices of steak with 2 gratin tomatoes, and even the first courses are really poor, a few tortelli and a few passatelli, for high prices like in the other places in the area. The glass of pignoletto, a local wine, really terrible, not very fresh and I have drunk better ones bought cheaply at the supermarket. The waiters are clearly not in the profession, they should train them better. Really a shame because the location is delicious, I hope they mend their ways.

21/05/2024: Amazing food & service and such a cozy environment with a beautiful little garden (and a terrace). I can highly recommend. I will definitely come back.

03/04/2024: We had lunch here on Easter Monday. The service was efficient and fast. Excellent homemade pasta, I recommend the tagliatelle with ragù and the cappelletti. Good wine, fresh and genuine desserts. The location is perfect, you can park well nearby and after your meal you can easily reach the center by walking. Alternatively you can immerse yourself in the green hills.

27/07/2024: Small restaurant, large, varied and tasty courses. The appetizers and desserts were splendid, with a meringue cake accompanied with melted chocolate that will remain in your memories. Kind and impeccable service.

16/08/2024: Agosto è la stagione dei funghi e oltre al consueto menu viene offerto un menù a base di funghi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Funghi così saporiti e ben cucinati è raro trovarli. Fritto di porcini buonissimo. Ricercatezza buona nel taglio e nella composizione dei piatti, personale gentile, locali adeguati e ben curati. Ci siamo tornati per la seconda volta a distanza di un anno e non ha deluso le aspettative.

30/06/2024: ANTICA SCUDERIA - Professionalità in ogni senso. Stupire nella tradizione. Piatti e intermezzi ricercati e diversi dal solito. Ottimi gli antipasti. Intermezzi di benvenuto e fra una portata e l'altra. Scelta di vini ricercata. Competenza. Atmosfera e tavoli ben distanziati. Per un compleanno o semplicemente in coppia o per una sosta fuori dal solito. Leggere il menù e scegliere anche lasciandosi consigliare dai proprietari. In ogni caso difficile sbagliare. Alta qualità.

09/06/2024: We stopped by chance and as it was almost closing time the service was very fast. Fixed menu with a choice of 3 first courses and three second courses at the price of €15. There were 2 of us and, being in a hurry and not too hungry, one person took a first course and the other a second course. A bottle of water and a coffee. Total €26. Proportionately, if we had chosen 2 fixed menus we would have paid less!!!!!

06/01/2024: We went for a wonderful New Year's Eve dinner, we didn't know the place so for us it was a leap in the dark but instead it was a pleasant discovery we ate à la carte everything was excellent at midnight they offered us a prosecco panettone pandoro dried fruit cotechino and lentils fireworks. . What can I say...thanks for the pleasant evening, as soon as I return to Bologna I will come and eat with you.

30/12/2023: Very nice pasta with lobster and tagliatelle bolognese! The staff can be improved a bit, but still nice The boss is really great person! The location is excellent, especially if you are coming from somewhere with the train, feeling tired, to stop by and enjoy your food!

11/07/2024: If you come in without having an appetite you will definitely leave having eaten something. Bread, desserts, savory etc presented superbly. Absolutely worth visiting. Always parking.
