09/12/2025: Corte d’Aibo is one of those places that captivates you from the moment you arrive. Nestled in the hills, surrounded by the silence and scents of nature, it offers an authentic and welcoming atmosphere that is hard to forget. The restaurant is a celebration of local cuisine: carefully crafted dishes, quality ingredients, and flavors that reflect tradition with a touch of creativity. The rooms are splendid: spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, they strike the perfect balance between modern comfort and rustic warmth. Sleeping here truly means rejuvenating yourself. The wine deserves a special mention. Corte d’Aibo’s production is the result of careful and respectful work with the land, and it comes through in every sip. From crisp whites to enveloping reds, every bottle tells a piece of this place. I personally loved their Pignoletto: fresh, elegant, perfect both on its own or paired with a dish. A true discovery. And then there's Margherita: the true soul of the establishment. It's impossible not to notice the care and love she puts into everything she does. Her presence makes the experience even more pleasant: attentive, kind, hospitable, always ready to make every guest feel truly special. La Corte d'Aibo is much more than a farmhouse: it's an experience, a refuge, a place you'll gladly return to. Highly recommended.

26/11/2025: Let me start by saying we were only there for lunch. Good potential, but something is missing beyond maturity and management. The quality/price ratio is too much in favor of the latter.

08/01/2026: One of the best experiences in Bologna, if not the best. Excellent products, a modern setting, numerous awards, and a bite that's pure bliss: the Parmesan cheese biscuit with crackers and Modena balsamic vinegar. A must-visit in Bologna. A 10 out of 10 in almost every way!

02/03/2026: Terrible service. We ordered a first course to share, followed by a sliced ​​steak. After over an hour, both courses arrived at the same time, without respecting our request. Extremely insistent service. They brought us the spices for the meat, but they literally took them away after two minutes to be brought to the table next to ours. The same treatment occurred when clearing the table, where they ask if they can clear your plate more than once, even while you're finishing your meal. Despite this, the ingredients are good and well-prepared, even for gluten-free options.

01/03/2026: One star just because they have gluten free options approved for celiacs by the Italian celiac association. Everything else was horrible, no space between the tables, we had a table next to a very stinking toilet and the entrance to the kitchen. The pizza was too thick and therefore soaked, the personnel was rude. On top of that the extra payment for a table is 5 euros, the most we ever payed in bologna and 2 euros for tab water with smelly glasses! I don't know how they approved it for a gluten free certification, but they should definitely inspect it for higenic standards! I hope I didn't get glutened as well!

08/09/2025: A true institution in Bologna. A very elegant venue, with top-notch professional service. They have an extensive wine cellar, perfectly suited to the setting, perfect for a business lunch or dinner with friends, but always in a fairly formal setting. Highly recommended!!

07/03/2026: Let's start with the positives: the place is beautiful and welcoming, the waiters are kind and helpful, but let's get to the sore point: we ate terribly. The passatelli in broth were so salty they were inedible, the grilled meat tasted stale, the grilled vegetables were cold from the fridge, the grilled tomino was cold and undercooked. At the end of the meal, we left almost everything, and my daughter said, "Lucky Dad, there was bread!" We reported this to the waiters, who were understanding and apologetic, but the bill remained the same. The coffee was good! In conclusion, we won't be returning, and we're sad because the place deserves it! Perhaps there's something in the kitchen that needs updating!

14/02/2026: Disappointing Valentine's Day dinner. Following the positive reviews for Valentine's Day last year, I decided to make a reservation. It's easy to imagine there was a special menu, although I wasn't told about it over the phone. We ordered a €15 appetizer that looked promising, but what arrived were ~50g of culatello, 2 fried gnocchi, 1 tablespoon of squacquerone, and 1 tablespoon of caramelized figs to share. When ordering, the waitress never mentioned that it wasn't enough for two (when in fact it would have been enough for one). We politely pointed out that we had higher hopes for the entrees, and were told that on Valentine's Day, appetizers aren't shared—an obvious unwritten rule of the restaurant that, mea culpa, I wasn't aware of, having always shared. The entrees were passable. We avoided venturing further after reading more reviews of the restaurant, which must have recently changed management.

17/02/2026: I ordered at 12.10pm and the delivery was at 2.30pm with cold food, poor quality dried meat, without the French fries I paid for and with mayonnaise that had expired a month ago.

31/01/2026: We entered proud of having found a comfortable place, good prices, I saw the service and the food on display. The acidic olives they put in the kebab piadina ruin everything and the spiciness was overwhelming. PS: my friend is sick and I had to take him to the hospital for a stomach virus.

15/02/2026: A very charming, refined, and well-maintained atmosphere. Nicely set tables, and coat racks at the entrance. The restaurant is accessible by stairs or elevator. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Delicious dishes, from appetizers to desserts. The paid parking in the basement of the hotel is super convenient. Overall, a positive experience!

05/02/2026: A real shame. The place has a lot of potential: the restaurant is very elegant, and the service was prompt and courteous. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the expectations created by the setting. The dishes are carefully presented (gourmet only in appearance), but the technical execution leaves much to be desired. Specifics: ​Octopus: too tough in texture. ​Beef carpaccio: difficult to chew, probably not properly aged. ​Bologna cutlet: the addition of truffle didn't save an overall bland dish. ​Side dish: fries arrived soft, not crispy. ​The only redeeming feature was the dessert, which was decent. I hope they rethink the kitchen management, because the location deserves better.

19/08/2025: Our stay was more than peaceful. The hotel was very functional. The furniture was a bit dated, but everything was clean, towels were changed promptly, and everything was very good. The reception staff was very good. I speak an average level of Italian and had no problems, but it's true that the Chinese lady in particular has a somewhat condescending attitude if you don't speak quickly. It would be nice if she understood that not everyone learns or has an excellent level of the language, even if they try. I say this mostly because of a couple in front of us, and I didn't like the way she treated the girl who was trying to speak to her in Italian.
