20/03/2025: Very good pizza, classic Neapolitan with thin base and thick edge. Only flaw, in some parts it was a bit raw.

04/02/2025: Stunning place surrounded by greenery! 🍷 The wines are wonderful, the Pignoletto is fresh and drinkable, the reds super balanced. And then the biolake... what a spectacle! Taking a dip after a tasting is the best. Relaxation, nature and good wine: what more could you want? Absolutely coming back! 🌿✨

16/03/2025: I would like to point out that I limit myself to evaluating what I have and have seen and tried, not the cuisine as a whole. The seconds weren't bad. The pinsa (12.50 euros), with a mediocre dough, seemed to have been cooked in my home oven, and, a detail that personally struck me negatively, it was seasoned with olives containing stones. The tiramisu turned out to be a bowl full of mascarpone... I may be strange but I remembered the recipe differently. The cuisine is not terrible, mind you, however there is nothing that stands out for quality, originality or convenience, as happens in good trattorias, furthermore the attention to detail is below the alert level.

20/03/2025: The food at the restaurant is good, but it doesn’t deliver the level of innovation or uniqueness expected at this price point. While the dishes are well-executed, some are comparable to what one might find at a quality Trattoria, but at a significantly lower cost. We tried two different tasting menus (one each) with wine, and the total exceeded €200. Unfortunately, based on our experience, the value for money wasn’t there. That said, we believe in the potential of this restaurant and hope it continues to evolve and reach new heights. 17/03/2025: Chefs in Bologna have a tricky problem: with thousands of visitors coming every year to sample the classics, how do you innovate without reverting to tortellini in broth and all the other staples? The team at Oltre did a wonderful job. Standouts were the gua bao bun with a mortadella mousse, spaghetti with shrimp, agretti, and bok choy, and deer with beets. Good combinations of texture, taste, bitter/acid, etc. Desserts were also very good. My only tiny nit was the taco with ragu where the taco tortilla had not been rolled thinly enough and consequently was not cooked all the way through, but that is easy to fix. Service was friendly, multi-lingual and the ambience was great - good for a romantic date or a dinner with friends. Highly recommended. Visit: April 2024

04/03/2025: They opened I think in 2017 near Via Indipendenza in the center of Bologna (also close to the central station of Bologna) they serve more or less like the other Chicken Taste chains the same products the place is a bit small but it's quite nice I must say For Muslims the food is all Halal at least according to what they say and unfortunately the prices have increased a bit compared to before but they still remain within the norm They don't serve alcohol I love their fried chicken or the slightly spicy fried mozzarella the staff sometimes it is difficult to understand certain things due to the lack of understanding of the Italian language but I don't always recommend it if you are passing through, excellent fast food chain with lots of hygiene

03/03/2025: I ate at this ethnic fast food restaurant one evening while I was away in Bologna. The fast food restaurant specializes in kebabs and fried chicken, which are really good and low cost. Slightly sparse furnishings, ethnic restaurant context, but all in all a decent experience.

23/02/2025: Sono andato a posta , per la mitica tagliatella bolognese, ma molto deluso la foto dal menu non c’entra niente dal vivo e tutt’altro piatto misero e ragù poco è asciutto, pasta fatta a mano si sente , non vale i nove euro che o pagato, secondo una bistecca ai ferri con patatine fritte scarsi bistecca piena di bene di grasso patatine fatte molto prima pessime personale nella norma, ci tornerò no mi spiace

19/10/2024: very relaxing atmosphere, as soon as you enter everyone welcomes you with an alarming sweetness, you immediately feel at home. to try Moroccan and Arabic specialties it is the perfect place in all of Bologna. The owner is one of the best I've ever met. Welcomes you as if you were part of the family. Even the extremely helpful and cute daughters. I will definitely be back ❤️

07/04/2025: We booked at the last minute due to an unexpected event during our multi-day bike trip. The managers of the inn were very kind and flexible. We arrived late and were alone and despite this the owner opened the kitchen and allowed us to dine in their restaurant. Excellent local cuisine, not high and honest prices. Basic room, very clean and perfect for an inn. Heated spaces and structure furnished with refined taste in keeping with the territory. Nearby there are cellars where you can taste local wine. We will definitely return to this beautiful area of ​​the Bolognese hills. We highly recommend it for those looking for intimacy, friendliness, like feeling at home!

20/03/2025: We were in a group, we were 15 people, small environment, in the centre, all in all we had a good time. Abundant servings, an appetizer and a first course are more than enough. Typical Bolognese restaurant, 3 stars are fine
