29/06/2026: We were passing through Ariano Irpino, one of the very few places open on Mondays for lunch. We ate very well, and were even offered a welcome entree. The service was excellent and attentive, and there was plenty of water. The bill was very fair. We'll definitely be returning.

27/06/2026: I went there for the first time today for lunch with my husband and I was completely satisfied, the food is really good, excellent fresh fish and cooked really well, congratulations also because everything with an excellent quality price ❤️❤️❤️ beautiful place, kind and helpful service, definitely to return and I highly recommend it 🤗

08/07/2026: VERY RUDE STAFF! we were standing outside the empty restaurant, few minutes before they open, asking if there is a table for us, they looked at us from bottom to top and didnt say a word. we noticed a sign in the entrance saying no open shoes and one of us was wearing flip flops so we asked if it ok to sit outside - again, they just looked at us and didnt say a word! we went to the restaurant just next to it - BLU WATER and it was so amazing!

25/07/2026: Unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. We ordered an appetizer, a first course, and a bottle of wine from Mrs. Anna. She forgot the bottle, and we had to ask another waiter for it after 10 minutes. The appetizer arrived twice, the wrong one, and on the third occasion, Mrs. Anna came over to rudely explain that we had ordered that one. I explained that wasn't the case, but she insisted I was remembering incorrectly. In the end, to avoid a fight in the middle of the restaurant, I kept the appetizer she wanted, a mixed seafood appetizer with smoked salmon (I imagine locally sourced...), rubbery octopus, shrimp, and fried anchovies—perhaps the octopus was a local product, but it was still very poorly cooked. Now, aside from the 1980s-style appetizer with a mishmash of ingredients, it's shameful that a restaurateur would dare use such a tone and, rather than admit her mistake, insist on convincing me that I was wrong. Even if that were the case (and it isn't), you can cash in and bring me the appetizer I wanted—the customer is always right. Aside from the incident, the location is beautiful, on the seafront overlooking a quiet beach with a beautiful sunset view. The prices are outrageous, especially considering the menu includes so many frozen products and only fresh mussels and clams—there are no fresh fish options for the main course, which is a bit embarrassing for a restaurant overlooking the sea. The appetizer was inadequate, as mentioned above, and served in such a large portion that it left us hungry for the main course. I wouldn't recommend it.

06/06/2026: We ate well. The panzanella was good. The risotto was delicious. The grilled octopus wasn't particularly tasty, although the potato mousse was sublime. The dessert was average. The location is very beautiful; let's just say the price was a bit out of line for what was on offer.

07/07/2026: We went for dinner and everything was great. The pizza was very good, and the fried pizza had excellent ingredients. If I had to find a fault, it would be that the crust was a bit thick. The service was very friendly and efficient. Our food arrived in under 10 minutes. The restaurant itself is very nice.

30/05/2026: While we didn’t stay at the hotel, my best friend and I went to the restaurant one night and were treated like queens. The service was above and beyond, great food, the music was phenomenal, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the espresso martinis were the best we had in Italy. Highly recommend.

A special mention goes to the desserts, perfect at the end of a meal, especially because they're not cloying. Impeccable service, and I especially thank Mauro and GianAntonio for their kindness. The location is stunning.

25/07/2026: Chosen because it was close to the station as a last meal before leaving. The owner was a bit cold at first, but the rest of the staff was really kind and helpful. The menu was varied and interesting: we had two different side dishes that came as appetizers and two first courses. The pasta with peas and baby cuttlefish was perhaps too sweet, while the paccheri with cod was really good and flavorful. With a glass of wine, a bottle of water, and two coffees, we spent €56.

13/07/2026: This was by far the best food experience we've had during our stay in Napoli. A travelblog recommended this place and it did not disappoint! Authentic food, friendly servers and good prices. My husband would have taken the chef home if he could! If you're in Naples give this place a visit! Tip: try the tasting plate as a starter, we've had the land appetizers and it's true Nonna knows her stuff! Next time we fly in from the Netherlands we're definitely putting Nonna on the schedule.

The food was too notch. I had salmon pasta and miss it dearly! Would 100% recommend. The best meal in Meta!

18/05/2026: We stayed in Positano for 3 days. We had dinner and breakfast at Caffe Positano. Food was delicious. Croissants were one of the best we had in Italy. The Lobster Linguine was so flavorful. Staff here were wonderful. Can't beat the views at this place. Paolo was fantastic. Paolo and Anastasia were so friendly. We would come back to this place in a heart beat.
