02/02/2025: Perfect evening... 🖼️🎨🖌️ We stopped at 10.30pm on our way from Salerno. We were welcomed by a lady who told us to sit down and asked what we wanted... without bringing the menu, then she advised us on what to eat and the quantities... we only decided on water and a glass of wine 🍷 "Petrolio in its pure state." moreover, I noticed the glass dirty with red lipstick... 💄 at the end of the dinner.. mind-blowing 😤 Starter chosen by her: cabbage with almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts... "we had to go to the gym". Paired with fried Montanara “in name only”… raw as never before!! Decent roasts... To finish, a gentian and a coffee ☕️ with mocha... "What can I tell you to do"!! She paid attention to the price... because she noticed the red glass on her own 💄 Rating: Off track theme 2 👎

22/01/2025: I always come back with pleasure to delight in the genuine foods of Osteria Firenze! Don't miss Rachele's gnocchi! Then the timbale... just our way! The portions are extra large! Clean place. Quick service. The girls who welcome you like family are friendly and kind. The price is excellent and with the coffee there is always an excellent dessert offered on the house!! I RECOMMEND booking especially for lunch!! Very positive!

01/12/2024: Ho festeggiato qui la mia laurea e mi sono trovato veramente benissimo. Cibo di ottima qualità e ben presentato (sia di carne che di pesce). Il servizio veramente impeccabile con camerieri super preparati e gentili. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

20/09/2024: Frittura indecente, forse perchè dovevano chiudere a hanno dato fondo al pesce surgelato rimasto. Il menù MISERO, si può scegliere tra poche cose. L'insalata di mare non c'è, dicono loro per il fermo biologico, ma altri ristoranti la trovi e buonissima! Forse solo loro lavorano l'insalata di mare fatta con pesce fresco! :))) In due abbiamo mangiato poche cose e tutte cattive e sul conto di 70 euro ci hanno fatto 2 euro di sconto NO ricevuta fiscale. Pietanze servite su contenitori di cartone, tutte.

20/03/2025: We have just returned home after having lunch at the Locanda. There were 5 of us and we were all happy. Very good value for money, we spent €27 per person for a total of €135, without wine because I had to drive to Umbria. The first ones are plentiful. All the dishes we ordered were well presented. The staff is friendly and empathetic, yet professional. We immediately felt at ease. The table next to us ordered a Monkfish and the owner immediately went out of his way to bring customers the fish he would have cooked, showing them and specifying what they would eat. Proper customer care. We all took different dishes and I must say that they did an excellent job making the dishes available in such a way that no diner was left without food. We involuntarily did a stress test on the kitchen 😅. I had the sautéed mussels and clams (appetizer) and fried calamari with battered vegetables. My wife had meatballs with bread, egg and cheese and an omelette. The other two: first courses, sausages, roasted potatoes, salad, fish skewers and parmigiana. Exactly, all different 😁. Each course had just the right amount of food. The first courses were plentiful while the other courses were of the right quantity. Very good taste. What can we add other than a thank you and see you next time, considering that we have to return to Pescara. Recommended, especially if you want to take a nice walk between the square and the sea.

27/01/2025: Yesterday we were lucky enough to discover this restaurant, located on the most beautiful and exposed hill in Pescara! Beautiful, original and well looked after place, Luca, the owner, very kind and very knowledgeable about allergies and intolerances which, unfortunately, are part of me! Extreme cleanliness and, wherever I looked, bon ton and measured elegance! The dishes......exquisite! An explosion of taste and goodness! Delicate and very pleasant background music. Impeccable service! What can I say? Everything perfect! We will return to enjoy this little corner of paradise!!!

03/03/2025: A Sunday lunch with the family was an opportunity to taste the specialties of the restaurant, located on the seafront and a stone's throw from the beach, a privileged and pleasant location even in the winter months. The place is spartan and has too many tables crowded together in the large hall, so confusion and shouting reigns, but in summer it is possible to choose a table on the terrace at the entrance, and the bathrooms need renovation, eliminating the carpet first of all. On the other hand, the service is fast and the dishes well prepared, even if presented in dented pans from which the number of portions is not clear... above all, the range of the varied and excellent quality starters and the friendliness of the staff shines.

16/03/2025: Excellent food, the owner of the restaurant was very nice and we especially appreciated the wine proposal, informal atmosphere with references to the rustic style that adapt perfectly to the Abruzzo location.

07/03/2025: It was a pleasant discovery. Very nice place, intimate, characteristic, welcoming. The dishes were tasty and of great quality. We had dinner with two first courses for two people (spaghetti alla guitar with porcini mushrooms and truffle and meunière with meat sauce), mixed grill (plenty of it) and kebabs, sautéed chicory with pine nuts and raisins, a bottle of Montepulciano, a homemade dessert, water and coffee offered by the professional and very welcoming owner. Absolutely adequate price.

22/02/2025: A restaurant in the center of Ortona that boasts an enviable sea view. We were pleasantly welcomed and accompanied to the table. The mise en plase was essential and sober. I was impressed by the dishes we tasted, which did not cover the flavor of the fish but rather enhanced it. For the second course, a portion of skate as a gift rating a nice 10. The chef combined oriental flavors with local flavors and the presentation was enviable. I highly recommend this restaurant.
