02/02/2026: For me and my wife, La Granseola di Teramo has become a favorite place in the city center, where you can enjoy high-quality seafood dishes. We have our signature dishes, such as the chitarrina with shelled fish, the fried and grilled dishes, or the catch of the day. Of course, for dessert, the basket filled with berries is a must. The service is always very attentive, professional, and friendly. Reservations are recommended, especially on Saturdays or Sundays. Excellent wine list and absolutely fair prices, in line with the high quality of the product.

25/02/2026: My first experience at this restaurant, unfortunately, was not a positive one. I specifically requested gluten-free pasta due to an intolerance. After eating it, I experienced significant symptoms consistent with my condition, including severe bloating and discomfort. This made me question whether the request was properly handled, an aspect that cannot be underestimated for those with an intolerance. For the second course, we ordered chicken with potatoes, but I found the saltiness excessive and the perceived quality of the meat not in line with my stated expectations. The thirst and discomfort persisted throughout the evening and into the following day. From my personal experience, I will definitely not return. *You know perfectly well who I am, so this is not an "unidentifiable" profile. I would like to point out that the cake we brought was gluten-free, precisely because my intolerance is not an opinion but a condition that I manage carefully. I reported the symptoms I experienced after eating the pasta served as "gluten-free." When declaring an intolerance, the restaurateur must pay maximum attention to the customer, also out of respect. Regarding the main course, my opinion remains based on my personal experience, both in terms of perceived quality and the level of saltiness, which I found excessive. Every customer has the right to express their opinion, just as every restaurateur is free to respond. Have a good day.

27/03/2026: What a wonderful discovery! During a heavy snowfall, we decided to drive a few kilometers further to check out all the positive reviews we'd read. Nestled in a small village alley, we finally found authentic cuisine in a notoriously touristy area where this is rare. The warm and friendly atmosphere, combined with simple yet exquisitely prepared dishes, careful selection of ingredients, and a warm welcome make this a must-visit for travelers interested in discovering the traditions of Abruzzo. We'll definitely be back.

21/03/2026: We found this restaurant by chance and had a wonderful time. We're a couple, aged 25 and 26. We ordered an appetizer with a mix of truly delicious spicy local cured meats, followed by two first courses, both delicious and plentiful. For our main course, we tried the famous "cacio e ove" meatballs, which exceeded our expectations in terms of both flavor and size (they're larger than most). A shout out to Mr. Piero, who was very friendly and welcoming, and very open to a friendly chat. We'll definitely be back if we ever pass through this part of Abruzzo again.

Ten years ago, right after our wedding in Notaresco, we had the pleasure of having lunch at this beautiful restaurant. We were warmly welcomed by the entire team and surprised with a small celebration thoughtfully organized by Evelina to welcome us as newlyweds in this charming little town. The place is truly stunning: elegant, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming. The food was absolutely wonderful, prepared with care and full of flavor. Even after 10 years, we still remember that day with great affection. Today we have three children, and as we prepare to return to Notaresco to celebrate our 11-year wedding anniversary, this restaurant will be one of the very first places we will visit again to enjoy a family meal together. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Notaresco. It is perfect for families, for those seeking tranquility, and for anyone who wants to experience authentic hospitality and unforgettable food.

Often, you have to settle, but this place was a wonderful exception. For Easter lunch, I found a surprising vegan menu, one that remained true to tradition without sacrificing creativity. The dishes were an explosion of colors and aromas, meticulously crafted and anything but ordinary. What makes this place special is the hospitality: the staff is incredibly kind, but it's the owner who makes the difference. He's extremely attentive, open, and knowledgeable, and deeply understands the meaning of a diverse diet and doesn't treat it as a simple "substitution." Feeling welcomed and valued on an equal footing with all the other guests is not a given. I will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone, especially those seeking cuisine that combines ethics and tradition.

06/04/2026: This functional B&B is located along State Road 17. It has spacious rooms. Next door is an excellent restaurant, run primarily by Emanuele, who uses his grandmother's recipes. We also tried the shop, which serves excellent cheese arancini and a wide selection of wines.

I dined here after also hosting a reception last year, and on both occasions I was impressed by the quality of the cuisine, the professionalism, and the atmosphere. The architecture is characterized by numerous round windows reminiscent of cruise ship portholes. The atmosphere is welcoming, spacious, bright, and panoramic. The elevated view of the Adriatic Sea gives a sense of open space, almost like sailing on the sea waters, which reflect numerous shades of green, blue, and turquoise in the sunlight. The horizon is clearly delineated by the intense blue of the sky, which on hot summer days is clear of clouds. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, from meat to fish, cooked in a distinctly traditional way, without neglecting the most delicious condiments, capable of satisfying the most discerning palates. The seafood risotto is one of the dishes I highly recommend. The appetizers, side dishes, and wines are equally exquisite. The restaurant also offers a wide selection of artisanal pasta, including the chitarra pasta and ravioli. The staff is all polite, friendly, helpful, quick, and professional. Parking is available either on the street adjacent to the restaurant (paid parking) or free parking near the waterfront in the surrounding streets. An excellent venue for family, corporate, or wedding receptions. The restaurant can cater for large events, whether large or small, with reservations required.
