Every year, when we come on vacation to Vasto, we stop at this restaurant, and we were thrilled once again. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted, perfect for a relaxing evening. The food is always top-notch. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and never intrusive, making us feel at home every time and offering the best recommendations throughout the evening.

Here I discovered an extraordinary dish: penne with clams. If you ask for it extra, they'll also add mussels. It was the best first course I've ever had in Vasto.

We dined at this trattoria three nights in a row and had a wonderful time each time. The food is truly excellent, with generous portions, and everything is always fresh and well-cooked. The staff is incredibly friendly, always smiling, and helpful. Special thanks to the blonde woman who greeted us every night with such warmth, kindness, and professionalism. She truly makes a difference. Even though the restaurant was packed, the service was always quick and efficient. It's one of those places where you immediately feel at ease and want to return. If you're passing through Vasto Marina, I absolutely recommend it. We'll definitely be back!

On our way back to Ferrara from Puglia, we stopped at this trattoria halfway and were pleasantly surprised. We chose it based on the excellent reviews, and we weren't wrong. The food was excellent, with just the right amount of food, almost generous, and very reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The menu features both fish and meat; we asked for a cutlet with fries for our daughter, which wasn't on the menu, and they accommodated our request very quickly. Speaking to a neighbor at our table, she told us the pizza was excellent, too (she was on vacation in Vasto and ate here every day because she thought everything was excellent). We'll definitely be back if we have the chance to pass through Vasto again. The cured meats and cheese platter and the spaghetti with clams are highly recommended.

I've been to Trattoria Toscana three times. The first time, the seafood salad was good and tender, and the arrosticini were exquisite. The second time, the seafood salad was without the shrimp, and it was even poorer. The third time, I had the paccheri allo scoglio, which arrived hard. After pointing this out, they cooked the same pasta again, putting it back in the sauce, clearly watering it down.

We had lunch there. The fish-based first courses were excellent, and the fish-based second courses were cooked to perfection. We'll definitely be back.
