11/05/2025: Di ritorno dal santuario di San Michele arcangelo (Liscia), decido di fermarmi qui, anche perché è stato l'unico ristorante che ho trovato nel tragitto. Siamo stati accolti in maniera positiva dai camerieri che, nonostante non avessi prenotato e nonostante fosse pieno per via di un battesimo, ci hanno preparato un tavolo per me, mia moglie, mia suocera e mio figlio di due anni. Chiedo il menù, ma mi viene risposto che non c'era perché non tutto sarebbe stato disponibile. Che mi avrebbe detto lui (il cameriere) cosa ci fosse. Ok... (Ma i prezzi come li vedo???) Solo dopo mezz'ora, fumando una sigaretta fuori scopro il famoso menù esposto in bacheca... Vabbè....ordiniamo: le mie testuali parole sono state " porti 1 antipasto che ce l'ho smezziamo, che ha di primi bianchi? " TRENETTE alla boscaiola. Ok, allora ce ne porta due + due pasta corta in bianco olio e parmigiano. Un arrosto misto. Da bere acqua liscia e un quartino di vino rosso. All'arrivo dell'antipasto vedo che era per tre persone dato che di ogni cosa c'erano tre fette. Prosciutto, pecorino, ricotta, ventricina, salsicce carne e fegato, lonza e un altro salume. Devo essere sincero. Tutto buonissimo, peccato o per fortuna che in pratica ho mangiato quasi tutti io dato che mia moglie e mia suocera non gradivano questi sapori "forti". Nonostante sono un mangione ero in pratica già sazio. Passiamo ai primi. Arrivano 3 fettuccine con i funghi e una fettuccina in bianco. Qui faccio presente che la mia ordinazione era un altra .. il cameriere si scusa ammettendo l'errore. Riporta via una fettuccina coi funghi (che dopo due minuti mi viene riportata dicendo che mi sarebbe stata offerta). Mia suocera resta senza primo e un po' infastidita dice che avrebbe fatto passo. Io e mia moglie ci mangiamo ste fettuccine coi funghi. Squisite (ma avevamo ordinato una boscaiola che al paese mio comprende piselli panna e salsiccia). Onde evitare ulteriori fraintendimenti chiamo il cameriere e gli faccio presente che la grigliata mista doveva essere di una porzione. Nel mentre chiedo se era possibile avere un formaggio arrosto. Dopo un po' arrivano entrambi. Due fette di formaggio che ho anche assaggiato e devo dire che era veramente ottimo, così come lo era la grigliata mix. (Agnello, pancetta, manzo, pollo e salsiccia del posto). Tutto buonissimo, in particolare la salsiccia. Tant'è che ho richiamato il cameriere dicendo che la salsiccia era sublime. A completare il nostro pranzo 1 insalata + 1 patate al forno, una lattina di Fanta e tre caffè. Nell'attesa del conto parte il totoscommesse tra me mia moglie. Mia moglie dice 70, io rilancio a 80, vado a pagare... 95€. Ultima pecca nessuno scontrino e peggio ancora nessun amaro offerto, cosa che invece, normalmente in questi posti, si fa... Ho mangiato cose buone, ma credo di aver pagato troppo, per giunta le mie ordinazioni non sono state rispettate. In conclusione, non ci torno.

27/04/2025: The real strength of this farmhouse is the staff: always kind and available for every need. They made us feel at home, even recommending options and typical dishes to try. The cooking was another great pleasure: every meal a discovery of genuine flavours, with 0 km ingredients and traditional recipes. I highly recommend this farmhouse to anyone who wants to live an authentic, relaxing and traditional experience. It is now a real point of reference for me for my family celebrations!

27/04/2025: I come from the North, where the gastronomic offer is wide, but I must say that I have rarely found such genuine attention to quality as in this farmhouse. Immersed in nature, the place is well-kept and welcoming, but what really won me over were the dishes. Each ingredient was very fresh, tasty and spoke of the territory. From the homemade pizza bread, to the vegetables from the garden... not to mention the roast, everything reminded me of Sundays at my grandmother's house! The staff, always kind and helpful, made the stay even more pleasant, welcoming us warmly and making us immediately feel part of the family. An experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to rediscover the true flavors of traditional cuisine, in a simple environment but with attention to detail. I can't wait to return!

18/04/2025: Nel centro di Montorio al Vomano, vicino Teramo, con ampio parcheggio a pochi passi. il ristorante si presenta all'interno essenziale ma pulito, con tavoli distanziati. Il servizio è discreto e professionale, con un'ottima cucina di pesce, con piatti ricercati, rispetto ai quali spicca il Baccalà. Da provare e consigliare, essendo peraltro ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warmth and courtesy by the staff, who demonstrated great professionalism and attention to detail throughout the evening. The menu was varied and inviting, with a selection of dishes that perfectly combine tradition and innovation. I opted for maccheroncino with ventricina, peppers and cheese which was a real treat for the palate. The quality of the ingredients was evident and the presentation of the dish was as careful as its flavor. In short, the Tuscan trattoria offers an extraordinary culinary experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to enjoy great food in a simple and familiar environment. I can't wait to return to try other dishes from their excellent menu!
