16/03/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo presso l'Antica Taverna di Navelli (AQ) e devo dire che siamo rimasti colpiti dall'accoglienza garbata e gentile del titolare Sig. Daniele e dallo staff molto preparato e presente. Locale molto accogliente, ben organizzato e pulito. Abbiamo ordinato un menù fisso allo zafferano composto di ceci della Piana di Navelli con zafferano, chitarrina allo zafferano e guanciale, stracotto di vitello agrumi e zafferano, millefogli alla crema con zafferano, e degli antipasti come vellutata di fave con cicoria e cipolla croccante, carciofi, pallotte cacio e ove, verze tutte con la sapienza dell'utilizzo di creme e dello zafferano che ne esaltavano il gusto e il profumo. Tutto ottimo e genuino ma, soprattutto, rigorosamente rispettante le virtù e bontà dei prodotti tipici dei prodotti dell'agricoltura territoriale. Sicuramente sarà un nostro punto fermo come Ristorante della zona dove la qualità, la genuinità, la cortesia e il prezzo giusto rispetto a ciò che "degusti", meritano di essere frequentato.

03/03/2025: Siamo stati presso questa taverna sia a pranzo che a cena: Il locale si presenta ben curato ,pulito e accogliente; Ottima la selezione di salumi e formaggi,invece per quanto riguarda i primi ho trovato che nel piatto chitarrine con zafferano e guanciale ,lo zafferano ha coperto completamente quello del guanciale;meglio,invece,le pappardelle con ricotta e tartufo. Invece,a cena abbiamo ordinato una zuppa di ceci che non era zuppa ma ceci con del pepe,gli involtini che dovevano essere farciti con il caciocavallo erano vuoti.Infine ,il dolce...abbiamo ordinato chiacchiere e castagnole ,queste ultime intrise di olio e gommose.

01/03/2025: We had a good time and ate a lot. If you like shins, this is the right place, they have a dinosaur one which is the end of the world 🤣 Joking... but the shin was really huge. Difficult to understand from the photo since the potatoes were also of a disproportionate size. Guys, special! All starters very good!
