10/08/2026: A true taste of Abruzzo – authentic, welcoming, and incredibly delicious Luciana is a charming, authentic restaurant with genuine Abruzzo character. Run by the same family for almost 60 years, it's one of the most traditional – and, to our knowledge, the oldest – restaurants in Roseto. We only found it through a recommendation, as it looks rather unassuming from the outside and is located right on the street. What awaited us, however, far exceeded our expectations. We particularly appreciated the deliberately small menu. A few dishes, but each one prepared with great skill and high-quality ingredients. With every bite, you can taste the chef's expertise – and above all, the exceptional freshness of the fish. As a family, we've rarely eaten such delicious fish dishes. If you make a reservation here, be sure to ask for the Brodetto. It's a traditional Abruzzo fish soup or stew with various types of fish and shellfish. Unfortunately, such a specialty is a rare find these days. We couldn't get the classic brodetto that day, as it can't be prepared every day, but we were given a similar version. And what can I say? It was so good that even our children scraped the pan clean! 😄 We were also pleasantly surprised by the value for money. For what you get, the prices are absolutely fair. We simply can't understand the reviews we've read about supposedly unfriendly service. The two chefs are in the kitchen, while Luciana's two adult children take care of the guests outside. Of course, they aren't waiters who constantly flash fake smiles – and that's precisely what makes this place so charming. They are authentic, down-to-earth, and genuinely friendly. We received excellent advice and attentive service at all times. Personally, I much prefer this honest, authentic approach to the forced friendliness found in many other restaurants. For us, Luciana was a real find. A restaurant with tradition, excellent cuisine, fresh ingredients, and true Abruzzese character. We'll definitely be back with our family! 🇮🇹🐟❤️

15/08/2026: I recommend it to both locals and visitors who have never eaten there. Excellent grilled meat, cooked perfectly, just as requested. Excellent value! Beautiful location, and the history of the restoration of the building from an old village school is also noteworthy. The owners are friendly and helpful!

28/06/2026: June 2026. The house fish appetizer is a must-try: 11 "tastes" of local fish, both cold and hot. Often enhanced with vegetables and special spices. I went for lunch and ordered just a mixed appetizer—which can be considered lunch—water, and coffee, spending just under €29. Excellent value for a varied and well-cooked lunch.

19/06/2026: Review: A breathtaking view and exceptional pizza! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Choosing this place for dinner was a sublime experience. The real gem is the spectacular panoramic terrace, which offers a relaxing and evocative view of the surrounding hills: ideal for enjoying an aperitif or a totally relaxing dinner. Despite the name recalling the excellent grilled meat (a must), I was pleasantly surprised by the pizza: light dough, top-quality ingredients, and expertly cooked. The perfect combination of the terrace breeze, the view, and the aroma of the food creates a truly unique atmosphere. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive to customer needs. Excellent value. Highly recommended, especially on summer evenings, but remember to reserve a table on the terrace!

16/08/2026: A truly excellent experience at La Murena restaurant! Fresh fish, well-prepared dishes, and more than generous portions. Everything we tried was truly delicious, from appetizers to desserts. Friendly, helpful, and attentive service throughout the dinner. The atmosphere was pleasant and perfect for a meal of excellent seafood. The prices were reasonable for the quality. Definitely a place I'd happily return to and recommend!

10/08/2026: Being on holiday with local friends they took me to this restaurant and I must say that the fish was very fresh, from the hot appetizer to the cold and raw one it was all good, we then went on to the grill and there too it was a perfect choice, fish cooked perfectly, then we had a fried fish and some skewers for me, I'm crazy about them, exceptional, after all we are at the seaside and what a sea, we accompanied everything with 2 bottles of wine which I highly recommend, the surprise was the price, after offering us a round of local spirits, ordered a dessert and three coffees we spent only €60 yes you understood correctly only €60

A sort of "gourmet" Abruzzo cuisine, such as spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper on a bed of mashed potatoes; believe us, they're delicious in their simplicity. Lamb chops with a truly refined herb marinade. A beautiful location with an adjoining pool.

29/05/2026: We spent a week in Città San Angelo. We ate at this restaurant four times and it was very enjoyable. You have to choose your dishes carefully to keep things interesting, but honestly, it was very good and everyone found something they liked. For three people, it cost around €110, including wine. I think that's very reasonable. Thank you.
