01/08/2025: A lovely little restaurant on the mountain road to Amalfi. The owner was very welcoming and had a nice chat about where we were from and where we had been. Her husband cooked the pizza using a traditional wood fuelled oven which we really enjoyed. Prices were very good.

27/07/2025: Visited on a stay in Maiori for a friend’s wedding. Best pizza I have ever had. Highly recommend to all who happen to be in the area.

11/08/2025: Ruggero (renowned chef) and Fiorella are the 2 wonderful owners, very kind and always available, the place is enchanting and the structure stunning, we have a large dog and there was no problem (with prior notice) I highly recommend.

27/07/2025: The property is surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The owners are extremely kind and not at all intrusive. We recommend the pool and the on-site cuisine. The whole experience is made even more enjoyable by the dogs and cats that harmlessly roam around outside the property. Despite a party that evening, we didn't hear a single noise. Congratulations!

27/06/2025: Trattoria of the past, now unobtainable nowadays. Quality, simplicity and modest prices that seem almost fictitious compared to what you find around. Family-run, with a kindness and a unique humility even with the many foreigners who are lucky enough to end up in this place. Go there if you want to eat in a gem of times gone by that I hope will resist the dynamics of the modern market. Congratulations!

18/07/2025: Good, tasty pizza, light crust! We had an anema e core (the one in the photo: spicy broccoli rabe, cherry tomatoes, and buffalo mozzarella), an invidia, a talent, and a pizza with sausage and onion; everything was excellent, well-seasoned but not heavy! Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere (air conditioning). The price was fair! I recommend it!!

05/07/2025: Recently, I suddenly remembered this restaurant that I had eaten at more than ten years ago. On a whim, I immediately made an appointment with friends to revisit the taste of the past. The environment is similar to what I remember, not much has changed. It still focuses on seafood dishes, and the familiar atmosphere makes people travel back in time. The menu offers set meals and a la carte. We finally chose a five-course set meal, and ordered two more shrimps (after all, it feels uncomfortable without adding some 🤣). | Appetizer | The two appetizers are one cold and one hot. The cold one is raw food and the hot one is cooked food. The taste is excellent, which is the kind that will make people appetizing and look forward to the next rhythm. | Add points | We added a crayfish, red devil shrimp and smoked salmon. Both shrimps are super fresh and sweet, with a firm and chewy texture. They are definitely one of the highlights of the night. As for the salmon, it is a bit average. | Main course | The main course is handmade Italian dumplings with squid ink, and the skin is the highlight! The skin is bouncy and has a bit of seafood flavor, which goes really well with the red devil shrimp. The only pity is that the filling is sheep's milk filling... It's a bit too greasy for me (personal taste issue), In the end, I only ate the skin and shrimp, which is just right! (If the filling is fish, I will definitely give it full marks 💯) ｜Main Course｜ Saffron crispy red mullet, with raisins, pine nuts, and kelp, The aroma and taste are very rich, the fish skin is crispy, and the fish meat is tender, It is a very satisfying main course. ｜Dessert｜ The dessert is a little sweet, but it is still within an acceptable range, On the contrary, I prefer the peanuts 🥜𝖯𝗋𝖾𝖣𝖾𝗌𝗌𝖾𝗋𝗍. Overall, this dinner was very satisfying. Each dish had its own highlights. The only small regret was that the dumpling filling was not to my liking.

05/07/2025: Everything was quite good, fresh fish and well cooked. Trattoria-style plating, and service bordering on decency. They served me a bottle of warm prosecco, and when I asked to put it in the freezer for a bit I was "looked at" badly by the waiter as if to say "what are you asking me?". The ice bucket was not available (huh?!). After ordering the first courses it was not possible to add appetizers because the order had already been written, and if we wanted to add the appetizer the waiter "had to rewrite the order from scratch"... Imagine how much effort! However, net of this nothing to say about the quality of the raw materials and the preparation. The bill was fair, certainly lower than the average for the island, but average for the category. The atmosphere was quite noisy and informal, but in the end we spent a nice evening in good company.

29/06/2025: Good food and family atmosphere, I noticed that it is frequented by locals. The prices are not exaggerated like in the rest of the island, I ate a very good pasta with red shrimp, 2 appetizers, half a portion of pasta with sauce for the child (I appreciated this half portion thing) water, wine and I paid less than fifty euros. The service despite it being Saturday was good. For me it's a yes. Better to book.

17/06/2025: I won’ t say anything about the food! It was acceptable and the price was fair! The problem was that they added to the bill things that i haven’t ordered! It was my mistake not asking why they brought them to me , i honestly thought that this is just their amazing service.. it was far from the truth ! I ve ate , i ve paid ! I haven’t complained! I only want to warn other fellow travellers not to end up in this situation ! Thanks

04/07/2025: Good lunch and excellent quality, both the first courses and the pizzas. Courtesy and efficiency of the staff. Cost proportionate to all this. When I have the chance I will go back. Recommended. I went back... another lunch and another 5 stars. Words are useless... go there and you will go back again.

30/07/2025: Nice place, but the quality of the food is really poor. I'd been there a few years ago and had fond memories. I went recently and couldn't even eat the pizza. Overcooked and soft dough, mushrooms still defrosted... horrible, inedible flavor. Sorry, but we won't be back.

23/07/2025: Skutočný gurmánsky zážitok! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Trattoria Petito ponúka nezabudnuteľný zážitok pre všetkých milovníkov kvalitného jedla. Jedlá sú nielen chuťovo výnimočné, ale aj nádherne naservírované – tu sa naozaj hrá na každý detail. Atmosféra je elegantná, no zároveň útulná, ideálna na príjemný večer. Obsluha bola úžasná – pozorná, profesionálna a s úsmevom. Cítili sme sa vítaní od prvého momentu. Musím vyzdvihnúť najmä tatarák, ktorý bol úplne výnimočný – jemný, dokonale dochutený. Rovnako chobotnica – mäkučká, šťavnatá, hotová delikatesa. Celkovo trochu vyššia trieda, ale každé euro stojí za to. Určite sa sem vrátim – takto chutí Taliansko v tej najlepšej forme! 🇮🇹✨P

21/07/2025: Locale munito di tavoli esterni ed interni, l'interno è caratteristico e tutto in legno. Abbiamo pranzato in 2 ordinando cucina tipica romagnola. Dopo essere stati informati dal cameriere di 'un fuori menù', abbiamo deciso di ordinare uno squisito squacquerone accompagnato da fichi caramellati, una coppia davvero formidabile. Successivamente una tagliata di manzo servita su pietra lavica accompagnata con patate al forno, molto buona. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La trattoria ha un parcheggio limitato di 2-3 vetture, ma fortunatanente, a pochi passi c'è un parcheggio comunale. Un'unica pecca: Per andare in bagno bisogna prendere l'ascensore, credo sia stato fatto ciò per ottimizzare lo spazio. Per tutto il resto complimenti, tappa obbligatoria per chi passa da Forlì

15/08/2025: Pizza with baby dough, there are 2 in the box! 2 pizzas and a Coke for 29 euros, it seems excessive to me even if the pizza was good!!! Truly embarrassing!!!
